75th anniversary of Indian Independence – BSNLEU decides to highlight the immense sacrifices made by the Indian working class.

The 75th anniversary of the Indian Independence is going to be celebrated on 15th August, 2022. The Indian working class has stood in the forefront of the freedom struggle and has faced the cruel repressions of the British colonial rulers. The working class has  made immense sacrifices in the freedom struggle. Hence, it is the duty of the working class to glorify and celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Independence of our country. The All India Centre meeting of BSNLEU, held online on 12.05.2022, has decided to celebrate the 75th anniversary in a befitting manner. The meeting has decided to organise seminars, special meetings and other educational programmes, to explain about the role played by the working class in the freedom struggle. The All India Centre has also decided to discuss this issue elaborately in the forthcoming online CEC meeting and to take appropriate decisions.
