खाली पदों की कमी के कारण एलआईसीई में शामिल होने से वंचित योग्य उम्मीदवार – BSNLEU ने BSNL के डायरेक्टर (एचआर) को पत्र लिखा।

BSNLEU (सीएचक्यू) ने बीएसएनएल के डायरेक्टर (एचआर) को बताया है कि जेई, जेटीओ और टीटी कैडर में पर्याप्त खाली पदों की कमी के कारण बड़ी संख्या में योग्य कर्मचारियों को लिमिटेड इंटरनल कॉम्पिटिटिव एग्जामिनेशन (एलआईसीई) में शामिल होने से वंचित किया जा रहा है। यह देखा गया है कि पिछले कुछ सालों में खाली पदों की संख्या में काफी कमी आई है, खासकर VRS-2019 के बाद बड़ी संख्या में पदों को खत्म करने और उसके बाद विभिन्न कैडरों में मैनपावर रीस्ट्रक्चरिंग के कारण। नतीजतन, कई सर्किलों में लंबे समय से एलआईसीई परीक्षाएं आयोजित नहीं की गई हैं, जिससे योग्य कर्मचारियों को उनके सही प्रमोशन के अवसर नहीं मिल रहे हैं। सीएचक्यू ने डायरेक्टर (एचआर) का ध्यान इस गंभीर मुद्दे की ओर दिलाया है और उचित और तत्काल सुधारात्मक कदम उठाने का अनुरोध करते हुए एक पत्र सौंपा है। यूनियन को उम्मीद है कि मैनेजमेंट इस विसंगति को दूर करने के लिए तुरंत और सकारात्मक कार्रवाई करेगा और सभी सर्किलों में कर्मचारियों के लिए समान प्रमोशन के अवसर सुनिश्चित करेगा।

With profound grief, CHQ informs that, Com.Sambasiva Rao, one of the stalwarts of the P&T trade union movement of Andhra Pradesh circle, has passed away today morning. Com.Sambasiva Rao functioned as the circle president of AITEU Class lll ( Namboodiri) Union, till the formation of BSNLEU in Andhra Pradesh circle. He has worked shoulder to shoulder with Com.J.Sampath Rao, Com.M.N.Reddy, Com.P.Asokababu and Com.Nagamanyam to strengthen the P&T trade union movement in general and AITEU Class lll Namboodiri and BSNLEU in particular. The CHQ of BSNLEU pays it's respectful homage to Com.Sambasiva Rao and conveys it's heartfelt condolences to his family members, comrades and relatives.

साथी  संबाशिव राव, एआईटीईयू-क्लास III यूनियन (नंबूदरी) के आंध्र प्रदेश सर्कल पूर्व अध्यक्ष को सादर श्रद्धांजलि।

गहरे दुख के साथ, सीएचक्यू  यह सूचित करता है कि आंध्र प्रदेश सर्कल के पी&टी ट्रेड यूनियन आंदोलन के दिग्गजों में से एक, साथी  संबाशिव राव का आज सुबह निधन हो गया। साथी  संबाशिव राव ने आंध्र प्रदेश सर्कल में BSNLEU के गठन तक एआईटीईयू क्लास III (नंबूदरी) यूनियन के सर्कल अध्यक्ष के रूप में काम किया। उन्होंने पी&टी ट्रेड यूनियन आंदोलन को मज़बूत करने के लिए साथी  जे. संपत राव, साथी  एम.एन. रेड्डी, साथी  पी. अशोकबाबू और साथी  नागमण्यम के साथ कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर काम किया, खासकर एआईटीईयू क्लास III नंबूदरी और BSNLEU को । BSNLEU का सीएचक्यू  साथी  संबाशिव राव को सादर श्रद्धांजलि देता है और उनके परिवार के सदस्यों, साथियों और रिश्तेदारों के प्रति अपनी हार्दिक संवेदना व्यक्त करता है।
 

A joint session of the Circle Working Committee (CWC) meeting of the Tamil Nadu Circle and Chennai Telephones Circle was held at Chennai on 13^th December, 2025. The session was inaugurated by Com. P. Abhimanyu, Vice President (CHQ). The inaugural session was presided over by Com. S. Maheswaran, Circle President, Tamil Nadu Circle and Com. Udhayakumar, Circle Vice President, Chennai Circle. Com. M. Sridhara Subramanian, Circle Secretary, CHTD, placed the condolence resolution and the house observed a minute of silence in memory of late Com. Ashok Pareek. The photograph of late Com. Ashok Pareek was garlanded by Com. P. Abhimanyu, All India Vice President, and floral tributes were paid by other participants. Com. P. Abhimanyu, Vice President (CHQ), inaugurated the joint session of the CWC members of Tamil Nadu and Chennai Circles. In his inaugural address, he explained the present situation prevailing in BSNL as well as in the country. He elaborated on the role of the Management in the post–wage agreement scenario and explained in detail the Shram Shakti Niti–2025 and the implementation of the Four Labour Codes by the Modi Government. Com. B. Marimuthu, Circle Secretary, Tamil Nadu Circle, welcomed the gathering, while Com. S. Chellappa, AGS, briefed the house on wage agreements and labour codes. During the discussions, Com. P. Abhimanyu congratulated both circles for the successful conduct of the All India Conference and explained the stand of CHQ on wage revision and other employee-related issues. After lunch, the Tamil Nadu Circle CWC met separately under the presidentship of Com. S. Maheswaran. The Circle Report was presented by Com. B. Marimuthu. Fifteen District Secretaries and eighteen Circle Office Bearers participated in the meeting. Com. A. Babu Radhakrishnan, AGS, BSNL CCWF, and Com. S. Chellappa, AGS, addressed the delegates. The meeting concluded with a summary by Com. B. Marimuthu and a vote of thanks by Com. V. Senthil Kumar, Circle Treasurer.

तमिलनाडु और चेन्नई सर्कल की संयुक्त CWC बैठक चेन्नई में हुई।

तमिलनाडु सर्कल और चेन्नई टेलीफ़ोन सर्कल की सर्कल वर्किंग कमेटी (CWC) की संयुक्त बैठक 13 दिसंबर, 2025 को चेन्नई में हुई। सत्र का उद्घाटन साथी  पी. अभिमन्यु, उपाध्यक्ष ( सीएचक्यू ) ने किया। उद्घाटन सत्र की अध्यक्षता साथी  एस. महेश्वरन, सर्कल अध्यक्ष, तमिलनाडु सर्कल और साथी  उदयकुमार, सर्कल उपाध्यक्ष, चेन्नई सर्कल ने की। साथी  एम. श्रीधरा सुब्रमण्यम, सर्कल सचिव, CHTD, ने शोक प्रस्ताव रखा और सदन ने दिवंगत साथी  अशोक पारीक की याद में एक मिनट का मौन रखा। दिवंगत साथी  अशोक पारीक की तस्वीर पर साथी  पी. अभिमन्यु, अखिल भारतीय उपाध्यक्ष ने माला पहनाई और अन्य प्रतिभागियों ने पुष्पांजलि अर्पित की। साथी  पी. अभिमन्यु, उपाध्यक्ष ( सीएचक्यू ) ने तमिलनाडु और चेन्नई सर्कल के सीडब्ल्यूसी सदस्यों के संयुक्त सत्र का उद्घाटन किया। अपने उद्घाटन भाषण में, उन्होंने बीएसएनएल के साथ-साथ देश में मौजूदा स्थिति के बारे में बताया। उन्होंने वेतन समझौते के बाद के परिदृश्य में प्रबंधन की भूमिका के बारे में विस्तार से बताया और मोदी सरकार द्वारा श्रम शक्ति नीति-2025 और चार श्रम संहिताओं के कार्यान्वयन के बारे में विस्तार से समझाया। साथी  बी. मरिमुथु, सर्कल सचिव, तमिलनाडु सर्कल, ने सभा का स्वागत किया, जबकि साथी  एस. चेल्लप्पा, सहायक  महासचिव  ने सदन को वेतन समझौतों और श्रम संहिताओं के बारे में जानकारी दी। चर्चा के दौरान, साथी  पी. अभिमन्यु ने अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन के सफल आयोजन के लिए दोनों सर्कलों को बधाई दी और वेतन संशोधन और अन्य कर्मचारी-संबंधित मुद्दों पर सीएचक्यू  के रुख के बारे में बताया। दोपहर के भोजन के बाद, तमिलनाडु सर्कल सीडब्ल्यूसी की बैठक साथी  एस. महेश्वरन की अध्यक्षता में अलग से हुई। सर्कल रिपोर्ट साथी  बी. मरिमुथु ने प्रस्तुत की। बैठक में पंद्रह जिला सचिवों और अठारह सर्कल कार्यालय पदाधिकारियों ने भाग लिया। साथी  ए. बाबू राधाकृष्णन, सहायक महासचिव, BSNL CCWF, और साथी  एस. चेल्लप्पा, सहायक महासचिव  ने प्रतिनिधियों को संबोधित किया। बैठक का समापन साथी  बी. मरिमुथु द्वारा सारांश और साथी  वी. सेंथिल कुमार, सर्कल कोषाध्यक्ष द्वारा धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव के साथ हुआ। 

BSNLEU has taken up the issue of convening the National Council Meeting at the earliest with the Director (HR), BSNL, to address the long-pending staff grievances. Although staff-related issues are being discussed in National Council meetings as well as in formal meetings with the Director (HR), none of the major issues have been resolved so far. It is pertinent to note that 11 months have elapsed since the last National Council meeting, which was held on 13.01.2025. Expressing serious concern over this delay, Com. Animesh Mitra, General Secretary, BSNLEU, raised the demand for convening the next National Council meeting without further delay. The issue was raised during a meeting with the Director (HR) on 08.12.2025, in which Shri Rajeev Koushik, PGM (SR), was also present. Com. Animesh Mitra specifically requested that the National Council meeting be convened within the first week of January 2026, so that the pending staff grievances can be discussed and settled. The Director (HR) assured that the request would be considered after consultation with the other members of the official side.

कर्मचारियों की शिकायतों को सुलझाने के लिए नेशनल काउंसिल की मीटिंग आयोजित करना।

BSNLEU ने लंबे समय से पेंडिंग कर्मचारियों की शिकायतों को दूर करने के लिए बीएसएनएल के डायरेक्टर (एचआर) के साथ जल्द से जल्द नेशनल काउंसिल मीटिंग बुलाने का मुद्दा उठाया है। हालांकि कर्मचारियों से जुड़े मुद्दों पर नेशनल काउंसिल मीटिंग के साथ-साथ डायरेक्टर (एचआर) के साथ फॉर्मल मीटिंग में भी चर्चा की जा रही है, लेकिन अभी तक कोई भी बड़ा मुद्दा हल नहीं हुआ है। यह ध्यान देने वाली बात है कि पिछली नेशनल काउंसिल मीटिंग, जो 13.01.2025 को हुई थी, के बाद से 11 महीने बीत चुके हैं। इस देरी पर गंभीर चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए, साथी  अनिमेष मित्रा, जनरल सेक्रेटरी, BSNLEU, ने बिना किसी और देरी के अगली नेशनल काउंसिल मीटिंग बुलाने की मांग उठाई। यह मुद्दा 08.12.2025 को डायरेक्टर (एचआर) के साथ एक मीटिंग के दौरान उठाया गया था, जिसमें श्री राजीव कौशिक, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एसआर), भी मौजूद थे। साथी  अनिमेष मित्रा ने खास तौर पर अनुरोध किया कि नेशनल काउंसिल मीटिंग जनवरी 2026 के पहले हफ्ते में बुलाई जाए, ताकि कर्मचारियों की पेंडिंग शिकायतों पर चर्चा की जा सके और उन्हें सुलझाया जा सके। डायरेक्टर (एचआर) ने आश्वासन दिया कि आधिकारिक पक्ष के अन्य सदस्यों से सलाह लेने के बाद इस अनुरोध पर विचार किया जाएगा।

The BSNL Coordination Committee held an enthusiastic and well-attended convention of regular employees, pensioners and casual/contract labourers at the CTO Institute Hall, CGMT Office, Kolkata, on 11.12.2025. The Convention was presided over by Com. Ashish Das, President of the Coordination Committee. At the outset, the house observed a minute’s silence in memory of Com. K. G. Bose, the pioneer of the P&T workers’ trade union movement. Thereafter, Com. Sujoy Sarkar, Convener of the BSNL Coordination Committee, explained the purpose of the Convention. He emphasised that this meeting was essentially a preparatory exercise for the leaders and members of the West Bengal Circle to successfully organise the BA-level conventions over the next one month. Com. Animesh Mitra, General Secretary, BSNLEU, addressed the gathering in detail, explaining the current situation and the role of the Central Government. He elaborated on the attacks on government employees and workers, particularly through the so-called “Shram Shakti Niti-2025” and the implementation of the Four Labour Codes. He also updated the house on the present status of the Wage Agreement, which continues to remain pending at the BSNL Corporate Office. Expressing dissatisfaction, he criticised the BSNL Management for its insensitive handling of issues related to the Sanchar Aadhaar system, which is causing widespread hardship to customers and staff. Other leaders who addressed the Convention included Com. Sujoy Sarkar, Circle Secretary, BSNLEU, Com. Tapas Ghosh, Circle Secretary, BSNLCMU, and Shri Ashish Das, Circle Secretary, AIBDPA. They spoke on significant issues such as the problems of casual and contract labourers, pension revision, the Pension Validation Act, and other pressing organisational matters. In the concluding session, Com. Sujoy Sarkar, Secretary, Coordination Committee, announced the future plan and programme for conducting the BA/OA-level conventions across the West Bengal Circle.

बीएसएनएल कोऑर्डिनेशन कमेटी ने 11.12.2025 को सीटीओ इंस्टीट्यूट हॉल, सीजीएमटी ऑफिस, कोलकाता में नियमित कर्मचारियों, पेंशनभोगियों और कैजुअल/कॉन्ट्रैक्ट मजदूरों का एक जोशीला और अच्छी उपस्थिति वाला कन्वेंशन आयोजित किया। कन्वेंशन की अध्यक्षता कोऑर्डिनेशन कमेटी के अध्यक्ष साथी आशीष दास ने की। शुरुआत में, सदन ने P&T कर्मचारियों के ट्रेड यूनियन आंदोलन के अग्रणी साथी  के. जी. बोस की याद में एक मिनट का मौन रखा। इसके बाद, बीएसएनएल कोऑर्डिनेशन कमेटी के संयोजक साथी  सुजॉय सरकार ने कन्वेंशन का उद्देश्य बताया। उन्होंने इस बात पर ज़ोर दिया कि यह बैठक मुख्य रूप से पश्चिम बंगाल सर्कल के नेताओं और सदस्यों के लिए अगले एक महीने में बीए-लेवल कन्वेंशन को सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित करने के लिए एक प्रारंभिक अभ्यास है। BSNLEU के महासचिव साथी  अनिमेष मित्रा ने सभा को विस्तार से संबोधित किया, वर्तमान स्थिति और केंद्र सरकार की भूमिका के बारे में बताया। उन्होंने सरकारी कर्मचारियों और मजदूरों पर हमलों के बारे में विस्तार से बताया, खासकर तथाकथित "श्रम शक्ति नीति-2025" और चार श्रम संहिताओं के कार्यान्वयन के माध्यम से। उन्होंने वेतन समझौते की वर्तमान स्थिति के बारे में भी सदन को अपडेट किया, जो बीएसएनएल कॉर्पोरेट ऑफिस में अभी भी लंबित है। असंतोष व्यक्त करते हुए, उन्होंने संचार आधार प्रणाली से संबंधित मुद्दों को असंवेदनशील तरीके से संभालने के लिए बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन की आलोचना की, जिससे ग्राहकों और कर्मचारियों को व्यापक कठिनाई हो रही है। कन्वेंशन को संबोधित करने वाले अन्य नेताओं में BSNLEU के सर्कल सचिव साथी  सुजॉय सरकार, BSNLCMU के सर्कल सचिव साथी  तापस घोष और AIBDPA के सर्कल सचिव साथी  आशीष दास शामिल थे। उन्होंने कैजुअल और कॉन्ट्रैक्ट मजदूरों की समस्याओं, पेंशन संशोधन, पेंशन सत्यापन अधिनियम और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण संगठनात्मक मामलों जैसे महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों पर बात की। समापन सत्र में, कोऑर्डिनेशन कमेटी के सचिव साथी  सुजॉय सरकार ने पश्चिम बंगाल सर्कल में बीए/ओए -लेवल कन्वेंशन आयोजित करने के लिए भविष्य की योजना और कार्यक्रम की घोषणा की।

A condolence meeting was organised today at the PGMTD premises, Jaipur, by BSNLEU, Rajasthan Circle, in memory of our beloved Com. Ashok Pareek, Circle Secretary. The meeting was graced by Shri Vikram Malviya, CGM Rajasthan, Shri Vijay Nemwal, PGM, Com. Kamal Singh Gohil, Circle President, BSNLEU, Com. Pradeep Jain, Vice President (CHQ), BSNLEU, Com. Sushil, Circle Secretary, SNEA, the Circle Secretary of AIGETOA and several senior office bearers of sister organisations. All the dignitaries paid their heartfelt homage and offered their condolences on the passing away of Com. Ashok Pareek. Comrades fondly remembered his dedicated service, exemplary leadership, and lifelong commitment to the trade union movement.

साथी अशोक पारीक, सर्किल सचिव BSNLEU की शोक सभा आज PGMT ऑफिस, जयपुर में हुई।

हमारे प्यारे साथी  अशोक पारीक, सर्कल सचिव की याद में आज BSNLEU, राजस्थान सर्कल द्वारा PGMTD परिसर, जयपुर में एक शोक सभा का आयोजन किया गया। इस सभा में श्री विक्रम मालवीय, सीजीएम राजस्थान, श्री विजय नेमवाल, पीजीएम, साथी  कमल सिंह गोहिल, सर्कल प्रेसिडेंट, BSNLEU, साथी  प्रदीप जैन, वाइस प्रेसिडेंट (CHQ), BSNLEU, साथी  सुशील, सर्कल सेक्रेटरी, SNEA, AIGETOA के सर्कल सेक्रेटरी और सहयोगी संगठनों के कई वरिष्ठ पदाधिकारी मौजूद थे। सभी गणमान्य व्यक्तियों ने साथी  अशोक पारीक के निधन पर अपनी हार्दिक श्रद्धांजलि दी और शोक व्यक्त किया। साथियों ने उनकी समर्पित सेवा, अनुकरणीय नेतृत्व और ट्रेड यूनियन आंदोलन के प्रति आजीवन प्रतिबद्धता को प्यार से याद किया।

Today marks the 51st death anniversary of the legendary trade union leader, Com. K. G. Bose. His uncompromising ideology and fighting spirit continue to guide the P&T and BSNL trade union movement. Com. K. G. Bose began his career as a clerk in the DET office, Kolkata, and even after being dismissed from service in 1949, he continued his dedicated work for the P&T movement. He later became the Circle Secretary of E3 and P3 Unions in West Bengal and, in 1970, was elected President of the mighty NFPTE, defeating Congress leader Mohan Dharia. He led an ideological struggle within NFPTE, tirelessly travelled across the country, and built a powerful, working-class-oriented movement. His early demise at the age of 53 was a great loss to the working class. BSNLEU proudly continues to march on the path shown by Com. K. G. Bose. Red Salutes to Com. K. G. Bose.

साथी  के. जी. बोस को सादर श्रद्धांजलि।

आज महान ट्रेड यूनियन नेता, साथी  के. जी. बोस की 51वीं पुण्यतिथि है। उनकी अडिग विचारधारा और जुझारू भावना P&T और बीएसएनएल ट्रेड यूनियन आंदोलन को लगातार राह दिखा रही है। साथी  के. जी. बोस ने अपने करियर की शुरुआत कोलकाता के DET ऑफिस में क्लर्क के तौर पर की थी, और 1949 में नौकरी से निकाले जाने के बाद भी, उन्होंने P&T आंदोलन के लिए अपना समर्पित काम जारी रखा। बाद में वे पश्चिम बंगाल में E3 और P3 यूनियनों के सर्कल सेक्रेटरी बने और 1970 में, उन्होंने कांग्रेस नेता मोहन धारिया को हराकर ताकतवर NFPTE के अध्यक्ष चुने गए। उन्होंने NFPTE के अंदर एक वैचारिक संघर्ष का नेतृत्व किया, देश भर में अथक यात्रा की, और एक शक्तिशाली, मेहनतकश वर्ग-उन्मुख आंदोलन का निर्माण किया। 53 साल की उम्र में उनका असामयिक निधन मेहनतकश वर्ग के लिए एक बड़ी क्षति थी। BSNLEU गर्व से साथी  के. जी. बोस द्वारा दिखाए गए रास्ते पर आगे बढ़ रहा है। साथी  के. जी. बोस को लाल सलाम।

Even after 10 days, there is no sign of improvement in the situation arising out of the discontinuation of the Sanchar Aadhaar system. As a result, BSNL customers continue to face severe harassment, especially at Customer Service Centres (CSCs) and telecom offices/exchanges. Reacting strongly to the prevailing situation, agitated BSNL employees working in CSCs as well as offices and exchanges have started demonstration programmes in different circles. Today, in the West Bengal Circle, demonstration programmes were held at the CGMT Office, Asansol, Bankura, Durgapur, and other locations. This agitation has been further intensified following information that the concerned vendor had been operating on an extension basis for the last two years, which expired in August 2025. Despite having sufficient time, the Management failed to make any alternative arrangement, leading to a complete collapse of the system. Due to this mismanagement, the image of BSNL has been severely tarnished among the public over the last 10 days, causing frustration to both customers and frontline staff. Meanwhile, another report has surfaced in the public domain that the Management has decided to develop an “in-house system” to overcome the present crisis. However, in the absence of an immediate and effective solution, the situation continues to remain alarming. If the Management continues to adopt such an indifferent attitude, the ongoing demonstrations are likely to spread to more circles, further escalating the agitation across the organisation.

Yesterday, an important meeting was held at the Corporate Office regarding the proposed introduction of the National Pension System (NPS) for BSNL staff. The BSNL Management invited officials from LIC Pension Fund Limited (LIC PFL) to explain various aspects of NPS to the representatives of BSNLEU, NFTE, SNEA and AIGTOA. From BSNLEU, Com. Animesh Mitra, General Secretary, and Com. Aswin Kumar, Assistant General Secretary, participated in the meeting. Earlier, BSNLEU had submitted a detailed letter to the Management raising several queries on the proposed NPS. The LIC representatives responded to these queries during the meeting. It was explained that earlier the Department was contributing 5% to the SPS for pension benefits, and now a proposal has been made to convert the scheme from SPS to NPS. During the discussion, BSNLEU strongly expressed the following two demands:

1. NPS should remain under the control of a PSU, preferably LIC, as Fund Manager.
2. Employees should be given an option either to continue under the existing SPS or to opt for the new NPS, instead of making it compulsory.

The representatives of LIC Pension Fund Limited clarified the queries raised by the unions and explained the differences between LIC PFL and other private pension fund managers. They also informed that long-term returns under NPS are around 13%, whereas returns under SAP are presently around 7–8%. Subsequently, the Management informed that a Committee comprising four officers has been constituted, with Shri S. P. Singh, PGM(Estt.), as Chairman, to examine the matter in detail. The Committee will submit its recommendations to the Board for approval. The Management has also circulated a key note addressing the queries and suggestions raised by the Unions and Associations. While deliberating on the matter, the General Secretary, BSNLEU, reiterated that LIC Pension Fund Limited, being a PSU, should continue as the Fund Manager under the new system so as to instil confidence among the entire staff side.

कल, कॉर्पोरेट ऑफिस में बीएसएनएल स्टाफ़ के लिए नेशनल पेंशन सिस्टम (NPS) शुरू करने के प्रस्ताव पर एक ज़रूरी मीटिंग हुई। बीएसएनएल मैनेजमेंट ने एलआईसी पेंशन फंड लिमिटेड (LIC PFL) के अधिकारियों को BSNLEU, एनएफटीई , SNEA और AIGTOA के प्रतिनिधियों को एनपीएस की अलग-अलग बातें समझाने के लिए बुलाया। BSNLEU की तरफ़ से, महासचिव साथी अनिमेष मित्रा और असिस्टेंट जनरल सेक्रेटरी साथी अश्विन कुमार ने मीटिंग में हिस्सा लिया। इससे पहले, BSNLEU ने मैनेजमेंट को एक डिटेल्ड लेटर भेजा था जिसमें प्रस्तावित एनपीएस पर कई सवाल उठाए गए थे। एलआईसी के प्रतिनिधियों ने मीटिंग के दौरान इन सवालों के जवाब दिए। यह बताया गया कि पहले डिपार्टमेंट पेंशन बेनिफिट्स के लिए एसपीएस में 5% कंट्रीब्यूट कर रहा था, और अब स्कीम को एसपीएस से एनपीएस में बदलने का प्रस्ताव रखा गया है। चर्चा के दौरान, BSNLEU ने ज़ोर देकर ये दो मांगें रखीं :

1. एनपीएस फंड मैनेजर के तौर पर एक पीएसयू , खासकर एलआईसी, के कंट्रोल में रहना चाहिए।
2. कर्मचारियों को यह ऑप्शन दिया जाना चाहिए कि वे मौजूदा एसपीएस के तहत काम करते रहें या नया एनपीएस चुनें, इसे ज़रूरी बनाने के बजाय।

एलआईसी पेंशन फंड लिमिटेड के प्रतिनिधियों ने यूनियनों द्वारा उठाए गए सवालों को साफ़ किया और एलआईसी PFL और दूसरे प्राइवेट पेंशन फंड मैनेजरों के बीच अंतर समझाया। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि एनपीएस के तहत लंबे समय का रिटर्न लगभग 13% है, जबकि SAP के तहत रिटर्न अभी लगभग 7–8% है। इसके बाद, मैनेजमेंट ने बताया कि मामले की डिटेल में जांच करने के लिए चार अधिकारियों की एक कमेटी बनाई गई है, जिसके चेयरमैन श्री एस. पी. सिंह, पीजीएम (Estt.) हैं। कमेटी अपनी सिफारिशें मंज़ूरी के लिए बोर्ड को सौंपेगी। मैनेजमेंट ने यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों द्वारा उठाए गए सवालों और सुझावों पर एक की नोट भी भेजा है। इस मामले पर बात करते हुए, BSNLEU के जनरल सेक्रेटरी ने दोहराया कि एलआईसी पेंशन फंड लिमिटेड, एक पीएसयू होने के नाते, नए सिस्टम के तहत फंड मैनेजर के तौर पर काम करता रहना चाहिए ताकि पूरे स्टाफ में भरोसा पैदा हो सके।

Even after the lapse of nine days, the BSNL Management has failed to find any solution to the problems related to the Sanchar Aadhaar system. As a result, BSNL is losing substantial revenue every day. The issue was seriously discussed in a meeting of the All Unions and Associations of BSNL (AUAB) held today at Eastern Court, New Delhi. All the General Secretaries and representatives of the constituent unions and associations participated in the meeting and deliberated on the matter with utmost seriousness. After detailed discussion, AUAB unanimously decided to submit a memorandum to the CMD, BSNL, on 10.12.2025, demanding immediate resolution of the Sanchar Aadhaar issues. It was further decided that if the top management fails to take prompt and effective action, AUAB will be constrained to launch an agitational programme without further day. Today’s meeting was attended by the leaders of BSNLEU, NFTE BSNL, SNEA, AIGETOA, AIBSNLEA, BTTU and DEWAS, who expressed serious concern over the prolonged inaction of the management and its adverse impact on BSNL’s services and revenue.

संचार आधार की समस्या अभी तक सुलझी नहीं – AUAB ने आंदोलन शुरू करने का फैसला किया।

नौ दिन बीत जाने के बाद भी, बीएसएनएल मैनेजमेंट संचार आधार सिस्टम से जुड़ी समस्याओं का कोई हल नहीं निकाल पाया है। इस वजह से, बीएसएनएल को हर दिन काफी रेवेन्यू का नुकसान हो रहा है। आज नई दिल्ली के ईस्टर्न कोर्ट में हुई बीएसएनएल की सभी यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों-AUAB की मीटिंग में इस मुद्दे पर गंभीरता से चर्चा की गई। मीटिंग में सभी जनरल सेक्रेटरी और यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों के प्रतिनिधियों ने हिस्सा लिया और इस मामले पर पूरी गंभीरता से विचार-विमर्श किया। पूरी चर्चा के बाद, AUAB ने एकमत होकर 10.12.2025 को सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को एक मेमोरेंडम देने का फैसला किया, जिसमें संचार आधार की समस्याओं को तुरंत हल करने की मांग की जाएगी। यह भी तय किया गया कि अगर टॉप मैनेजमेंट जल्दी और असरदार कार्रवाई करने में नाकाम रहता है, तो AUAB बिना किसी और दिन के आंदोलन शुरू करने के लिए मजबूर होगा। आज की मीटिंग में BSNLEU, एनएफटीई बीएसएनएल , SNEA, AIGETOA, AIBSNLEA, BTTU और DEWAS के नेता शामिल हुए, जिन्होंने मैनेजमेंट के लंबे समय से कोई एक्शन न लेने और बीएसएनएल की सेवाएं और रेवेन्यू पर इसके बुरे असर पर गंभीर चिंता जताई।
