As has already been communicated by the CHQ, an online meeting on the anti-worker and pro-corporate 4 Labour Codes will held tomorrow. The meeting will start at 08:00 pm. Com.K.N. Umesh, National Secretary, CITU, will speak on this subject in English and in Hindi. All the CHQ office bearers, circle secretaries, circle office bearers, district secretaries and BSNLWWCC members shall participate in this meeting. The link for this online meeting is being sent through WhatsApp. The circle secretaries are requested to ensure that, the circle office bearers and district secretaries of their respective circles participate in this meeting without fail. जैसा कि सीएचक्यू द्वारा पहले ही सूचित किया जा चुका है, कल मजदूर विरोधी और कॉरपोरेट समर्थक चार श्रम संहिताओं पर एक ऑनलाइन बैठक आयोजित की जाएगी। बैठक शाम 08:00 बजे शुरू होगी. सीआईटीयू के राष्ट्रीय सचिव साथी  केएन उमेश इस विषय पर अंग्रेजी और हिंदी में बोलेंगे। इस बैठक में सीएचक्यू के सभी पदाधिकारी, सर्कल सचिव, सर्कल पदाधिकारी, जिला सचिव और बीएसएनएलडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी के सदस्य भाग लेंगे। इस ऑनलाइन बैठक का लिंक व्हाट्सएप के माध्यम से भेजा जा रहा है। सर्कल सचिवों से अनुरोध है कि वे सुनिश्चित करें कि उनके संबंधित सर्कल के सर्कल पदाधिकारी और जिला सचिव इस बैठक में अनिवार्य रूप से भाग लें। सभी साथियों से अनुरोध है कि वे बैठक के लिए शाम 07:45 बजे तक लॉगिन करें।

BSNLEU's Foundation Day and the Martyrdom Day of comrades Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru were observed by the circle and district unions of BSNLEU throught the country today. The Day was observed by hoisting of the Union flag, holding of gate meetings and special meetings. The contributions of BSNLEU in safeguarding the interests of BSNL and it's employees were explained by the leaders in the meeting. The portraits of comrades Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru were garlanded and floral tributes were paid to them. CHQ heartily congratulates all the circle and district unions which have organised the programme.

BSNLEU is formed at Visakhapatnam on 22^nd March, 2001. Throughout it’s entire existence, BSNLEU has strived to unite the entire unions and associations of BSNL and has spearheaded many heroic struggles to safeguard the interests of BSNL and it’s employees. The brief note enclosed gives a few glimpses of the BSNL trade union movement and the pivotal role played by BSNLEU.

BSNLEU का गठन 22 मार्च, 2001 को विशाखापत्तनम में हुआ था। अपने पूरे अस्तित्व के दौरान BSNLEU ने बीएसएनएल की सभी यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों को एकजुट करने का प्रयास किया है और बीएसएनएल और इसके कर्मचारियों के हितों की रक्षा के लिए कई वीरतापूर्ण संघर्षों का नेतृत्व किया है। संलग्न संक्षिप्त नोट में बीएसएनएल ट्रेड यूनियन आंदोलन और BSNLEU द्वारा निभाई गई महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका की कुछ झलकियां दी गई हैं। 

23^rd March, is the Martyrdom Day of the revolutionary freedom fighters, comrades Bhagat Singh, Sukh Dev and Rajguru. BSNLEU is observing this Martyrdom Day today, together with BSNLEU’s Foundation Day. The British imperialists hanged comrades Bhagat Singh, Sukh Dev and Rajguru and stifled their voices. But, these 3 heroes continue to inspire the youngsters, generation after generation. BSNLEU pays it’s respectful homage to these revolutionary freedom fighters and pledges to carry forward their legacy.  

The 40^th meeting of the National Council was held on 13.01.2025. There is abnormal delay in the issuing of the official minutes of this meeting. At last, the minutes are issued today. A copy of the minutes is enclosed for the benefit of our comrades.

नेशनल काउंसिल की 40वीं बैठक 13.01.2025 को आयोजित की गई। इस बैठक के आधिकारिक मिनट्स जारी करने में असामान्य देरी हुई है। अंततः आज मिनट्स जारी किए गए। हमारे साथियों के लाभार्थ मिनट्स की प्रति संलग्न है।

BSNLEU की सीईसी बैठक - स्पेशियल केज़्युअल लिव के लिए पत्र जारी।

BSNLEU ने 08.04.2025 को केंद्रीय कार्यकारी समिति की ऑनलाइन बैठक आयोजित करने के लिए अधिसूचना पहले ही जारी कर दी है। आज, कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने अनुरोध पर सर्कल सचिवों और केंद्रीय पदाधिकारियों को स्पेशियल केज़्युअल लिव की मंजूरी के लिए पत्र जारी किया है।

The CHQ has already written a complaint to the Corporate Office, regarding the false and misleading report sent to the Corporate Office by the DGM (Fin./IFA) of Himachal Pradesh circle, in the matter of denial of JAO promotion to the SC official. In this connection, the CHQ has written letter to the Himachal Pradesh circle union of BSNLEU today, wherein direction is given to discuss the issue with the CGM, Himachal Pradesh circle. The CHQ has also advised launch agitational programme, if the issue is not settled amicably.

हिमाचल प्रदेश सर्कल के डेप्युटी जनरल मैनेजर (वित्त/आईएफए) द्वारा एससी कर्मचारी को जेएओ पदोन्नति से वंचित करने के मामले में कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय को भेजी गई झूठी और भ्रामक रिपोर्ट के संबंध में सीएचकयू ने हिमाचल प्रदेश सर्कल यूनियन को निर्देश दिए। 

हिमाचल प्रदेश सर्कल के डेप्युटी जनरल मैनेजर (वित्त/आईएफए) द्वारा एससी कर्मचारी को जेएओ पदोन्नति से वंचित करने के मामले में कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय को भेजी गई झूठी और भ्रामक रिपोर्ट के संबंध में सीएचकयू ने पहले ही कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय को एक शिकायत लिखी है। इस संबंध में सीएचकयू ने आज BSNLEU के हिमाचल प्रदेश सर्कल यूनियन को एक पत्र लिखा है, जिसमें चीफ जनरल मैनेजर हिमाचल प्रदेश सर्कल से इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। सीएचकयू ने यह भी सलाह दी है कि यदि इस मुद्दे का सौहार्दपूर्ण ढंग से समाधान नहीं किया जाता है, तो आंदोलन कार्यक्रम शुरू किया जाए।

BSNLEU is pursuing the case of issuing Presidential Orders to the 7 ATTs of Hajipur OA in Bihar circle. The Corporate Office has observed that, all these 7 officials had been appointed as ATTs on temporary / provisional basis by the Bihar circle administration. It is already more than 20 years since these ATTs are appointed. Hence, the Corporate Office has already instructed the Bihar circle administration to make the appointment of these 7 ATTs regular. But, this has not been complied with by the CGM Office so far. Hence, the CHQ has written letter to the Circle Secretary, BSNLEU, Bihar circle, today, requesting him to take up this issue with the CGM, Bihar circle, so that Corporate Office direction is implemented without further delay.

बिहार सर्किल के 7 एटीटी को प्रेसिडेंशियल ऑर्डर जारी करना - बिहार सर्किल प्रशासन कॉर्पोरेट ऑफिस के निर्देश का अनुपालन नहीं कर रहा है - सीएचक्यू ने सर्किल सचिव, BSNLEU, बिहार सर्किल को पत्र लिखा।

BSNLEU बिहार सर्किल के हाजीपुर ओए के 7 एटीटी को प्रेसिडेंशियल ऑर्डर जारी करने के मामले को आगे बढ़ा रहा है। कॉर्पोरेट ऑफिस ने पाया है कि इन सभी 7 कर्मचारीयों को बिहार सर्किल प्रशासन द्वारा अस्थायी/अनंतिम आधार पर एटीटी के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया था। इन एटीटी की नियुक्ति को 20 साल से अधिक समय हो चुका है। इसलिए, कॉर्पोरेट ऑफिस ने पहले ही बिहार सर्किल प्रशासन को इन 7 एटीटी की नियुक्ति को नियमित करने का निर्देश दिया है। लेकिन, चीफ जनरल मैनेजर ऑफिस द्वारा अभी तक इसका अनुपालन नहीं किया गया है। इसलिए, सीएचक्यू ने आज सर्किल सचिव, BSNLEU, बिहार सर्किल को पत्र लिखकर उनसे अनुरोध किया है कि वे इस मुद्दे को चीफ जनरल मैनेजर, बिहार सर्किल के समक्ष उठाएं, ताकि कॉर्पोरेट ऑफिस के निर्देश का अनुपालन बिना किसी देरी के किया जा सके।

The candidates who emerged successful in the JTO LICE held on 08-09-2024 are sent for the JTO training recently. However a section of the DR JEs did not join this training. This is because, their 1st promotion under NEPP is becoming due within a few months and they will lose this promotion due to the posting as JTO. Hence, they requested for postponement of their JTO training by a few months. Many candidates have sent their representations to the Corporate Office. BSNLEU has already taken up this issue with the Corporate Office, by writing letter to Shri S.P.Singh, PGM(Estt.). Today, Com.Animesh Mitra, President and Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Shri S.P.Singh, PGM(Estt) and discussed this issue. They demanded that, the training of these officials should start after a few months. The PGM(Estt.) assured that, needful action would be taken in this connection.

छूटे हुए अभ्यर्थियों का जेटीओ प्रशिक्षण - BSNLEU ने प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एस्टा) से अनुरोध किया है कि कुछ महीनों बाद उनका प्रशिक्षण आयोजित किया जाए।

08-09-2024 को आयोजित जेटीओ एलआईसीई में सफल हुए अभ्यर्थियों को हाल ही में जेटीओ प्रशिक्षण के लिए भेजा गया है। हालांकि डीआर जेई का एक वर्ग इस प्रशिक्षण में शामिल नहीं हुआ। ऐसा इसलिए है, क्योंकि एनईपीपी के तहत उनकी पहली पदोन्नति कुछ महीनों के भीतर होने वाली है और जेटीओ के रूप में पोस्टिंग के कारण वे इस पदोन्नति को खो देंगे। इसलिए, उन्होंने कुछ महीनों के लिए अपने जेटीओ प्रशिक्षण को स्थगित करने का अनुरोध किया। कई अभ्यर्थियों ने कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय को अपने अभ्यावेदन भेजे हैं। BSNLEU ने पहले ही श्री एस.पी.सिंह, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एस्टा) को पत्र लिखकर कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के साथ इस मुद्दे को उठाया है। आज, साथी अनिमेष मित्रा, अध्यक्ष और साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव, ने श्री एस.पी.सिंह, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (स्थापना) से मुलाकात की और इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की। उन्होंने मांग की कि इन कर्मचारीयों का प्रशिक्षण कुछ महीनों बाद शुरू होना चाहिए। प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर  (एस्टा) ने आश्वासन दिया कि इस संबंध में आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जाएगी। 

Com.Animesh Mitra, President and Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Ms.Anita Johri, PGM(SR) yesterday and expressed their anguish over the inordinate delay in holding the meeting of the Wage Revision Committee. They told that, the delay in holding the meeting has created resentment among the employees. It was demanded that, the meeting should be held immediately. The PGM (SR) replied that, the meeting could not be convened due to the non availability of some officers in the Wage Revision Committee. She assured that, she will take needful action to hold the meeting as early as possible.
