Com.K. Rama Devi, circle secretary, as well as the vice-president (CHQ) of BSNLEU, retired on superannuation yesterday, after completing 35 years of service. She entered the service in the DOT in 1987. Right from the beginning, Com.K.Rama Devi actively Participated in trade union activities. She got elected as the assistant district secretary of Krishna SSA in 2014. In February 2016, she was elected as the circle vice -president of Andhra Pradesh circle union. In 2017, Com.K.Rama Devi was elected as a member of the BSNL Working Women’s Coordination Committee. In the Mysuru All India Conference, held in 2018, Com.K.Rama Devi got elected as the vice –president (CHQ). Finally, in 2021, Com.K.Rama Devi was elected as the circle secretary of Andhra Pradesh circle. She has the distinction of being the first woman comrade, to get elected as the circle secretary of BSNLEU. She has proved that a woman comrade can effectively function as the circle secretary of BSNLEU. She is an excellent worker and has got the Visista Sanchar Seva Padhak Award in the year 2010. वर्ल्ड फेडरेशन ऑफ ट्रेड यूनियन्स (WFTU) ने काम के घंटों में कमी की मांग की है।

WFTU संघर्षरत ट्रेड यूनियनों का अंतर्राष्ट्रीय संघ है। WFTU लगातार दुनिया भर के श्रमिकों के लिए बेहतर काम करने की स्थिति के लिए प्रयास कर रहा है। यह बेहतर वेतन और काम के घंटों में कमी के लिए लड़ रहा है। हाल ही में WFTU ने 6-7 और 8 मई, 2022 को अपनी 18 वीं कांग्रेस आयोजित की थी। जहां तक काम के घंटों का संबंध है WFTU निम्नलिखित मांग करता है :-

1. काम के घंटों को प्रति सप्ताह 35 घंटे तक तुरंत कम किया जाना चाहिए, प्रति सप्ताह 5 काम के दिवसों के साथ।
2. इसके अलावा, काम के घंटों को उत्तरोत्तर कम किया जाना चाहिए और इसे प्रति दिन 7 घंटे तक कम किया जाना चाहिए ।प्रति सप्ताह 4 काम के दिवसों के साथ।

BSNLEU WFTU से संबद्ध है। यह पहले ही सूचित किया गया है कि BSNLEU के महासचिव साथी पी. अभिमन्यु ने प्रतिनिधि के रूप में WFTU की इस 18 वीं कांग्रेस में भाग लिया था ।

The WFTU is the International Federation of the militant trade unions. The WFTU is continuously fighting for better working conditions for the workers around the world. It is fighting for better wages and reduction in the working hours. Recently, the WFTU conducted it’s 18^th Congress on 6^th, 7^th and 8^th May, 2022. As regards the working hours, The WFTU demands the following:-

1. Immediately, the working hours should be reduced to 35 hours per week, with 5 working days per week.
2. Further, the working hours should be reduced progressively and it should be brought down to 7 hours per day, with 4 working days per week.

BSNLEU is affiliated to the WFTU. It is already reported that, Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, BSNLEU, attended this 18th Congress of the WFTU as a delegate.

BSNLEU की केंद्रीय कार्यकारी समिति की एक बैठक कल दिनांक 02-06-2022 को ऑनलाइन आयोजित की जाएगी। इस बैठक के लिए पहले ही अधिसूचना जारी कर दी गई है। कारपोरेट कार्यालय ने विशेष आकस्मिक अवकाश की मंजूरी के लिए पत्र भी जारी किया है। बैठक सुबह 10:00 बजे शुरू होगी । सभी सर्किल सचिवों और केंद्रीय पदाधिकारियों से अनुरोध है कि वे 09:45 बजे तक लॉगिन करें। बैठक 17:00 बजे तक जारी रहेगी। इस ऑनलाइन मीटिंग का लिंक वॉट्सऐप ग्रुप में भेजा गया है। सभी सीएचक्यू पदाधिकारियों और सर्कल सचिवों से अनुरोध है कि वे इस बैठक में भाग लें और इसे सफल बनाएं।

A meeting of the Central Executive Committee of BSNLEU will be held online tomorrow the 02-06-2022. Due notification has already been issued for this meeting. Corporate office has also issued letter for the sanctioning of special casual leave. The meeting will start at 10:00 a.m. All the Circle Secretaries and Central Office bearers are requested to login latest by 09:45 hours. The meeting will continue up to 17:00 hrs. BSNLEU ने खेल और सांस्कृतिक बोर्ड की आगामी बैठक में चर्चा के लिए एजेंडा आइटम प्रस्तुत किए।

BSNLEU द्वारा किए जा रहे निरंतर प्रयासों के कारण कारपोरेट कार्यालय ने बीएसएनएल खेल एवं सांस्कृतिक बोर्ड की बैठक आयोजित करने के लिए पत्र जारी किया है। आज BSNLEU ने इस बोर्ड की आगामी बैठक में चर्चा के लिए अपने एजेंडा आइटम प्रस्तुत कर दिए हैं। BSNLEU ने खेल कर्मियों के कई महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों को लिया है, जैसे अखिल भारतीय खेल बैठक आयोजित करना, कैरियर की प्रगति/विशेष वेतन वृद्धि के अनुसार लंबित मामलों का निपटान करना, खेल कर्मियों के टीए/डीए और किट भत्ते में वृद्धि करना, बिना किसी अड़चन के खेल कामकों को टाइम-ऑफ प्रदान करना और अन्य मुद्दे शामिल किए गये है ।

A meeting of the Co-ordination Committee (COC) of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNL CCWF will be held online at 17:00 hrs on 04.06.2022. The meeting will discuss important issues and will take decisions.

BSNLEU, Karnataka Circle Union organised a very impressive seminar today, titled the “Challenges before BSNL. Comrades attended this seminar from various districts of Karnataka Circle. Com.C.K.Gundanna, Circle President, presided over the programme. Com.H.V. Sudarshan, Circle Secretary, Karnataka, welcomed everyone and initiated the Seminar. Com.P.Abhimanyu,GS, addressed the seminar and spoke at length on the anti-Public Sector steps being taken by the government, the road blocks created by it in the launching of BSNL’s 4G and the and the issues taken up and settled by BSNLEU. Earlier, the General Secretary inaugurated the renovated District Union office of BSNLEU, Bangalore Telephones District in the CTO compound.

BSNLEU, Tamil Nadu Circle Union, organised an impressive seminar at Coimbatore today. The subject of the seminar is Save BSNL - Save Nation”. Com. A. Babu Radhakrishnan, circle president, presided over the seminar. Com.Raju Pandian, circle secretary, welcomed everyone. Com.S.Chellappa, AGS, started the seminar with his address. Com.P.Abhimanyu,GS, addressed the seminar elaborately and explained about the efforts taken by the AUAB and BSNLEU, for bringing the financial revival of BSNL. He spoke on the various issues taken up and settled by BSNLEU. Finally he emphasised that, the unity of the working people should be strengthened to stop the privatisation of public sector, implementation of the National Monetisation Pipeline etc. He also called on the employees to guard against the forces which divide the working-class on the basis of religion, caste, region and language. The CHQ heartily congratulates the Tamil Nadu circle union for organising this successful seminar.

The AUA be organised countrywide demonstrations yesterday, demanding immediate settlement of pay revision to the executives and wage revision to the non-executives. The programme has been organised successfully throughout the country. The CHQ of BSNLEU heartily congratulates all the comrades for making the programme a success.

The CHQ has already informed that, the next meeting of the Wage Negotiating Committee will be held on 10th June, 2022. The management has issued the notification for holding this meeting. All members of the Wage Negotiating Committee, from BSNLEU, are requested to attend the meeting without fail.

Organise today’s lunch our demonstration effectively. The Wage Revision talks of the Non-Executives is going on without any improvement. The Pay Revision of the Executives is kept in the cold storage. At the same time, the top officers in the company, ie., CGM, PGM, GM, etc., have already got their Pay Revision and revision of all allowances,  through the 7th Pay Commission. How the government expects the Non-Executives and Executives to work without pay revision? We have to emphatically tell the government that, this discrimination cannot continue. छूट गये हुए ड्राफ्ट्समैन (सिविल / इलेक्ट्रिकल / टेलीकॉम) जिनके पास अपेक्षित शैक्षिक योग्यता है के लिए एक और जेटीओ परीक्षा आयोजित करें :- BSNLEU ने निदेशक (एचआर) को लिखा है।

2008 में  ड्राफ्ट्समैन (सिविल / इलेक्ट्रिकल / टेलीकॉम), जिनके पास अपेक्षित शैक्षिक योग्यता थी, को 50% कोटा में जेटीओ (सिविल / इलेक्ट्रिकल) परीक्षा में उपस्थित होने की अनुमति दी गई थी। नेशनल काउंसिल की 26वीं और 28वीं बैठकों में प्रबंधन ने BSNLEU की उस मांग को स्वीकार कर लिया था, जिसमें छूट गये हुए ड्राफ्ट्समैन सिविल/इलेक्ट्रिकल/टेलीकॉम के लिए एक और जेटीओ परीक्षा आयोजित करने की मांग को स्वीकार किया था। हालांकि नेशनल काउंसिल के इस फैसले को लागू नहीं किया गया है। BSNLEU पहले ही इस मुद्दे को कई बार उठा चुका है। एक बार फिर BSNLEU ने आज निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखकर नेशनल काउंसिल के निर्णय को लागू करने की मांग की है।

कल दोपहर के भोजन अवकाश में प्रदर्शनों का आयोजन - वेतन संशोधन मुद्दे पर AUAB का आह्वान ।

एयूएबी ने एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स और नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को तीसरे वेतन संशोधन के निपटारे की मांग करते हुए आंदोलनात्मक कार्यक्रमों की एक श्रृंखला आयोजित करने का आह्वान किया है। इस आंदोलन का पहला चरण कल 27-05-2022 को हो रहा है। तदनुसार, सभी स्थानों पर मध्याह्न भोजन अवकाश में प्रदर्शनों का आयोजन किया जाना है। BSNLEU के सर्कल और जिला सचिवों से अनुरोध किया जाता है कि वे एयूएबी के अन्य यूनियन और एसोसिएशन के साथ समन्वय करें और भोजन अवकाश दरम्यान प्रदर्शन को सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित करें। कृपया CHQ को रिपोर्ट और फ़ोटो भेजें।

The AUAB has given call to organise a series of agitational programmes, demanding settlement of 3rd Pay Revision to the Executives and 3rd Wage Revision to the Non-Executives. The first phase of this agitation is taking place tomorrow the 27.05.2022. Accordingly, Lunch Hour Demonstrations are to be organised in all places. The circle and district secretaries of BSNLEU are requested to coordinate with other unions and associations of the AUAB and to organise this Lunch Hour Demonstrations successfully. पंजाब सर्कल में जेटीओ एलआईसीई परिणामों की घोषणा में अनुचित देरी :-महासचिव ने कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय में पीजीएम (estt) के साथ मामले पर चर्चा की।

पंजाब सर्कल में JTO LICE परिणामों की घोषणा न करने के मुद्दे पर साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव, आज श्री सौरभ त्यागी, पीजीएम (estt) के साथ चर्चा की । महासचिव ने कहा कि JTO LICE के उम्मीदवार पूरी तरह से निराश हैं, क्योंकि यह मामला बहुत लंबे समय से चल रहा है। पीजीएम (estt) ने जवाब दिया कि अदालत के आदेश के कारण पंजाब सर्कल में JTO LICE परिणाम घोषित नहीं किए जा सके। उन्होंने आगे बताया कि JTO LICE परिणाम घोषित करने के लिए न्यायालय की अनुमति की मांग करने वाली बीएसएनएल द्वारा दायर याचिका पर कैट चंडीगढ़ में न्यायाधीश की कमी के कारण सुनवाई नहीं हो रही है। दो जजों की जगह सिर्फ एक ही जज है। पीजीएम ने आगे कहा कि उन्होंने पिछले सप्ताह भी जीएम एचआर, पंजाब सर्कल के साथ इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की थी।

JE LICE और TT LICE आयोजित करने के बारे में महासचिव ने पीजीएम (Estt.) के साथ चर्चा की है ।

BSNLEU लगातार मांग कर रहा है कि JE LICE और TT LICE तुरंत आयोजन किया जाना चाहिए। इस मुद्दे पर आज कारपोरेट कार्यालय में श्री सौरभ त्यागी, पीजीएम (estt) के साथ महासचिव साथी पी. अभिमन्यु ने चर्चा की। पीजीएम (estt) ने उत्तर दिया कि जहां तक JE LICE का संबंध है सर्किलों को पहले ही विवरण प्रस्तुत करने का निर्देश दिया जा चुका है और कुछ सर्किलों ने अभी भी इसे नहीं भेजा है। महासचिव ने आग्रह किया कि TT LICE भी अविलंब संचालित किया जाए।

बीएसएनएल कोविड फंड समिति के निर्णय।

बीएसएनएल कोविड फंड (बीसीएफ) समिति की आज एक बैठक आयोजित की गई। इसमें साथी पी.अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने भाग लिया। बैठक में कोविड पीड़ितों के परिवारों को अब तक दी गई राहत का जायजा लिया गया। कोविड फंड में कर्मचारियों का योगदान 11 करोड़ रुपये है। इसी प्रकार बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन का अंशदान भी 11 करोड़ रुपये है। इस प्रकार कोविड फंड में कुल 22 करोड़ रुपये की राशि एकत्रित की गई है। दिनांक 31-03-2022 तक 238 कर्मचारियों की मृत्यु हो चुकी है।  इसमें से 220 कर्मचारियों के परिवारों को प्रत्येक परिवार को 10 लाख रुपये की सहायता राशि प्रदान की गई है। इस प्रकार, एकत्र की गई निधि लगभग समाप्त हो गई है। इसलिए आज की बैठक में 18 और कर्मचारियों के परिवारों को दी जाने वाली राहत के बारे में चर्चा हुई। निम्नलिखित निर्णय सर्वसम्मति से लिए गये हैं :-

1. 18 कोविड पीड़ितों के परिवारों को राहत, जो 1.8 करोड़ रुपये है, बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन द्वारा वहन किया जाएगा।
2. बीसीएफ समिति ने बीसीएफ नीति की अवधि को दिनांक 31-03-2023 तक बढ़ाने का भी निर्णय लिया है ।
3.  जहां तक भविष्य में होने वाली मृत्यु के मामले में भुगतान की जाने वाली राहत का संबंध है, यह निर्णय लिया जाता है कि बीसीएफ समिति तिमाही आधार पर बैठक करेगी और यह निर्णय लेगी कि भुगतान कैसे

BSNLEU is continuously demanding that, the JE LICE and TT LICE should be conducted immediately. This issue was discussed by Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, with Shri Saurabh Tyagi PGM (Estt.) in the Corporate Office today. The PGM (Estt.) replied that, as regards the JE LICE, circles have already been directed to furnish the details and that, some circles have still not sent the same. The General Secretary urged that the TT LICE should also be conducted without delay.
