NFTE’s cheating.

NFTE is propagating that the important issues of the Non-Executives, like Wage Revision, stagnation, etc., are not settled only because of BSNLEU. NFTE is also cheating the employees by saying that, NFTE is not having any power, since it is only the 2nd Recognised Union. However, the Corporate Office letter attached here says that, both BSNLEU and NFTE are having equal rights and power. Now, NFTE should explain to the employees, why it has not settled any of the issues of the Non-Executives, even though it is the Recognised Union for the past 9 years. NFTE has wasted it’s Recognition for the past 9 years. What is the use of giving Recognition to NFTE once again?
