Inordinate delay in the implementation of the order of the Hon’ble Kerala High Court on payment of IDA to the Non-Executives – General Secretary, BSNLEU, speaks to the CMD BSNL and expresses the Union’s unhappiness..
Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, spoke to Shri P.K. Purwar, CMD BSNL, today, and expressed the unhappiness of the Union over the delay in the implementation of the order of the Hon’ble Kerala High Court, regarding payment of IDA to the Non-Executives. The General Secretary pointed out that it is already three weeks since the matter was referred to the DoT and still the matter remains unsettled. The General Secretary told the CMD BSNL that “justice delayed is justice denied”. Responding to the remarks made by the General Secretary, the CMD BSNL told that, he would immediately pursue the matter with the DoT.
