बीएसएनएल ग्राहकों को ई-सिम जारी करने का काम तेजी से शुरू करें - BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को लिखा पत्र।

बीएसएनएल ने अभी तक अपने ग्राहकों को ई-सिम नहीं दिया है। वहीं, हमारे प्रतिस्पर्धी रिलायंस जियो, एयरटेल और वोडाफोन आइडिया अपने ग्राहकों को ई-सिम दे रहे हैं। बीएसएनएल के कई हाई-एंड ग्राहक ई-सिम जारी करने की मांग को लेकर बीएसएनएल ग्राहक सेवा केंद्रों पर पहुंच रहे हैं। हालांकि, ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र के कर्मचारी असहाय स्थिति में हैं। 23.09.2024 को ही BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर अपने ग्राहकों को ई-सिम जारी करने की मांग की है। हालांकि, अभी तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई है। इसलिए, एक बार फिर, BSNLEU ने आज सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर अपने ग्राहकों को तुरंत ई-सिम देने का अनुरोध किया है।

The CHQ of BSNLEU has given call for the collection of Cuba Relief Fund. Accepting the call of the CHQ, the following circles have collected Cuba Relief Fund from the employees and have sent the same to the CHQ. 

1) Kerala : Rs.25,000/- 

2) Andhra Pradesh : Rs.17,700/-

3) Telengana  : Rs.15,300/-

CHQ heartily congratulates the circle unions of Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telengana. Other circle unions are also requested to complete the collection of Cuba Relief Fund immediately and send the same to the CHQ without delay.

क्यूबा रिलीफ फंड - सीएचक्यू केरल, आंध्र प्रदेश और तेलंगाना सर्किल यूनियनों की सराहना करता है।

BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू ने क्यूबा रिलीफ फंड के संग्रह के लिए आह्वान किया है। सीएचक्यू के आह्वान को स्वीकार करते हुए, निम्नलिखित सर्किलों ने कर्मचारियों से क्यूबा रिलीफ फंड एकत्र किया है और इसे सीएचक्यू को भेज दिया है।

1) केरल - रु.25,000/-

2) आंध्र प्रदेश  - रु.17,700/-

3) तेलंगाना  - रु.15,300/-

सीएचक्यू केरल, आंध्र प्रदेश और तेलंगाना के सर्किल यूनियनों को हार्दिक बधाई देता है। अन्य सर्किल यूनियनों से भी अनुरोध है कि वे क्यूबा रिलीफ फंड का संग्रह तुरंत पूरा करें और इसे बिना देरी के सीएचक्यू को भेजें

As all comrades are aware, the 11th All India Conference of BSNLEU is being held at Coimbatore on 22nd & 23rd July, 2025. Tamil Nadu and Chennai circle unions are jointly hosting this All India Conference. A Reception Committee, with Com.P.R.Natarajan, Ex.MP, as the Chairman of the Reception Committee, has been formed. The Reception Committee is taking all out efforts to make the All India Conference a grand success. The 1st meeting of this Reception Committee is being held at Coimbatore on 23rd April, 2025. The meeting will review the preparations that are being done for successfully conducting the All India Conference.

11वें अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन की स्वागत समिति की बैठक 23.04.2025 को कोयंबटूर में हो रही है।

जैसा कि सभी साथियों को ज्ञात है, BSNLEU का 11वां अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन 22 और 23 जुलाई, 2025 को कोयंबटूर में हो रहा है। तमिलनाडु और चेन्नई सर्किल यूनियनें संयुक्त रूप से इस अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन की मेजबानी कर रही हैं। स्वागत समिति का गठन किया गया है, जिसके अध्यक्ष पूर्व सांसद साथी पी.आर.नटराजन हैं। स्वागत समिति अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन को सफल बनाने के लिए हरसंभव प्रयास कर रही है। इस स्वागत समिति की पहली बैठक 23 अप्रैल, 2025 को कोयंबटूर में हो रही है। बैठक में अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन के सफल आयोजन के लिए की जा रही तैयारियों की समीक्षा की जाएगी।

The circle union of BSNLEU, Haryana circle, successfully organised it's 9th circle conference at Rohtak today. A good number of delegates from all the districts of Haryana circle, participated in this conference. Com.Ramkumar Gurjar, circle president, presided over.Com.M.S. Kadian, circle secretary welcomed everyone. Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, delivered the inaugural address of the conference. He spoke on the issues of Wage Revision, 4G service, 2nd VRS in BSNL, removal of discrimination in NEPP, revision of Transport Allowance, removal of the discrimination in availing 2nd Saturday and other issues. He requested the employees to liberally donate for the Cuba Relief Fund. The conference is also addressed by Shri kaptan Singh, GM(HR ) CGM office, Com.M.S.Kadian, circle secretary, Com.Ashwin Kumar organising secretary(CHQ), Com.Kuldip Singh, CS, AIBDPA, Com.Arvind Pal Dahiya, SNEA, Com. Satveer Singh(CITU) and Com.Parveen Kumar, Organising Secretary(CHQ). Deliberations took place on the report on activities submitted by the circle secretary and the audited accounts, submitted by the treasurer. Election of office bearers took place unanimously.

रोहतक में हरियाणा का सफल सर्कल सम्मेलन आयोजित हुआ.

BSNLEU हरियाणा सर्कल की सर्कल यूनियन ने आज रोहतक में अपना 9वां सर्कल सम्मेलन सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित किया। इस सम्मेलन में हरियाणा सर्कल के सभी जिलों से बड़ी संख्या में प्रतिनिधियों ने भाग लिया। सर्कल अध्यक्ष साथी रामकुमार गुर्जर ने अध्यक्षता की। सर्कल सचिव साथी  एमएस कादियान ने सभी का स्वागत किया। महासचिव साथी पी अभिमन्यु ने सम्मेलन का उद्घाटन भाषण दिया। उन्होंने वेतन संशोधन, 4G सेवा, बीएसएनएल में दूसरा वीआरएस, एनईपीपी में भेदभाव को दूर करना, परिवहन भत्ते में संशोधन, दूसरे शनिवार की छुट्टी में भेदभाव को दूर करना और अन्य मुद्दों पर बात की। उन्होंने कर्मचारियों से क्यूबा रिलीफ फंड के लिए उदारतापूर्वक दान करने का अनुरोध किया। सम्मेलन को श्री कप्तान सिंह, जनरल मैनेजर (मानव संसाधन) सी.जी.एम. कार्यालय, साथी एम.एस. कादियान, सर्कल सचिव, साथी अश्विन कुमार संगठन सचिव (सी.एच.क्यू.), साथी कुलदीप सिंह, सी.एस., ए.आई.बी.डी.पी.ए., साथी  अरविंद पाल दहिया, एस.एन.ई.ए., साथी सतवीर सिंह (सी.आई.टी.यू.) तथा साथी  परवीन कुमार, संगठन सचिव (सी.एच.क्यू.) ने भी संबोधित किया। सर्कल सचिव द्वारा प्रस्तुत गतिविधियों पर रिपोर्ट तथा कोषाध्यक्ष द्वारा प्रस्तुत लेखापरीक्षित खातों पर विचार-विमर्श हुआ। पदाधिकारियों का चुनाव सर्वसम्मति से हुआ। 

BSNLEU ने पहले से उठाए गए मुद्दों की समीक्षा के लिए निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के साथ बैठक की मांग की।

BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू ने आज सुश्री अनीता जौहरी, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर  (एसआर) को पत्र लिखकर उन मुद्दों पर प्रबंधन द्वारा की गई कार्रवाई की समीक्षा के लिए निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के साथ बैठक की व्यवस्था करने का अनुरोध किया है, जिनके बारे में BSNLEU ने पहले ही पत्र लिखा है। बैठक में निम्नलिखित मुद्दों की समीक्षा की जाएगी :

1. पंजाब सर्कल में आयोजित जेटीओ एलआईसीई परिणामों की घोषणा।

2. परिवहन भत्ते में संशोधन।

3. नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को मोबाइल हैंडसेट की लागत की प्रतिपूर्ति।

4. फील्ड स्तर पर काम करने वाले नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को दूसरे शनिवार को "क्लॉस्ड हॉलिडे" के रूप में अनुमति देना।

5. खिलाड़ियों पर "दैनिक 2 घंटे की छुट्टी" का लाभ उठाने के लिए लगाई गई शर्त में छूट।

6. पश्चिम बंगाल चेन्नई और झारखंड सर्किल में नियमित चीफ जनरल मैनेजर  की पोस्टिंग.

7. मंसूर आलम टोपो, डीजीएम, मेरठ का भ्रष्ट आचरण।

The Non-Executives are totally frustrated over extreme delay in holding of the Wage Revision Committee meeting. BSNLEU has already expressed it's severe protest to the Management, over the non-holding of the Wage Revision Committee meeting after December, 2024. In the meanwhile, Shri P.C.Bhat, PGM(EF) and one of the Management Side members of the Wage Revision Committee, is retiring on 30th April 2025. It is understood that, the Management is in the process of appointing another officer in his place in the Wage Revision Committee. But, this does not justify the non-holding of the meeting. Day before yesterday, Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(SR) informed Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary that, the Management is taking steps for holding the Wage Revision Committee meeting at the earliest. But, many such assurances are already given in the past. Protest action may become inevitable, if the date of the Wage Revision Committee meeting is not announced soon.

The circle conference of BSNLEU, Madhya Pradesh circle, was held at Narasinghpur on 12th and 13 th April, 2025. The Inaugural Session of the Conference, held on the first day, was addressed by CITU leader, Com.Badal Saroj, Shri Vinod Kumar, GM(HR), CGM Office, Com.Prakash Sharma, AGS and Com.B.S.Raghuvanshi, Circle Secretary. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, addressed the Conference on 13th April, 2025. He reported on the latest developments that have taken place in the most burning issue of Wage Revision. The General Secretary also spoke on other important issues of the Non- Executives, such as removal of discrimination in the Promotion Policy, revision of Transport Allowance and reimbursement of mobile handset cost to the Non-Executives. The General Secretary explained how the government has created hurdles in BSNL's 4G launching, in the name of indigenous technology, while the same government is now allowing foreign technology in a big way, in the form of Elon Musk's Starlink. He appealed to the comrades to liberally donate for "Cuba Relief Fund" and to make the General Strike on 20-05-2025 successful in BSNL.

BSNLEU मध्य प्रदेश सर्कल ने नरसिंहपुर में अपना सफल सर्कल सम्मेलन आयोजित किया।

BSNLEU, मध्य प्रदेश सर्कल का सर्कल सम्मेलन 12 और 13 अप्रैल, 2025 को नरसिंहपुर में आयोजित किया गया। पहले दिन आयोजित सम्मेलन के उद्घाटन सत्र को सीआईटीयू नेता साथी बादल सरोज, श्री विनोद कुमार, जनरल मेनेजर (मानव संसाधन), सीजीएम कार्यालय, साथी प्रकाश शर्मा, सहायक महासचिव और साथी बीएस रघुवंशी, सर्कल सचिव ने संबोधित किया। साथी  पी अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने 13 अप्रैल, 2025 को सम्मेलन को संबोधित किया। उन्होंने वेतन संशोधन के सबसे ज्वलंत मुद्दे पर हुए नवीनतम घटनाक्रमों की रिपोर्ट दी। महासचिव ने नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के अन्य महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों पर भी बात की, जैसे पदोन्नति नीति में भेदभाव को दूर करना, परिवहन भत्ते में संशोधन और नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को मोबाइल हैंडसेट लागत की प्रतिपूर्ति। महासचिव ने बताया कि कैसे सरकार ने स्वदेशी तकनीक के नाम पर बीएसएनएल की 4G लांचिंग में बाधा उत्पन्न की है, जबकि वही सरकार अब एलन मस्क के स्टारलिंक के रूप में विदेशी तकनीक को बड़े पैमाने पर अनुमति दे रही है। उन्होंने साथियों से "क्यूबा रिलीफ फंड" के लिए उदारतापूर्वक दान करने और बीएसएनएल में 20-05-2025 को होने वाली आम हड़ताल को सफल बनाने की अपील की। ​​

Holding of the Wage Revision Committee meeting has become horribly delayed. The last Wage Revision Committee meeting was held 4 months ago, ie., on 19th December, 2024. Thereafter, no meeting is held. One meeting was fixed on 10-03-2025. But, that meeting was immediately postponed, since the Chairman of the Wage Revision Committee was sent for training. The workers became furious to hear the reason. They asked, "Why the Chairman was sent for training, when the Wage Revision Committee meeting is scheduled". But, we maintained patience. Even thereafter, our continuous efforts for fixing the date of the meeting failed. "This officer has gone on LTC and that officer has gone on leave" were the stereo type replies given to us. The matter was also taken to the notice of the Director (HR). All other activities of the Management are going on. But, Management has no time to even fix the date for the next Wage Revision Committee meeting. This is nothing but, total negligence of it’s responsibility by the Management, especially the SR Branch, which holds the responsibility to fix the date of the Wage Revision Committee meeting. We wish to warn that, our patience should not be taken as the sign of our weakness.

वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक न होना - हम प्रबंधन के लापरवाह और गैरजिम्मेदाराना रवैये की निंदा करते हैं।

वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक होने में बहुत देरी हो गई है। पिछली वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक 4 महीने पहले यानी 19 दिसंबर 2024 को हुई थी। उसके बाद कोई बैठक नहीं हुई। एक बैठक 10-03-2025 को तय हुई थी। लेकिन, वह बैठक तुरंत स्थगित कर दी गई, क्योंकि वेतन संशोधन समिति के अध्यक्ष को प्रशिक्षण के लिए भेज दिया गया था। कारण सुनकर कर्मचारी भड़क गए। उन्होंने पूछा, "जब वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक तय है तो अध्यक्ष को प्रशिक्षण के लिए क्यों भेजा गया"। लेकिन, हमने धैर्य बनाए रखा। इसके बाद भी, बैठक की तिथि तय करने के हमारे लगातार प्रयास विफल रहे। "यह अधिकारी एलटीसी पर गया है और वह अधिकारी छुट्टी पर गया है" यही स्टीरियोटाइप जवाब हमें दिए गए। मामला निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के संज्ञान में भी लाया गया। प्रबंधन की अन्य सभी गतिविधियाँ जारी हैं। लेकिन प्रबंधन के पास अगली वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक की तिथि तय करने का भी समय नहीं है। यह प्रबंधन, खासकर एसआर शाखा, जो वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक की तिथि तय करने की जिम्मेदारी रखती है, द्वारा अपनी जिम्मेदारी के प्रति लापरवाही के अलावा और कुछ नहीं है। हम चेतावनी देना चाहते हैं कि हमारे धैर्य को हमारी कमजोरी का संकेत न समझा जाए। 

महावीर जयंती की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं।

BSNLEU का सीएचक्यू महावीर जयंती के अवसर पर सभी साथियों और उनके परिवारों को हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं और बधाई देता है। भगवान महावीर हमारे देश में जन्मे सबसे महान संतों में से एक हैं। उन्होंने उपदेश दिया कि, "अहिंसा" सर्वोच्च नैतिक गुण है। भगवान महावीर के उपदेश आज के समय में और भी महत्वपूर्ण हो जाते हैं, जब घृणा और दुश्मनी का प्रचार किया जा रहा है।

BSNL is closing down its landline and broadband connections working on copper cable. In most of the circles, this process is already completed. Consequent to these, the underground copper cables of BSNL have become idle. Copper is a valuable metal. Recovery and sale of these idle copper cables will be bring enormous income to BSNL. In many parts of the country, these idle underground copper cables are being looted by anti- social elements. Hence, BSNLEU has written letter to the CMD BSNL today, demanding to take immediate action for the recovery and sale of these idle underground copper cables.

बीएसएनएल की बेकार पड़ी भूमिगत कॉपर केबलों को असामाजिक तत्वों द्वारा लूटा जा रहा है - BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर इन बेकार पड़ी कॉपर केबलों को तत्काल वापस लेने तथा बेचने की मांग की है।

बीएसएनएल कॉपर केबल पर चलने वाले अपने लैंडलाइन तथा ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन बंद कर रहा है। अधिकांश सर्किलों में यह प्रक्रिया पूरी हो चुकी है। इसके परिणामस्वरूप बीएसएनएल की भूमिगत कॉपर केबलें बेकार हो गई हैं। कॉपर एक बहुमूल्य धातु है। इन बेकार पड़ी कॉपर केबलों को वापस लेने तथा बेचने से बीएसएनएल को भारी आय होगी। देश के कई भागों में इन बेकार पड़ी भूमिगत कॉपर केबलों को असामाजिक तत्वों द्वारा लूटा जा रहा है। इसलिए BSNLEU ने आज सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर इन बेकार पड़ी भूमिगत कॉपर केबलों को वापस लेने तथा बेचने के लिए तत्काल कार्रवाई करने की मांग की है।
