नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार द्वारा अमल में लाई जा रही कॉर्पोरेट परस्त और कर्मचारी विरोधी नव उदारवादी नीतियों के खिलाफ देश के वर्किंग क्लास द्वारा 08.01.2020 को आम हड़ताल की जा रही है। देश के वर्किंग क्लास का हिस्सा होने के नाते, BSNLEU भी इस हड़ताल में शामिल हो रही है। इस हड़ताल में, पब्लिक सेक्टर का व्यापक तौर पर निजीकरण, राष्ट्र की संपदा को कॉर्पोरेट्स को सौंपना, नियोक्ताओं के हित में श्रम कानूनों में बदलाव आदि का विरोध किया जा रहा है। BSNLEU ने तृतीय वेज रिवीजन, पेंशन रिवीजन आदि मुद्दे भी इस हड़ताल में लिए हैं। सर्किल और डिस्ट्रिक्ट सेक्रेटरीज़ से अनुरोध है कि हड़ताल सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित करें।

Circle Secretary, BSNLEU, Karnataka circle, has informed that, so far around 2,000 contract workers of that circle have been benefitted  out of the relief fund collected and distributed by BSNLEU and SNEA.   BSNLEU collected Rs.7,11,488 (including the contribution of the AIBDPA) and SNEA collected Rs.7,33,812. Distribution of food materials to the contract workers has been jointly carried out by both the organisations.

The AUAB has decided to organise a Twitter Campaign on BSNL’s 4G service and revival issues. Originally the date for this Campaign was decided as 05.08.2020. However, the AUAB has decided to change the date of the Twitter Campaign  to 10.08.2020. This decision is taken, since some other important programmes are taking place in the country on 05.08.2020, which will draw the entire media attention. In view of this decision, all the circle and district secretaries of BSNLEU are requested to take steps to organise the Twitter Campaign effectively on 10.08.2020. AUAB will also prepare hashtags for organising this Twitter campaign.

A meeting of the All Unions and Associations of BSNL was held yesterday the 06.02.2018. Com. Prahlad Rai, presided over. General Secretaries / representatives of BSNLEU, NFTE, SNEA, AIBSNLEA, FNTO, BTEU, SEWA BSNL, AIGETOA, BSNL MS, TEPU and BSNL OA attended. The 5 day Satyagraha programme was reviewed and the meeting expressed it’s satisfaction over the success of the programme. The meeting also decided to massively organise the March to Sanchar Bhawan programme on 23.02.2018. Quota is fixed for each union and association. BSNLEU has assured to mobilise not less than 1,500 comrades.

Former Finance Minister, P. Chidambaram was interrogated for the second time, by the Enforcement Directorate. This interrogation is being made in connection with the charge of money – laundering, related to the Aircel – maxis case. Media reports say that P. Chidambaram’s son, Karthi, may be charge – sheeted in this case.

CHQ deeply regrets to inform that, Smt. Debala Sahani, w/o Com.P.R. Das, former Circle Secretary, BSNLEU, Odisha, has passed away on 19.08.2018. She was 73 years old. CHQ conveys it’s heartfelt condolences to Com.P.R. Das and his family members.

AUAB की मीटिंग 25.01.2019 को होगी- 3rd पे रिवीजन के मुद्दे पर उचित निर्णय लिया जाएगा...

AUAB द्वारा माननीय संचार राज्य मंत्री (IC) श्री मनोज सिन्हा को 3rd पे रिवीजन के निराकरण में हो रहे विलंब पर अपनी अप्रसन्नता प्रकट करते हुए पत्र लिखा जा चुका है। AUAB के प्रतिनिधियों ने 17.01.2019 को श्री अंशु प्रकाश, एडिशनल सेक्रेटरी, टेलीकॉम से मुलाकात कर उन्हें भी मुद्दों का त्वरित निराकरण न होने की स्थिति में AUAB के हड़ताल पर जाने के निर्णय से अवगत करा दिया है। एडिशनल सेक्रेटरी, टेलीकॉम ने आश्वासित किया है कि इस संबंध में इसी सप्ताह चर्चा की जाएगी। किन्तु, अभी तक DoT से चर्चा हेतु किसी प्रकार का संदेश प्राप्त नही हुआ है। अतः मुद्दों की गंभीरता के मद्दे नज़र, AUAB ने इस मुद्दे पर उचित निर्णय लेने के लिए 25.01.2019 को मीटिंग आहूत की है। तदनुसार, 25.01.2019 को सुबह 11.00 बजे AUAB की मीटिंग होगी।

CMD BSNL और AUAB के प्रतिनिधियों के बीच मीटिंग...
आज दिनांक 28.03.2019 को AUAB के प्रतिनिधियों और श्री अनुपम श्रीवास्तव, CMD BSNL के बीच मीटिंग सम्पन्न हुई। श्रीमती सुजाता रे, डायरेक्टर (HR) भी उपस्थित थीं। मीटिंग में कॉम पी अभिमन्यु, GS, BSNLEU व कन्वेनर, कॉम चंदेश्वर सिंह,GS,NFTE व चेयरमैन, कॉम सेबेस्टिन,GS,SNEA, कॉम प्रह्लाद राय,GS,AIBSNLEA, कॉम पाठक,AGS,AIGETOA, कॉम सुरेश कुमार, GS,BSNL MS, कॉम रेवती प्रसाद, AGS,BSNL ATM एवं कॉम कबीर दास, GS,BSNL OA शामिल हुए। निम्न मुद्दों पर चर्चा हुई।

(1)    FR 17 A के अंतर्गत ब्रेक इन सर्विस लागू करना

AUAB द्वारा CMD BSNL को पहले ही लिखा जा चुका है कि  CDA रूल्स में प्रावधान नही होने से FR 17 A के अंतर्गत बीएसएनएल कर्मियों पर ब्रेक इन सर्विस लागू नही किया जा सकता है। आज की मीटिंग में AUAB के प्रतिनिधियों ने जोर दे कर कहा कि इस मुद्दे पर मैनेजमेंट द्वारा त्वरित कार्यवाही हो। CMD BSNL और डायरेक्टर (HR) ने इस संबंध में शीघ्र ही यथोचित कार्यवाही करने बाबद आश्वस्त किया।

(2)    वेतन कटौती में गलत गणना  

AUAB के प्रतिनिधियों ने ध्यान दिलाया कि 3 दिवसीय हड़ताल की वेतन कटौती गलत गणना के आधार पर की गई है। 3 दिन के वेतन की गणना एक माह में 28 दिन का वेतन मान कर की गई है। जबकि यह गणना एक माह में 30 दिन मान कर की जानी चाहिए। इसकी वजह से कर्मचारियों के वेतन से ज्यादा राशि काटी गई है। इसके अलावा तीन दिन कटौती की राशि की गणना में मूल वेतन व DA ही शामिल किया जाना चाहिए। किन्तु काफी स्थानों पर यह गणना गलत तरीके से की गई है। CMD BSNL और डायरेक्टर (HR) ने इस पर उचित कार्यवाही करने का आश्वासन दिया है।

(3)    मार्च टू संचार भवन : बीएसएनएल कॉर्पोरेट ऑफिस द्वारा उत्तेजित करनेवाले निर्देश जारी  

बीएसएनएल कॉर्पोरेट ऑफिस के एस आर ब्रांच  द्वारा सभी CGMs  को मार्च टू संचार भवन में शामिल होने वाले कर्मचारियों पर " नो वर्क नो पे " का सिद्धान्त लागू करने के निर्देश जारी किए हैं। AUAB के प्रतिनिधियों ने ध्यान दिलाया कि नियम के अनुसार रैली में शामिल होने वाले कर्मचारियों पर " नो वर्क नो पे " का सिद्धान्त लागू नही किया जा सकता है। इस पर प्रतिक्रिया स्वरूप, डायरेक्टर (HR) ने बताया कि इस तरह के निर्देश जारी हुए हैं, इस बाबद उन्हें कोई जानकारी नही है। यदि ऐसा है तो वें इसका संज्ञान लेंगी।

CMD BSNL ने AUAB के प्रतिनिधियों को सूचित किया कि मार्च 2019 के वेतन का भुगतान समय पर होगा। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि वेतन भुगतान बीएसएनएल द्वारा अर्जित रेवेन्यू से ही किया जा रहा है।

BSNLEU, Solan District of Himachal Pradesh circle, organised a election campaign meeting at Telephone Exchange, Solan. Com. Keshva Ram Sharma, presided over the meeting. Com. Mam Raj, District Secretary welcomed the participants. Com. Amarjit Singh, Circle President, Com. K.C Panwar, addressed the meeting. After that Com. Balbir Singh, Vice President (CHQ), elaborately explained the ongoing situation in BSNL, It's financial crisis, and issues which are striking the minds of the workers.  The settlement of issues and pending issues were also explained. Solan District assured to cast maximum votes in favour of BSNL as usual.

कल, 08-01-2020 को आम हड़ताल आयोजित करने के साथ ही, विरोध प्रदर्शन आयोजित करने का भी CHQ सभी सर्किल और डिस्ट्रिक्ट यूनियन्स का आव्हान करता है। इन प्रदर्शनों का उपयोग हमारे द्वारा, नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार की कॉर्पोरेट परस्त और कर्मचारी विरोधी नव उदारवादी नीतियों का विरोध स्पष्ट करने हेतु किया जाना चाहिए। हड़ताल में शामिल मुद्दों पर भी प्रकाश डाला जाए। सर्किल और डिस्ट्रिक्ट सेक्रेटरीज़ से अनुरोध है कि हड़ताल और प्रदर्शन, दोनों ही, प्रभावी रूप से आयोजित करें। रिपोर्ट्स और फोटोज CHQ को तत्काल प्रेषित करें।

BSNL Employees Credit Co-operative Society Ltd., Bengaluru, has donated Rs.20,000 to the Contract Workers Relief Fund, being collected by BSNLEU. Shri Chandrappa, President, and Shri Doraiswamy, Vice President of the Society handed over the cheque to Com.S.Kumar, District Vice President, BSNLEU, Bengaluru telecom district. CHQ heartily thanks the BSNL Employees Credit Co-operative Society for it’s large heartedness.

The AUAB leaders of Kurnool district, Andhra Pradesh circle, have submitted memorandum to Shri Pocha Brahmanada Reddy, Lok Sabha member from the Nandyal constituency. The leaders explained the denial of 4G equipments to BSNL and also the delay in the implementation of it’s Revival Package. The MP assured to look into the matter and to do the needful.

The CEC meeting of BSNLEU held at New Delhi on 07th & 08th November, 2017, has taken important decisions with regards to the issues of the employees and the Union. Due to severe work load and continuous pre-occupation, there is a delay in uploading the decisions on our website. CHQ sincerely regrets for this delay.

The two day conference of Madhya Pradesh circle union started at Ujjain today. The Ujjain district union has made excellent arrangements for the Conference. The National Flag was hoisted by com.B.S.Raghuvanshi, circle president and the Union Red Flag was hoisted by com.P.Abhimanyu,GS. Floral tributes were paid in the martyrs column. Com.Prakash Sharma, circle secretary welcomed every one. Com.B.S.Raghuvanshi, circle president is presiding. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, inaugurated the Conference. In his speech, the General Secretary explained in detail, about the government policies which are weakening BSNL, the efforts of the Unions and Associations, for the revival of the Company, Wage Revision and Subsidiary Tower Company issues and about the various issues of the Non-Executives. Com.Prakash Sharma, presented his report on activities. Delegates are making their deliberations on the report.

CHQ has already called upon the circle unions to make maximum mobilisation of comrades for the March to Sanchar Bhawan programme, to be held on 23.02.2018. So far, only a few circles have informed about the number of comrades participating in the programme. CHQ requests all the circle unions to take immediate steps for mobilising the comrades for the programme. The number of comrades coming from each circle may also be informed to the CHQ immediately.

The CEC meeting of BSNLEU, held at Agartala, has decided that the next All India Conference of the Union, shall be held at Mysuru, in Karnataka circle. The All India Centre has finalised the dates of the AIC as 4^th to 7^th January, 2019. In view of this, it is informed that all the circle and district conferences which have become due / or will becoming due before the AIC, should be conducted, to ensure the participation of their delegates in the Conference.
