माननीय संचार राज्य मंत्री श्री देवुसिंह चौहान ने 21-01-2023 को आंध्र प्रदेश सर्कल के अनंतपुर जिले में पुट्टपर्थी का दौरा किया । साथी के. मल्लिकार्जुन रेड्डी, जिला सचिव के नेतृत्व में BSNLEU अनंतपुर के साथियों ने पुट्टापर्थी में माननीय संचार राज्य मंत्री से मुलाकात की और एक ज्ञापन सौंपा, जिसमें वेतन संशोधन को तेजी से निपटाने के साथ-साथ बीएसएनएल की 4G और 5G सेवाओ को तेजी से आरंभ करने का अनुरोध किया गया। BSNLEU का सीएचक्यू अनंतपुर डिस्ट्रिक्ट यूनियन को इस पहल के लिए हार्दिक बधाई देता है।

Chennai Telephones Circle Union of BSNLEU organised hunger strike at CGM Office, Chennai, protesting against the anti-BSNLEU attitude of the circle administration. A good number of comrades participated in this hunger strike, even though it is organised at a very short notice. The GM(HR) of Chennai circle is blatantly acting against BSNLEU to favour some other union. The hunger strike was inaugurated by Com.S. Chellappa, AGS. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, addressed the hunger strike and warned the Chennai circle administration of more serious form of struggles, if it does not give up the anti-BSNLEU attitude. CHQ heartily congratulates the Chennai circle union for organising this struggle.

An online meeting of the Non-Executive Unions was held yesterday. It was attended by the General Secretaries of BSNLEU, NFTE BSNL, BTEU, FNTO, SNATTA, BSNL MS, ATM BSNL and BSNL EC. The meeting unanimously decided to form a joint platform of the Non-Executive Unions and Associations to effectively take up the issues of the Non-Executives. Com.Chandeshwar Singh, GS, NFTE, is elected as the Chairman and Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, BSNLEU, is elected as the Convenor of this Joint Forum.

नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के यूनियनों की ऑनलाइन बैठक कल हुई।  इसमें BSNLEU, एनएफटीई बीएसएनएल, बीटीईयू, एफएनटीओ, एसएनएटीएटीए, बीएसएनएल एमएस, एटीएम बीएसएनएल और बीएसएनएल ईसी के महासचिवों ने भाग लिया।  बैठक में सर्वसम्मति से नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों का एक संयुक्त मंच बनाने का निर्णय लिया गया ताकि नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के मुद्दों को प्रभावी ढंग से उठाया जा सके।  साथी चंदेश्वर सिंह, महासचिव, एनएफटीई को अध्यक्ष के रूप में चुना गया है और साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव, BSNLEU को इस संयुक्त फोरम के संयोजक के रूप में चुना गया है।

In the online meeting of the Non-Executive Unions held yesterday the 23.01.2023, the issues of the Non-Executives were discussed threadbare. The meeting viewed that, settlement of the Wage Revision is the top most issue of the Non-Executives. At the same time, the meeting also viewed that, the issues of implementation of a New Promotion Policy for the Non-Executives and immediate launching of BSNL’s 4G and 5G services, should also be taken up actively. After in depth discussions, the meeting decided to organise lunch demonstrations on 07.02.2023 on the above mentioned three issues.

Further, a physical meeting of the Joint Forum of Non-Executive Unions and Associations of BSNL will be held at New Delhi on 07.02.2023 to discuss and decide about the future course of action.

कल दिनांक 23.01.2023 को हुई नोन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव यूनियनों की ऑनलाइन बैठक में नोन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव यूनियनों के मुद्दों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।  बैठक में देखा गया कि वेज रिवीजन का सेटलमेंट नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के लिए सर्वोच्च मुद्दा है।  साथ ही, बैठक में यह भी देखा गया कि नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के लिए एक नई पदोन्नति नीति के कार्यान्वयन और बीएसएनएल की 4G और 5G  सेवाओं को तत्काल शुरू करने के मुद्दों को भी सक्रिय रूप से उठाया जाना चाहिए। बैठक में गहन विचार-विमर्श के बाद उपरोक्त तीनों मुद्दों पर दिनांक 07.02.2023 को मध्याह्न भोजन अवकाश में प्रदर्शन आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया गया।

इसके अलावा, बीएसएनएल के नोन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों के संयुक्त मंच की एक व्यक्तिगत बैठक 07.02.2023 को नई दिल्ली में आयोजित की जाएगी ताकि भविष्य की कार्रवाई पर चर्चा की जा सके और निर्णय लिया जा सके।

The BSNL employees posted in the Kashmir Valley are entitled for special concessions and incentives at par with the Central Government employees. These are being extended from time to time. The DoP&T issued extension for these special concessions and incentives on 12.09.2022. However, BSNL Corporate Office delayed payment of these concessions and incentives because the DoP&T letter was not endorsed by the DoT. The CHQ of BSNLEU actively took up this issue with the DoT and got the endorsement letter issued. Thereafter, BSNLEU again wrote to the Corporate Office, demanding early issuing of the order for payment. Finally, today, the Corporate Office has issued letter for the payment of special concessions and incentives. BSNLEU heartily congratulates the employees of Kashmir Valley.

Shri Devusinh Chauhan,  Hon’ble Minister of State for Communications, visited Kurnool, yesterday the 22.01.2023. Utilising this opportunity, the leaders of the AUAB met Shri Devusinh Chauhan and submitted a detailed memorandum regarding the important issues of the employees and the Company. They expressed the deep disappointment of the employees over the non-settlement of the Wage Revision and also over the extreme delay in the launching of 4G service by BSNL. The CHQ of BSNLEU heartily congratulates Com.N. Ramaraju, District Secretary, BSNLEU and other leaders of the AUAB for meeting the Hon’ble Minister of State for Communications and apprising him about the burning issues. 

कुरनूल बिज़नेस एरिया के एयुएबी नेताओं ने माननीय संचार राज्य मंत्री को ज्ञापन सौंपा हैं।

माननीय संचार राज्य मंत्री श्री देवुसिंह चौहान ने कल दिनांक 22.01.2023 को कुरनूल का दौरा किया।  इस अवसर का उपयोग करते हुए एयुएबी के नेताओं ने श्री देवुसिंह चौहान से मुलाकात की और कर्मचारियों और कंपनी के महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों के संबंध में एक विस्तृत ज्ञापन सौंपा।  उन्होंने वेतन संशोधन के गैर-निपटान और बीएसएनएल द्वारा 4G सेवा शुरू करने में अत्यधिक देरी पर भी कर्मचारियों की गहरी निराशा व्यक्त की। BSNLEU का सीएचक्यू साथी एन. रामराजू, जिला सचिव, BSNLEU और एयुएबी के अन्य नेताओं ने माननीय संचार राज्य मंत्री से मुलाकात की और उन्हें ज्वलंत मुद्दों से अवगत कराया।

As per the initiative taken by BSNLEU and NFTE, a joint meeting of all the Non-Executive Unions is being held online today at 7:00 pm. The meeting will discuss about the extreme delay in the settlement of the Wage Revision and will decide about the programme of action.

सभी नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स यूनियनों की संयुक्त ऑनलाइन बैठक आज होगी ।

BSNLEU और एनएफटीई द्वारा की गई पहल के अनुसार, *सभी नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स यूनियनों की एक संयुक्त बैठक आज शाम 7:00 बजे ऑनलाइन आयोजित की जा रही है।  बैठक में वेज रिवीजन के निपटारे में अत्यधिक देरी के बारे में चर्चा होगी और कार्रवाई के कार्यक्रम के बारे में निर्णय लिया जाएगा।

Some of India’s best known wrestlers, such as Commonwealth Games medallist Vinesh Phogat and Olympic medallists Bajrang Punia and Sakshi Malik and nearly 200 other wrestlers are demanding action against the Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) president Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh and several other coaches for sexual exploitation of young women athletes at camps. They have even sat on a dharna at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar. The athletes who have raised the charges of sexual exploitation have high credibility. Vinesh Phogat has said that, about 10 to 20 girls she knew have been sexually exploited in the National Camp over the past 10 years. The BSNL Working Women’s Coordination Committee (BSNLWWCC), has given call to organise lunch hour protest demonstrations on 27.01.2023, demanding the government to take immediate action on the culprits. The All India Centre of BSNLEU has decided that, all the circle and district unions of BSNLEU should take the initiative to successfully organise this protest lunch hour demonstration. CHQ calls upon the circle and district secretaries to take the necessary action.

महिला पहलवानों का यौन शोषण - बीएसएनएलडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी ने 27.01.2023 को भोजन अवकाश में विरोध प्रदर्शन आयोजित करने का आह्वान किया। 

भारत के कुछ प्रसिद्ध पहलवान, जैसे कि राष्ट्रमंडल खेलों के पदक विजेता विनेश फोगट और ओलंपिक पदक विजेता बजरंग पुनिया और साक्षी मलिक और लगभग 200 अन्य पहलवान यौन शोषण के लिए भारतीय कुश्ती महासंघ (डब्ल्यूएफआई) के अध्यक्ष बृज भूषण शरण सिंह और कई अन्य प्रशिक्षकों के द्वारा शिविरों में युवा महिला एथलीटों के शोषण के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग कर रहे हैं । वे दिल्ली के जंतर मंतर पर धरने पर भी बैठे थे । जिन एथलीटों ने यौन शोषण के आरोप लगाए हैं, उनकी उच्च विश्वसनीयता है।  विनेश फोगट ने कहा है कि, पिछले 10 सालों में करीब 10 से 20 लड़कियों को वह जानती थीं जिनका नेशनल कैंप में उनका यौन शोषण हुआ है।  बीएसएनएल वर्किंग वीमेंस को-ऑर्डिनेशन कमिटी (बीएसएनएलडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी) ने सरकार से दोषियों पर तत्काल कार्रवाई करने की मांग करते हुए 27.01.2023 को दोपहर के भोजन अवकाश में विरोध प्रदर्शन आयोजित करने का आह्वान किया है। BSNLEU के अखिल भारतीय केंद्र ने निर्णय लिया है कि BSNLEU के सभी सर्किल और जिला यूनियनों को इस भोजन अवकाश में विरोध प्रदर्शन  को सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित करने के लिए पहल करनी चाहिए।  सीएचक्यू ने सर्किल व जिला सचिवों से आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने को कहा है । 

In Chennai Telephones Circle, issues being taken by BSNLEU, with the Circle Administration, will not be settled. However, when another union takes up the same issue, immediately it will be settled. The reason is, the GM (HR) of Chennai circle, Shri Ilanthirai, is acting as the agent of some union. This episode is continuing for a long. The matter was taken to the notice of the Corporate Management. However, no intervention has been made. Left with no other option, Chennai circle union of BSNLEU is organising a hunger strike at CGM Office, Chennai, on 24-01-2023. Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, will be addressing this hunger strike.  

24.01.2023 को चेन्नई के चीफ जनरल मैनेजर कार्यालय में भूख हड़ताल को साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव संबोधित करेंगे ।

चेन्नई टेलीफॉन्स सर्कल में BSNLEU  द्वारा सर्कल प्रशासन के साथ उठाए जा रहे मुद्दों का समाधान नहीं किया जाता है । हालांकि, जब कोई अन्य युनियन उसी मुद्दे को उठाएगा, तो उसे तुरंत सुलझा लिया जाएगा।  कारण यह है कि चेन्नई सर्किल के जनरल मैनेजर (मानव संसाधन) श्री इलानथिराई किसी युनियन के एजेंट के तौर पर काम कर रहे हैं ।  यह सिलसिला काफी दिनों से जारी है। मामले को निगम प्रबंधन के संज्ञान में लाया गया।  हालांकि, कोई हस्तक्षेप नहीं किया गया है।  कोई अन्य विकल्प नहीं होने के कारण, BSNLEU का चेन्नई सर्किल युनियन 24.01.2023 को चीफ जनरल मैनेजर कार्यालय, चेन्नई में भूख हड़ताल का आयोजन कर रहा है। साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव, इस भूख हड़ताल को संबोधित करेंगे।

All aware that, Shri Punchok Dorje, GM, Ludhiana, has been transferred away from Ludhiana, by the Corporate Office. However, there is delay in his getting relieved from Ludhiana. Utilising this delay, Shri Punchok Dorje is wreaking vengeance on the employees. He is issuing transfer orders on daily basis, to harass the employees. Hence, BSNLEU has written letter today to the CMD BSNL, requesting for the immediate relieving of Shri Punchok Dorje.

The postponed CEC meeting of BSNLEU, will be held online on 04.02.2023. Com.Animesh Mitra, President, will preside over the meeting. The meeting will start at 10:00 am and will go up to 06:00 pm. Since, the meeting will be discussing very important issues, all the circle secretaries and central office bearers are requested to attend the meeting without fail.

Recently, in Chennai Telephones, an employee (in Tiruvanmiyur) got a heart problem. Immediately he was admitted in Apollo hospital. Expenditure for his treatment was Rs.2 lakh. However, the medical insurance scheme implemented by BSNLEU helped that employee. In this connection, a WhatsApp message, containing details of all the efforts taken by BSNLEU, for implementing the medical insurance scheme, is being circulated in Chennai Telephones circle. Interestingly, Com.Chandrakanth, JE, who prepared this message, is not a member of BSNLEU. However, he has taken the pains to collect all the details from BSNLEU website and has meticulously prepared the message. The efforts taken by BSNLEU, to implement the medical insurance scheme, are explained as below, in the WhatsApp message:-

बीएसएनएल में चिकित्सा बीमा - Medical Insurance का कार्यान्वयन और BSNLEU द्वारा निभाई गई भूमिका ।

हाल ही में, चेन्नई टेलिफोन्स (तिरुवनमियुर) में, एक कर्मचारी को हृदय की समस्या हुई। तुरंत उन्हें अपोलो अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया।  उनके इलाज पर दो लाख रुपये खर्च हुआ था। हालांकि, BSNLEU द्वारा लागू की गई चिकित्सा बीमा योजना ने उस कर्मचारी की मदद की।  इस संबंध में, एक व्हाट्सएप संदेश, जिसमें BSNLEU द्वारा चिकित्सा बीमा योजना को लागू करने के लिए किए गए सभी प्रयासों का विवरण शामिल है जो चेन्नई टेलीफोन्स सर्कल में प्रसारित किया जा रहा है।  दिलचस्प बात यह है कि इस संदेश को तैयार करने वाले साथी चंद्रकांत, जेई BSNLEU के सदस्य नहीं हैं।  हालांकि, उन्होंने BSNLEU वेबसाइट से सभी विवरण एकत्र करने का कष्ट उठाया है और संदेश को सावधानीपूर्वक तैयार किया है।
