Committee meeting held on Revision of Allowances for Executives and Non-Executives – BSNLEU demands consultation with Recognised Unions.
View FileBSNLEU submitted a letter to the Director (HR) on 01.06.2026 seeking revision of the perks and allowances of BSNL employees. During discussions with the Director (HR), it was informed that BSNL Management has already constituted a committee to review the allowances being drawn by Executive and Non-Executive employees. Subsequently, Com. Animesh Mitra, GS and Com. Ashwin Kumar, AGS, met Shri Rajeev Kaushik, PGM (SR), and Shri S.P. Singh, PGM (Estt.) and urged the Management to hold discussions with the recognised unions before finalising any proposal on the issue. A copy of the letter is attached herewith.
