Agreement signed by the Wage Revision Committee.
Wage Revision Committee meeting is held today the 08-10-2025 and signed the agreement. All members of BSNLEU and NFTE participated. The following are the details of the agreement:-
- Pay scales are as per the list attached.
- Fitment will be at par with the fitment to be given to the Executives.
- Pay loss to any employee will be compensated by giving personal pay, to be absorbed in future increments.
- Revision of perks and allowances will be decided by the BSNL Board and will be implemented from the date of signing of the Wage Revision Agreement. ( A committee is already constituted by the Management for the revision of allowances)
- HRA revision will be decided by the BSNL Board.
- Anomalies and aberrations will be addressed suitably.
- The pay scales implemented in this Wage Revision will not form the basis for revision of pay scales in the next Wage Revision.
