Change of Membership Period is open – Join BSNLEU to strengthen BSNL and safeguard employees' rights.

The membership enrolment and change of membership period is open from 16th June to 15th July. This is an opportunity for every BSNL employee to become part of a strong, democratic and fighting organisation that has consistently stood in the forefront to protect BSNL and the interests of its employees.

 

Throughout its journey, BSNLEU has remained unwavering in defending BSNL as a Public Sector enterprise and in championing the rights of employees. Even during the challenging pandemic period, BSNLEU remained active and continuously took up issues affecting employees. Through sustained struggles and united actions, the union has played a crucial role in ensuring regular and timely payment of salaries and in resisting policies detrimental to BSNL and its workforce.

 

Today, BSNLEU is actively fighting for Wage Revision, a New Promotion Policy, Revision of Perks and Allowances, Enhanced Medical and Social Security Benefits, including 30% Superannuation Benefits, and the Protection of Employees' Legitimate Rights. At the same time, it is committed to Strengthening and Safeguarding BSNL as a Vibrant Public Sector Undertaking.
