BSNLEU ने सोशयल मीडिया पर ऑनलाइन कार्यक्रम का सफलतापूर्वक आयोजन किया।

BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू ने अपने साथियों को सोशयल मीडिया, विशेषकर ट्विटर के उपयोग से परिचित कराने के लिए कल एक ऑनलाइन कार्यक्रम का सफलतापूर्वक आयोजन किया। यह कार्यक्रम गैर-हिन्दी भाषी वर्ग के लिए था और अंग्रेजी में आयोजित किया गया था। इस में 310 साथियों ने भाग लिया। इस कार्यक्रम में पत्रकार साथी नीलांबरन ने भाग लिया और विभिन्न सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफार्मों के बारे में बताया। विशेष रूप से, उन्होंने अभियानों के आयोजन में ट्विटर के उपयोग के बारे में विस्तार से बताया। इस कार्यक्रम से प्रतिभागियों को काफी लाभ हुआ है। सीएचक्यू उन सभी साथियों को हार्दिक धन्यवाद देता है जिन्होंने भाग लिया और कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाया।  

The CHQ of BSNLEU has already issued notification on 30.12.2023, for holding an online meeting of the Central Secretariat. All the Central Office bearers of BSNLEU shall participate in this meeting. Central Office bearers who are serving employees, are requested to avail Special Casual Leave for attending this meeting. The meeting will start sharply at 10:00 am. All the Central Office bearers are requested to kindly attend the meeting without fail. 

BSNLEU की सेण्ट्रल सेक्रेटरियेट ऑनलाइन बैठक 18.01.2024 को आयोजित की जाएगी।

BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू ने सेण्ट्रल सेक्रेटरियट की ऑनलाइन बैठक आयोजित करने के लिए 30.12.2023 को पहले ही अधिसूचना जारी कर दी है। इस बैठक में BSNLEU के सभी केंद्रीय पदाधिकारी भाग लेंगे। केंद्रीय पदाधिकारी जो सेवारत कर्मचारी हैं, उनसे अनुरोध है कि वे इस बैठक में भाग लेने के लिए विशेष आकस्मिक अवकाश का लाभ उठायें। बैठक सुबह 10:00 बजे शुरू होगी। सभी केंद्रीय पदाधिकारियों से अनुरोध है कि बैठक में अनिवार्य रूप से उपस्थित रहें।  

It has already been intimated that, the Coordination Committee of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF has decided to organise Gate meetings on 19.01.2024 on the burning issues of non-settlement of Wage Revision, Pension Revision, extreme delay in the launching of BSNL’s 4G & 5G services, attacks on the Public Sector, etc. The charter of demands is given hereunder. All the circle and district unions are requested to organise the Gate Meetings successfully on 19.01.2024.

Demands.

1. Do not weaken BSNL. Immediately stop the massive exodus of customers from BSNL. Ensure expeditious launching of BSNL’s 4G and 5G services.
2. Stop weakening the Public Sector Undertakings with the ulterior motive of handing them over to the big corporates.
3. Stop the handing over of valuable national assets to the big corporates in the name of the National Monetisation Pipeline.
4. Immediately settle the Wage Revision of BSNL employees.
5. Immediately settle the Pension Revision of the retired employees.
6. Stop the exploitation of contract workers. Ensure implementation of Minimum Wage and Social Security measures to them.

19.01.2024 को ज्वलंत मुद्दों पर "गेट मीटिंग" आयोजित करें - BSNLEU, एआईबीडीपीए और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ की समन्वय समिति का आह्वान।

यह पहले ही सूचित किया जा चुका है कि, BSNLEU, एआईबीडीपीए और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ की समन्वय समिति ने वेतन संशोधन, पेंशन संशोधन, बीएसएनएल की 4G सेवा के आरंभ में अत्यधिक देरी जैसे ज्वलंत मुद्दों पर 19.01.2024 को गेट मीटिंग आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया है। 5G सेवाएं, सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र पर हमले, आदि मांगों की सूची यहां दी गई है। सभी सर्कल एवं जिला यूनियनों से अनुरोध है कि 19.01.2024 को गेट मीटिंग का सफल आयोजन करें।

 मांगें.

1. बीएसएनएल को कमजोर मत करो। बीएसएनएल से बड़े पैमाने पर हो रहे ग्राहकों के पलायन को तुरंत रोकें। बीएसएनएल की 4G और 5G सेवाओं का शीघ्र आरंभ सुनिश्चित करें। 
2. सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों को बड़े कॉरपोरेटों को सौंपने के गुप्त उद्देश्य से उन्हें कमजोर करना बंद करें। C. राष्ट्रीय मुद्रीकरण पाइपलाइन के नाम पर मूल्यवान राष्ट्रीय संपत्तियों को बड़े कॉर्पोरेटों को सौंपना बंद करें। D. बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों के वेतन संशोधन मामले का तुरंत निपटारा करें।
3. सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारियों के पेंशन पुनरीक्षण का तुरंत निपटारा करें। 
4. कोंट्रक्ट कर्मियों का शोषण बंद करें। उनके लिए न्यूनतम वेतन और सामाजिक सुरक्षा उपायों का कार्यान्वयन सुनिश्चित करें। 

It has already been informed that an online programme in Hindi on Social Media will be organised at 7 pm tomorrow the 10.01.2024. Tomorrow’s programme is specifically for familiarisation of the usage of Twitter platform for our comrades of the Hindi speaking circles. All the circle and district secretaries of the Hindi speaking circles are requested to ensure the participation of maximum number of comrades in this programme. The West Bengal Circle and Kolkata Circle Union of BSNLEU organised a State level Convention in CTO, Kolkata on 06.01.2024. More than 700 working employees, pensioners, contract & casualworkers participated. BSNL’s Revival and the Government’s policies towards the Public Sector was the topic of the Convention. Com. Sanjib Benerjee and Com.Om Prakash Singh, presided over this Convention. Com.Tapan Sen, General Secretary, CITU and Com.Animesh Mitra, President, BSNLEU, addressed the Convention. The Government's policies which are weakening BSNL and the other Public Sector Undertakings were discussed at length in the Convention. CHQ heartily congratulates the circle unions of West Bengal and Kolkata Telephones for organising this successful Convention.

As already informed,  BSNLEU is organising an online  programme tomorrow, on Social Media. This programme is mainly for the Non- Hindi speaking circles and will be held in English. It will start sharply at 7 pm. The link for this online meeting is already sent on WhatsApp to the circle secretaries and the CHQ office bearers. All the circle secretaries are requested to forward the link to the participants and to ensure their maximum participation.

TRAI has released the subscribers data for the month of October, 2023. According to this data, BSNL has again lost a huge number of 6,31,456 customers in October, 2023. Compared to the months of August and September,2023, less number of customers have left BSNL in October,2023. However, 6 lakh customers leaving BSNL in a single month is not a small matter. Comparatively, Bharti Airtel has added 35,26,400 customers and Jio has added 31,59,046 customers in October, 2023. Vodafone Idea has lost 20,44,668 customers in that month.

बड़ी संख्या में ग्राहक बीएसएनएल छोड़ रहे हैं - टीआरएआई ने अक्टूबर के ग्राहकों का डेटा जारी किया।

टीआरएआई ने अक्टूबर, 2023 महीने के लिए ग्राहकों का डेटा जारी कर दिया है। इस डेटा के अनुसार बीएसएनएल ने अक्टूबर, 2023 में फिर से बड़ी संख्या में 6,31,456 ग्राहक खो दिए हैं। अगस्त और सितंबर, 2023 की तुलना में कम संख्या में ग्राहक खोए हैं। ग्राहकों ने अक्टूबर, 2023 में बीएसएनएल छोड़ दिया है। हालांकि, एक ही महीने में 6 लाख ग्राहकों का बीएसएनएल छोड़ना कोई छोटी बात नहीं है। तुलनात्मक रूप से, भारती एयरटेल ने अक्टूबर, 2023 में 35,26,400 ग्राहक और जियो ने 31,59,046 ग्राहक जोड़े हैं। वोडाफोन-आईडिया ने उस महीने में 20,44,668 ग्राहक खो दिए हैं। 

The meeting of the Coordination Committee of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF was held online yesterday. The Presidents and General Secretaries of the 3 organisations participated in the meeting.The meeting expressed it’s serious concern about the inordinate delay in the launching of BSNL’s 4G, as a result of which tens of lakhs of customers have started leaving BSNL every month. The meeting also expressed concern over the non-settlement of Wage Revision and Pension Revision issues. After in-depth discussions, the Coordination Committee decided to organise the following programmes demanding immediate launching of BSNL’s 4G and 5G, settlement of Wage Revision and Pension Revision issues, stopping attacks on the Public Sector and also settlement of issues of the contract workers. All the circle and district unions are requested to effectively implement the following call of the Coordination Committee:-

Programmes of action.

(1)  Gate meetings on 19-01-2024.

(2)  State level conventions on 30-01-2024.

(3)  BA level conventions from 06-02-2024 to 10-02-2024.

(4)  Street Corner meetings and distribution of hand bills from 20-02-2024 to 24-02-2024.

BSNLEU, एआईबीडीपीए और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ की समन्वय समिति ने अभियान कार्यक्रमों का आह्वान किया।

BSNLEU, एआईबीडीपीए और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ की समन्वय समिति की बैठक कल ऑनलाइन आयोजित की गई। बैठक में तीनों संगठनों के अध्यक्षों और महासचिवों ने भाग लिया। बैठक में बीएसएनएल की 4G सेवा की लॉन्चिंग में हो रही अत्यधिक देरी पर गंभीर चिंता व्यक्त की गई, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप हर महीने लाखों ग्राहक बीएसएनएल छोड़ना शुरू कर रहे हैं। बैठक में वेतन पुनरीक्षण और पेंशन पुनरीक्षण के मुद्दों का निपटारा नहीं होने पर भी चिंता व्यक्त की गयी। गहन चर्चा के बाद, समन्वय समिति ने बीएसएनएल की 4G और 5G सेवा तत्काल शुरू करने, वेतन संशोधन और पेंशन संशोधन मुद्दों के समाधान, सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र पर हमलों को रोकने और कोंट्रक्ट वर्कर्स के मुद्दों के समाधान की मांग करते हुए निम्नलिखित कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया। सभी सर्कल एवं जिला यूनियनों से अनुरोध है कि वे समन्वय समिति के निम्नलिखित आह्वान को प्रभावी ढंग से लागू करें :

(1)  19-01-2024 को गेट मीटिंग।

(2)   30-01-2024 को राज्य स्तरीय सम्मेलन ।

(3)   06-02-2024 से 10-02-2024 तक बीए स्तर के सम्मेलन।

(4)   20-02-2024 से 24-02-2024 तक स्ट्रीट कॉर्नर बैठकें और हैंड बिल का वितरण।

The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has extended the time limit upto 31st May, 2024, for exercising joint options for claiming higher pension. This is the 5th extension of time limit for submitting joint options, after the Supreme Court delivered verdict on the matter on November 4, 2022. 

उच्च पेंशन का दावा करने के लिए ज्वाइंट ऑप्शन - समय सीमा 31-05-2024 तक बढ़ाई गई.

कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन (ईपीएफओ) ने उच्च पेंशन का दावा करने के लिए ज्वाइंट ऑप्शन चुनने की समय सीमा 31 मई, 2024 तक बढ़ा दी है. 4 नवंबर, 2022 को सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा मामले पर फैसला सुनाए जाने के बाद ज्वाइंट ऑप्शन जमा करने की समय सीमा का यह 5वां विस्तार है। 

All the private telecom service providers, viz., Airtel, Jio and Vodafone are providing E-SIMs to their mobile customers. Whereas, BSNL has not introduced the system of provisioning E-SIMs to its customers so far. High-end customers of BSNL are coming to the Customer Service Centres and are demanding E-SIM. However, our employees in the Customer Service Centres are in a helpless position. Hence those customers are leaving BSNL. In view of this, BSNLEU has written letter to the CMD BSNL today, demanding the provisioning of E-SIMs to our customers.

बीएसएनएल के मोबाइल ग्राहकों को ई-सिम का प्रावधान - BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखा।

सभी निजी दूरसंचार सेवादाता, जैसे एयरटेल, जियो और वोडाफोन अपने मोबाइल ग्राहकों को ई-सिम प्रदान कर रहे हैं। वहीं, बीएसएनएल ने अभी तक अपने ग्राहकों के लिए ई-सिम प्रदान करने की व्यवस्था शुरू नहीं की है। बीएसएनएल के हाई-एंड ग्राहक ग्राहक सेवा केंद्रों पर आ रहे हैं और ई-सिम की मांग कर रहे हैं। हालाँकि, ग्राहक सेवा केंद्रों में हमारे कर्मचारी असहाय स्थिति में हैं। इसलिए यह ग्राहक बीएसएनएल छोड़ रहे हैं। इसे देखते हुए BSNLEU ने आज सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर अपने ग्राहकों को ई-सिम उपलब्ध कराने की मांग की है। 

Women government employees and pensioners can now nominate their children for receiving family pension, instead of their husband. However, this can be done only under certain circumstances. The Central Government has modified the CCS Pension Rules to this effect. Accordingly, such nomination can be given by women employees only if case remains pending against their husband, regarding divorce, domestic violence or dowry demands, at the time of their death.

महिला सरकारी कर्मचारी और पेंशनर अब अपने बच्चों को पारिवारिक पेंशन प्राप्त करने के लिए नामांकित कर सकते हैं।

महिला सरकारी कर्मचारी और पेंशनर अब अपने पति के बजाय अपने बच्चों को पारिवारिक पेंशन प्राप्त करने के लिए नामांकित कर सकती हैं। हालाँकि, ऐसा केवल कुछ परिस्थितियों में ही किया जा सकता है। केंद्र सरकार ने इस आशय के लिए सीसीएस पेंशन नियमों को संशोधित किया है। तदनुसार, ऐसा नामांकन महिला कर्मचारियों द्वारा तभी दिया जा सकता है जब उनकी मृत्यु के समय उनके पति के खिलाफ तलाक, घरेलू हिंसा या दहेज की मांग के संबंध में मामला लंबित हो।
