View FileBSNLEU has expressed deep concern and disappointment about the cancellation of the All India Football and Basketball tournaments in BSNL for the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 seasons. In a letter written to Shri Arvind Vadnerkar, Director (HR), BSNLEU has emphasised the significance of these tournaments in promoting employee engagement, healthy competition, team building, and physical well-being within the organization. There may be valid reasons for the cancellations, but BSNLEU has urged reconsideration due to the numerous benefits these tournaments bring to the organisation.
