किराया मुक्त आवासीय लैंडलाइन कनेक्शन के स्थान पर मुफ्त एफटीटीएच कनेक्शन प्रदान करें - महासचिव, BSNLEU ने सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को बताया।

बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन ने सभी कॉपर-केबल आधारित लैंडलाइनों को एफटीटीएच में बदलने का नीतिगत निर्णय लिया है। बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों और पेंशनभोगियों को पहले से ही किराया मुक्त आवासीय लैंडलाइन कनेक्शन प्रदान किया गया है। यदि इन लैंडलाइन कनेक्शनों को FTTH में बदल दिया जाता है, तो कर्मचारियों को एफटीटीएच कनेक्शन का किराया (40% रियायत के साथ) देना होगा। इसलिए, BSNLEU ने पहले ही मांग की है कि, कर्मचारियों और पेंशनभोगियों को लैंडलाइन कनेक्शन के स्थान पर मुफ्त एफटीटीएच कनेक्शन प्रदान किया जाना चाहिए। इस मुद्दे पर महासचिव, BSNLEU द्वारा सीएमडी बीएसएनएल के साथ कल 15-11-2023 को हुई बैठक में चर्चा की गई। सीएमडी बीएसएनएल ने जवाब दिया कि मुफ्त एफटीटीएच कनेक्शन प्रदान करना संभव नहीं होगा। इसलिए प्रबंधन मुफ्त लैंडलाइन कनेक्शन के स्थान पर मुफ्त कॉल (सीमित) वाले सिम उपलब्ध कराना चाहता है। महासचिव, BSNLEU ने स्पष्ट रूप से कहा कि यह स्वीकार्य नहीं है और कर्मचारियों और पेंशनभोगियों को मुफ्त एफटीटीएच कनेक्शन प्रदान किया जाना चाहिए। 

फेस्टिवल एडवांस के रूप में 20,000 रुपये मंजूर करें - महासचिव, BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को बताया।

BSNLEU पहले ही मांग कर चुका है कि कर्मचारियों को 20,000 रुपये का फेस्टिवल एडवांस मंजूर किया जाना चाहिए। इस मुद्दे पर महासचिव, BSNLEU ने कल 15-11-2023 को सीएमडी बीएसएनएल के साथ चर्चा की। हालांकि उन्होंने इस मांग को सिरे से खारिज कर दिया। उन्होंने बताया कि कंपनी ने 18,000 करोड़ रुपये का बैंक लोन लिया है और इसके लिए 8 फीसदी ब्याज दे रही है। ऐसी स्थिति में ब्याज मुक्त फेस्टिवल एडवांस स्वीकृत करना संभव नहीं होगा। हालाँकि, उन्होंने इस बात पर सहमति जताई कि कंपनी की वित्तीय स्थिति में सुधार होने पर मांग पर विचार किया जाएगा। 

जिला सचिव, BSNLEU, गाज़ीपुर का अनुचित स्थानांतरण रद्द करने की सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से मांग महासचिव, BSNLEU ने की ।

BSNLEU का सीएचक्यू, BSNLEU, गाज़ीपुर के जिला सचिव, साथी राकेश कुमार मौर्य के वाराणसी बीए से कानपुर बीए में स्थानांतरण का विरोध कर रहा है। यह स्थानांतरण स्थानांतरण से छूट पर कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के आदेशों का उल्लंघन करते हुए और नोन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव्स के स्थानांतरण दायित्व पर नियमों के उल्लंघन में भी आदेश दिया गया है। साथी राकेश कुमार मौर्य ने जब से ग़ाज़ीपुर में हो रहे भ्रष्टाचार के संबंध में सीवीसी को लिखित शिकायत की है तब से उन्हें प्रताड़ित किया जा रहा है। इस मामले पर 02.11.2023 को निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के साथ पहले ही चर्चा हो चुकी है। महासचिव ने कल 15-11-2023 को सीएमडी बीएसएनएल के साथ इस मुद्दे को उठाया। बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी ने मामले पर गौर करने का आश्वासन दिया। 

Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, BSNLEU & Convenor, AUAB, Com.M.S. Adasul, GS, SNEA, Com.N.D. Ram, GS, SEWA BSNL and Com.V.Shaji, GS, AIBSNLEA, met the CMD BSNL today. They recorded their strong protest against the taking over of the ALTTC by the DoT. They demanded that, the BSNL Management should take all possible steps for retention of the ALTTC by BSNL. They also demanded that, the Management should take immediate steps for bringing the BSNL properties throughout the country under the ownership of the Company. The CMD BSNL assured that, the Management would take necessary steps.

एयूएबी के नेताओं ने श्री पी.के. पुरवार, सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल से मुलाकात की और डीओटी द्वारा एएलटीटीसी के अधिग्रहण के बारे में चर्चा की। 

साथी पी.अभिमन्यु, महासचिव, BSNLEU और संयोजक, एयूएबी, साथी एम.एस. अदसुल, महासचिव, एसएनईए, साथी एन.डी. राम, महासचिव, सेवा बीएसएनएल और साथी वी.शाजी, महासचिव, एआईबीएसएनएलईए ने आज सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से मुलाकात की। उन्होंने दूरसंचार विभाग द्वारा एएलटीटीसी का अधिग्रहण करने के खिलाफ अपना कड़ा विरोध दर्ज कराया। उन्होंने मांग की कि, बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन को एएलटीटीसी को बीएसएनएल द्वारा बनाए रखने के लिए हर संभव कदम उठाना चाहिए। उन्होंने यह भी मांग की कि, प्रबंधन को देश भर में बीएसएनएल संपत्तियों को कंपनी के स्वामित्व में लाने के लिए तत्काल कदम उठाना चाहिए। सीएमडी बीएसएनएल ने आश्वासन दिया कि प्रबंधन आवश्यक कदम उठाएगा। 

A meeting of the All Unions and Associations of BSNL (AUAB) was held online yesterday the 14.11.2023, to discuss about the taking over of ALTTC by the DoT. Com.Chandeswar Singh, Chairman, AUAB, presided over the meeting and welcomed all the participants. Com.P.Abhimanyu, Convenor, AUAB, made a brief presentation of the agenda. Com.M.S. Adasul, GS, SNEA, Com.N.D. Ram, GS, SEWA BSNL, Com. V. Shaji, GS, AIBSNLEA, Com.Suresh Kumar, GS, SNATTA, Com.Anil Kumar, GS, BSNL ATM, Com.J. Vijayakumar, GS, TEPU and Com.Ramasundaram,GS, BSNLEC, participated and expressed their view points. The leaders pointed out that, ALTTC with more than 83 acres of land and with huge infrastructure for advanced training, is worth around Rs.6,000 crore. All the comrades vehemently opposed the arbitrary and high-handed taking over of ALTTC by the DoT. The meeting decided to write  letter to the Secretary, Telecom, demanding immediate cancellation of the Presidential Order issued by the DoT, for the taking over of the ALTTC. The meeting also decided to seek a meeting with the Secretary, Telecom, to discuss this issue. Further, the meeting decided to organise agitational programme, if the issue is not amicably resolved through talks.

डीओटी द्वारा एएलटीटीसी के अधिग्रहण के बारे में चर्चा करने के लिए कल 14.11.2023 को बीएसएनएल की सभी यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों (एयूएबी) की एक बैठक ऑनलाइन आयोजित की गई थी। एयूएबी के अध्यक्ष साथी चंदेश्वर सिंह ने बैठक की अध्यक्षता की और सभी प्रतिभागियों का स्वागत किया। एयूएबी के संयोजक साथी पी.अभिमन्यु ने एजेंडे की एक संक्षिप्त प्रस्तुति दी। साथी एम.एस. अदसुल, महासचिव, एसएनईए, साथी एन.डी. राम, महासचिव, सेवा बीएसएनएल, साथी वी. शाजी, महासचिव, एआईबीएसएनएलईए, साथी सुरेश कुमार, महासचिव, एसएनएटीटीए, साथी अनिल कुमार, महासचिव, बीएसएनएल एटीएम, साथी जे. विजयकुमार, महासचिव, टीईपीयू और साथी रामसुंदरम, महासचिव, बीएसएनएलईसी ने भाग लिया और अपने विचार व्यक्त किए। नेताओं ने बताया कि, 83 एकड़ से अधिक भूमि और उन्नत प्रशिक्षण के लिए विशाल बुनियादी ढांचे के साथ एएलटीटीसी की कीमत लगभग 6,000 करोड़ रुपये है। सभी साथियों ने डीओटी द्वारा एएलटीटीसी पर मनमाने ढंग से और मनमानी तरीके से कब्ज़ा करने का पुरजोर विरोध किया। बैठक में दूरसंचार सचिव को पत्र लिखकर एएलटीटीसी के अधिग्रहण के लिए दूरसंचार विभाग द्वारा जारी प्रेसिडेंशियल ऑर्डर को तत्काल रद्द करने की मांग करने का निर्णय लिया गया। बैठक में इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा के लिए दूरसंचार सचिव के साथ बैठक करने का भी निर्णय लिया गया। इसके अलावा, बैठक में बातचीत के माध्यम से समस्या का सौहार्दपूर्ण समाधान नहीं होने पर आंदोलनात्मक कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया गया।

The Corporate Office has implemented a new policy for the Career Progression of the sports persons. However, cases already recommended by the CGMs for Career Progression, as per the old policy, are not settled by the Management. BSNLEU is continuously taking up this issue with the Management. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, discussed this issue with Shri Sanjeev Tyagi, PGM(Admn.) today. The General Secretary strongly demanded that, the cases already recommended by the CGMs as per the Old Policy should be considered by the Management. The PGM(Admn.) assured to look into it.

Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Shri Sanjeev Tyagi, PGM(Admn.) today and discussed about certain difficulties being faced by the employees in the online attendance system. The General Secretary pointed out that, the difficulties being faced by the employees on account of the instructions of the Corporate Office for pay cut, in the place of deduction of leave. He demanded that, the earlier system of deduction of leave should continue for some more time. However, the PGM(Admn.) replied that, there is no need for making any review of the Corporate Office instruction. 

BSNLEU organised demonstrations on 18.10.2023, demanding the Israeli armed forces to stop their attacks and killing of the innocent civilians of Palestine. This programme was organised as per the call of the World Federation of Trade Union (WFTU). However, BSNLEU was criticised, saying that the Union is supporting Hamas. This criticism is completely baseless. Now, the Indian Government has voted in the United Nations (UN), condemning Israeli occupation of Palestinian lands. The resolution has condemned Israel’s forcible occupations of Palestinian lands. 145 countries, including India, have voted in favour of the resolution, condemning Israel. 7 countries, including Israel, US and Canada voted against the resolution. 18 countries remained absent. At least now, those who criticised BSNLEU should realise their mistake.

As all comrades are aware, the Joint Forum has already given call for organising Human Chain programme on 28.11.2023. The demands for this programme are settlement of Wage Revision, immediate launching of BSNL’s 4G & 5G and settlement of New Promotion Policy. All the circle and district secretaries are requested to take all out efforts from now onwards, for mobilising maximum number of employees in this Human Chain programme.

After intense consultations between the unions and associations on the issue of grabbing of ALTTC by the DoT, it is decided that an online meeting of the AUAB will take place tomorrow at 08:00 pm. The AUAB meeting will discuss and decide about the future course of action on the ALTTC issue.

डीओटी द्वारा एएलटीटीसी को हथियाने पर चर्चा के लिए AUAB की बैठक कल होगी। 

डीओटी द्वारा एएलटीटीसी को हथियाने के मुद्दे पर यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों के बीच गहन विचार-विमर्श के बाद, यह निर्णय लिया गया है कि एयूएबी की एक ऑनलाइन बैठक कल रात 08:00 बजे होगी। एयूएबी की बैठक में एएलटीटीसी मुद्दे पर भविष्य की कार्रवाई के बारे में चर्चा और निर्णय लिया जाएगा।

BSNLEU is deeply saddened to know that, Com.Basudev Acharya, Trade Union leader and veteran Parliamentarian has passed away today. Com.Basudev Acharya has been Member of the Lok Sabha for 7 terms and had effectively raised the issues of the working class in the Parliament. Especially, Com.Basudev Acharya has been a close friend of BSNLEU. He has helped BSNLEU and the Unions and Associations of BSNL to have meetings with the Minister of Communications and even with the Prime Minister. With the help of Com.Basudev Acharya, BSNL unions and associations had a meeting with the then Prime Minister, Shri Manmohan Singh in 2004. BSNLEU has raised many issues in the Parliament through Com.Basudev Acharya. BSNLEU salutes Com.Basudev Acharya and expresses it’s deep condolences to his family members.

ट्रेड यूनियन नेता और अनुभवी सांसद साथी बासुदेव आचार्य का निधन।

BSNLEU को यह जानकर गहरा दुःख हुआ है कि ट्रेड यूनियन नेता और अनुभवी सांसद साथी बासुदेव आचार्य का आज निधन हो गया है। साथी बासुदेव आचार्य 7 बार लोकसभा के सदस्य रहे हैं और उन्होंने संसद में मजदूर वर्ग के मुद्दों को प्रभावी ढंग से उठाया था। विशेषकर, साथी बासुदेव आचार्य BSNLEU के घनिष्ठ मित्र रहे हैं। उन्होंने BSNLEU और बीएसएनएल की यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों को संचार मंत्री और यहां तक ​​कि प्रधान मंत्री के साथ बैठक करने में मदद की है। साथी बासुदेव आचार्य की मदद से बीएसएनएल यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों ने 2004 में तत्कालीन प्रधान मंत्री श्री मनमोहन सिंह के साथ एक बैठक की थी। BSNLEU ने साथी बासुदेव आचार्य के माध्यम से संसद में कई मुद्दे उठाए हैं। BSNLEU साथी बासुदेव आचार्य को सलाम करता है और उनके परिवार के सदस्यों के प्रति गहरी संवेदना व्यक्त करता है।

At the time of the formation of BSNL, the Cabinet decided that the assets will also be transferred to BSNL. However, in violation of this decision of the Government, the DoT has taken over many assets of BSNL in the last 23 years. “Land Mafia” captures public lands. There is no difference between this “Land Mafia” and the DoT. Last year, the DoT took over the ALTTC campus. ALTTC includes 81 acres of land and many buildings. It’s worth is thousands of crores of rupees. The AUAB unitedly protested against this ‘land-capturing’ by the DoT. As a result, the DoT was forced to keep it’s decision under abeyance. But, the DoT has again issued order on 10-11-2023, and has taken over the ALTTC. This action of the DoT is not only arbitary but also high handed. BSNLEU vehemently opposes this action of the DoT. ALTTC is the premier and prestigious training centre of BSNL. The unions and associations of BSNL should not allow the DoT to usurp this asset from BSNL.

BSNLEU is pressing on the BSNL Management to implement the DoP&T order which stipulates that, husband and wife working in the Central and State Government departments and in the PSUs should be posted in the same station. In BSNL, Rule-8 transfer applications of the JEs, on spouse ground, are not being considered by the Management. As per the BSNL Corporate Office letter, requests for transfer under Rule-8 of the JEs will not be considered to the surplus circles, even on spouse ground. In his meeting with CMD BSNL held on 02-11-2023, the General Secretary, BSNLEU, urged that the Management should consider the transfer request of the JEs for Rule-8 transfer on spouse ground, as per the DoP&T instructions. The CMD BSNL assured that, the matter would be looked into. In continuation of this discussion, the Establishment Branch of the Corporate Office has written to all the CGMs on 09.11.2023, calling for data regarding the number of employees who have applied for transfer on spouse ground under Rule-8 in each circle. It is also stated in that letter that, the requisite data should be sent within 10 days. Circle Secretaries are requested to ensure that the requisite data is sent to the Corporate Office within the stipulated time limit.

रूल-8 पति/पत्नी के आधार पर जेई का स्थानांतरण - कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय सर्किलों से डेटा मांगता है। 

BSNLEU बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन पर डीओपी एण्ड टी के आदेश को लागू करने के लिए दबाव डाल रहा है, जिसमें कहा गया है कि केंद्र और राज्य सरकार के विभागों और सार्वजनिक उपक्रमों में काम करने वाले पति और पत्नी को एक ही स्टेशन पर तैनात किया जाना चाहिए। बीएसएनएल में पति/पत्नी के आधार पर जेई के स्थानांतरण आवेदनों पर प्रबंधन द्वारा रूल-8 पर विचार नहीं किया जा रहा है। बीएसएनएल कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के पत्र के अनुसार, जेई के नियम -8 के तहत स्थानांतरण के अनुरोध पर पति/पत्नी के आधार पर भी अधिशेष सर्किलों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। 02-11-2023 को सीएमडी बीएसएनएल के साथ अपनी बैठक में BSNLEU के महासचिव ने आग्रह किया कि प्रबंधन को डीओपी एण्ड टी के निर्देशों के अनुसार, पति/पत्नी के आधार पर रूल-8 स्थानांतरण के लिए जेई के स्थानांतरण अनुरोध पर विचार करना चाहिए। सीएमडी बीएसएनएल ने आश्वासन दिया कि, मामले पर गौर किया जाएगा। इस चर्चा को जारी रखते हुए, कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय की स्थापना शाखा ने 09.11.2023 को सभी चीफ जनरल मैनेजर को पत्र लिखकर प्रत्येक सर्कल में रूल-8 के तहत पति-पत्नी के आधार पर स्थानांतरण के लिए आवेदन करने वाले कर्मचारियों की संख्या के बारे में डेटा मांगा है। उस पत्र में यह भी कहा गया है कि, अपेक्षित डेटा 10 दिनों के भीतर भेजा जाना चाहिए। सर्किल सचिवों से यह सुनिश्चित करने का अनुरोध किया जाता है कि अपेक्षित डेटा निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय को भेजा जाए।
