वेतन संशोधन के लिए जॉइंट कमिटी में व्याप्त गतिरोध को समाप्त करना।

BSNLEU वेतन संशोधन समझौते पर यथाशीघ्र हस्ताक्षर करने के लिए गंभीर कदम उठा रहा है। श्री सौरभ त्यागी वेतन संशोधन के लिए जॉइंट कमिटी में प्रबंधन पक्ष के सदस्यों में से एक हैं। इससे पहले वे चीफ जनरल मैनेजर, जेएंडके सर्कल के पद पर कार्यरत थे। कुछ दिन पहले ही उन्होंने कॉरपोरेट ऑफिस में प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (भर्ती एवं प्रशिक्षण) के पद पर कार्यभार संभाला है। साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने कल उनसे मुलाकात की और वेतन संशोधन मुद्दे पर चर्चा की। महासचिव ने उन्हें BSNLEU द्वारा नॉन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव्स के वेतनमानों पर सीएमडी बीएसएनएल और निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के साथ पहले ही की गई चर्चाओं के बारे में जानकारी दी। उन्होंने श्री सौरभ त्यागी से अनुरोध किया कि वे नॉन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव्स के नए वेतनमानों के मुद्दे पर वेतन संशोधन के लिए जॉइंट कमिटी में व्याप्त गतिरोध का सौहार्दपूर्ण समाधान निकालने में मदद करें।

In the JTO LICE conducted on 08.09.2024, the JEs who had gone on Rule-8 transfer are affected. This has happened because, their parent circle details are not promptly updated on the ERP. As a result, these JEs are not selected even though they have obtained good marks. Such complaints have come from Chhattisgarh and Odisha circles. CHQ has already written letter and taken up this issue with the Corporate Office. Yesterday, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, discussed this issue with Shri Saurabh Tyagi, PGM(Rectt.& Trng.), and requested for necessary action, so that the affected candidates are not denied of their opportunity to become JTO. The PGM(Rectt.& Trng.) assured that needful action would be taken.

नियम-8 स्थानांतरण पर गए अभ्यर्थियों के संबंध में जेटीओ एलआईसीई परिणामों में विसंगतियां।

08.09.2024 को आयोजित जेटीओ एलआईसीई में, नियम-8 स्थानांतरण पर गए जेई प्रभावित हुए हैं। ऐसा इसलिए हुआ है, क्योंकि उनके मूल सर्कल का विवरण ईआरपी पर तुरंत अपडेट नहीं किया गया है। परिणामस्वरूप, इन जेई का चयन नहीं किया गया है, भले ही उन्होंने अच्छे अंक प्राप्त किए हों। ऐसी शिकायतें छत्तीसगढ़ और ओडिशा सर्कल से आई हैं। सीएचक्यू ने पहले ही पत्र लिखकर इस मुद्दे को कॉर्पोरेट ऑफिस के सामने उठाया है। कल, साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने श्री सौरभ त्यागी, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (भर्ती और प्रशिक्षण) के साथ इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की और आवश्यक कार्रवाई के लिए अनुरोध किया, ताकि प्रभावित उम्मीदवारों को जेटीओ बनने के उनके अवसर से वंचित न किया जाए। प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (भर्ती और प्रशिक्षण) ने आश्वासन दिया कि आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

BSNLEU has already demanded that a Special JE LICE should be conducted on the analogy of the Special JTO LICE that had been conducted. This will enable the candidates in the circles where vacant posts are not existing for the JE LICE. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, discussed this issue with Shri Saurabh Tyagi, PGM(Rectt.& Trng.), yesterday. The General Secretary, requested that, the Management should take this positive step to ensure opportunity for the candidates working in circles where vacant JE posts are not likely to come up even for the next few JE LICEs to be conducted. The PGM(Rectt. & Trng.), stated that the Management would positively consider this request.

विशेष जेई एलआईसीई का आयोजन।

BSNLEU ने पहले ही मांग की है कि विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई की तर्ज पर एक विशेष जेई एलआईसीई का आयोजन किया जाना चाहिए। इससे उन सर्किलों में उम्मीदवारों को सुविधा होगी जहां जेई एलआईसीई के लिए रिक्त पद मौजूद नहीं हैं। साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने कल श्री सौरभ त्यागी, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (भर्ती एवं प्रशिक्षण) के साथ इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की। महासचिव ने अनुरोध किया कि प्रबंधन को यह सकारात्मक कदम उठाना चाहिए ताकि उन सर्किलों में काम करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को अवसर मिल सके जहां रिक्त जेई पदों के आने की संभावना नहीं है, यहां तक ​​कि अगले कुछ जेई एलआईसीई के लिए भी। प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (भर्ती एवं प्रशिक्षण) ने कहा कि प्रबंधन इस अनुरोध पर सकारात्मक रूप से विचार करेगा।

The All India Centre meeting of BSNLEU, held online yesterday, has taken the decision to hold the 11^th All India Conference of BSNLEU in July, 2025. Since, the South West Monsoon will be active in most parts of the country in the month of July, the All India Centre has decided to request Tamil Nadu and Chennai circle unions to host the 11^th All India Conference.

BSNLEU का 11वां अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन जुलाई, 2025 में आयोजित किया जाएगा।

कल ऑनलाइन आयोजित BSNLEU की अखिल भारतीय केंद्र बैठक में जुलाई, 2025 में BSNLEU का 11वां अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया गया है। चूंकि, जुलाई के महीने में देश के अधिकांश हिस्सों में दक्षिण-पश्चिम मानसून सक्रिय होगा, इसलिए अखिल भारतीय केंद्र ने तमिलनाडु और चेन्नई सर्कल यूनियनों से 11वें अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन की मेजबानी करने का अनुरोध करने का निर्णय लिया है।

Com.Moni Bose is the former General Secretary of All India Telecom Employees Union (Class-III), and is one of the illustrious leaders of the telecom trade union movement. After the untimely death of Com.K.G. Bose in 1974, it was Com.Moni Bose who carried forward the ideology and legacy of Com.K.G. Bose in the telecom trade union movement. Despite dismissal from service very early, Com.Moni Bose continued to dedicate his entire life for strengthening the telecom trade union movement and for the betterment of the lives of the telecom employees. The birth centenary of this great leader falls on 15th May, 2025. The All India Centre meeting held yesterday decided to celebrate the birth centenary of Com.Moni Bose in a befitting manner. West Bengal circle union has volunteered to organise the birth centenary celebration of Com.Moni Bose at Kolkata on 15th May, 2025.

साथी मोनी बोस की जयंती 15.05.2025 को मनाई जाएगी।

साथी मोनी बोस ऑल इंडिया टेलीकॉम एम्प्लॉइज़ यूनियन (क्लास-III) के पूर्व महासचिव हैं, तथा दूरसंचार ट्रेड यूनियन आंदोलन के प्रख्यात नेताओं में से एक हैं। 1974 में साथी के.जी. बोस की असामयिक मृत्यु के पश्चात साथी मोनी बोस ने ही दूरसंचार ट्रेड यूनियन आंदोलन में साथी के.जी. बोस की विचारधारा और विरासत को आगे बढ़ाया। सेवा से बहुत कम समय में बर्खास्त होने के बावजूद साथी मोनी बोस ने अपना पूरा जीवन दूरसंचार ट्रेड यूनियन आंदोलन को मजबूत करने तथा दूरसंचार कर्मचारियों के जीवन को बेहतर बनाने के लिए समर्पित कर दिया। इस महान नेता की जन्म शताब्दी 15 मई, 2025 को है। कल आयोजित अखिल भारतीय केंद्र की बैठक में साथी मोनी बोस की जन्म शताब्दी को उचित तरीके से मनाने का निर्णय लिया गया। पश्चिम बंगाल सर्किल यूनियन ने 15 मई, 2025 को कोलकाता में साथी मोनी बोस की जन्म शताब्दी समारोह आयोजित करने की स्वेच्छा से घोषणा की है। 

BSNLEU is organising a “meet the employees campaign” throughout the country from 25^th November, to 06^th December, 2024. The All India Centre meeting held yesterday reviewed this campaign with inputs received from the circles. The meeting has viewed that implementation of this campaign is not satisfactory. Hence, the meeting called on all the circle unions to organise the programme effectively. Each and every Non-Executive employee should be approached and explained the issues contained in the CHQ pamphlet. A copy of the CHQ pamphlet should be handed over to each and every Non-Executive employee. To ensure success of this programme, the All India Centre has extended the date of this campaign up to 17.12.2024.

कर्मचारियों से मुलाकात अभियान का क्रियान्वयन असंतोषजनक।

BSNLEU 25 नवंबर से 06 दिसंबर, 2024 तक पूरे देश में *कर्मचारियों से मुलाकात अभियान* का आयोजन कर रहा है। कल आयोजित अखिल भारतीय केंद्र की बैठक में सर्किलों से प्राप्त इनपुट के साथ इस अभियान की समीक्षा की गई। बैठक में पाया गया कि इस अभियान का क्रियान्वयन संतोषजनक नहीं है। इसलिए बैठक में सभी सर्किल यूनियनों से कार्यक्रम को प्रभावी ढंग से आयोजित करने का आह्वान किया गया। प्रत्येक नॉन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव कर्मचारी से संपर्क किया जाना चाहिए और उन्हें सीएचक्यू पैम्फलेट में निहित मुद्दों के बारे में समझाया जाना चाहिए। सीएचक्यू पैम्फलेट की एक प्रति प्रत्येक नॉन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव कर्मचारी को सौंपी जानी चाहिए। इस कार्यक्रम की सफलता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए, अखिल भारतीय केंद्र ने इस अभियान की तिथि 17.12.2024 तक बढ़ा दी है।

With overwhelming majority, the United Nations General Assembly has passed a resolution, directing Israel to immediately withdraw from all the territories it has captured and occupied since 1967. In the 193 member General Assembly, the resolution was passed with the support of 157 nations. India voted in support of the resolution. The United States and 7 other countries voted against this resolution. Through this resolution, the United Nations General Assembly has reaffirmed it’s stand that Israel and Palestine should live side by side peacefully based on the pre-1967 borders. BSNLEU has always taken the stand that in accordance with the decision of the United Nations, Israel should get out of all the Palestinian territories that it had captured since 1967.

इजराइल को 1967 से अब तक कब्जा किए गए सभी फिलिस्तीनी क्षेत्रों से बाहर निकल जाना चाहिए- संयुक्त राष्ट्र ने प्रस्ताव पारित किया।

संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा ने भारी बहुमत से एक प्रस्ताव पारित किया है, जिसमें इजरायल को 1967 से अब तक कब्जा किए गए सभी क्षेत्रों से तुरंत बाहर निकलने का निर्देश दिया गया है। 193 सदस्यीय महासभा में, 157 देशों के समर्थन से प्रस्ताव पारित किया गया। भारत ने प्रस्ताव के समर्थन में मतदान किया। संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका और 7 अन्य देशों ने इस प्रस्ताव के खिलाफ मतदान किया। इस प्रस्ताव के माध्यम से, संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा ने अपने रुख की पुष्टि की है कि इजरायल और फिलिस्तीन को 1967 से पहले की सीमाओं के आधार पर शांतिपूर्वक साथ-साथ रहना चाहिए। BSNLEU ने हमेशा यह रुख अपनाया है कि संयुक्त राष्ट्र के निर्णय के अनुसार, इजरायल को 1967 से अब तक कब्जा किए गए सभी फिलिस्तीनी क्षेत्रों से बाहर निकल जाना चाहिए।

It is the clear cut decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court that, the concept of “No Work No Pay” is applicable only for strike. Further, the Hon’ble Supreme Court, as well as various Hon’ble High Courts have given categorical judgements stating that, the right to participate in peaceful protest action is the fundamental right of every citizen of this country. BSNL Management says that, even peaceful agitational programmes like, dharna, hunger strike affect the services and BSNL’s financial condition. In other PSUs like Banks and LIC, more frequent strikes and agitational programmes are taking place. But, the government banks and LIC are in good financial condition, despite facing stiff competition. The Management tries to hide the fact that, the flawed policies of the government and the ineffective Management are responsible for the financial crisis of BSNL. The Management is trying to create a picture that peaceful agitations are affecting the financial condition of the Company. BSNLEU has pointed out all these facts and has given a letter to the CMD BSNL today. BSNLEU has strongly demanded to withdraw the Corporate Office letter directing to impose pay cut on the employees who participated in the dharna.   

शांतिपूर्ण आंदोलन में भाग लेना बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों का मौलिक अधिकार है - BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर धरना देने वालों के वेतन में कटौती करने संबंधी पत्र वापस लेने की मांग की।

माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय का स्पष्ट निर्णय है कि *“काम नहीं तो वेतन नहीं” की अवधारणा केवल हड़ताल के लिए लागू है।* इसके अलावा, माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के साथ-साथ विभिन्न माननीय उच्च न्यायालयों ने स्पष्ट निर्णय देते हुए कहा है कि *शांतिपूर्ण विरोध कार्रवाई में भाग लेने का अधिकार इस देश के प्रत्येक नागरिक का मौलिक अधिकार है।* बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन का कहना है कि धरना, भूख हड़ताल जैसे शांतिपूर्ण आंदोलनकारी कार्यक्रम भी सेवाओं और बीएसएनएल की वित्तीय स्थिति को प्रभावित करते हैं। बैंकों और एलआईसी जैसे अन्य सार्वजनिक उपक्रमों में अधिक बार हड़ताल और आंदोलनकारी कार्यक्रम हो रहे हैं। लेकिन, सरकारी बैंक और एलआईसी कड़ी प्रतिस्पर्धा का सामना करने के बावजूद अच्छी वित्तीय स्थिति में हैं। प्रबंधन इस तथ्य को छिपाने की कोशिश करता है कि, सरकार की दोषपूर्ण नीतियां और अप्रभावी प्रबंधन बीएसएनएल के वित्तीय संकट के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं। प्रबंधन यह छवि बनाने की कोशिश कर रहा है कि शांतिपूर्ण आंदोलन कंपनी की वित्तीय स्थिति को प्रभावित कर रहे हैं। BSNLEU ने इन सभी तथ्यों को इंगित किया है और आज सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को एक पत्र दिया है। BSNLEU ने धरने में भाग लेने वाले कर्मचारियों पर वेतन कटौती लागू करने के निर्देश देने वाले कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के पत्र को वापस लेने की जोरदार मांग की है। 

A peaceful dharna programme was organised by the Coordination Committee of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF, demanding settlement of the most burning problems of non-settlement of wage revision, non-settlement of pension revision and other important issues. Yesterday, the Management has issued letter to the CGMs, directing to impose pay cut on the employees who participated in the peaceful dharna. BSNLEU strongly condemns the Management’s decision of imposing pay cut for participating in a peaceful protest action like dharna.

धरना में भाग लेने पर वेतन कटौती - कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने जारी किया पत्र।

BSNLEU, एआईबीडीपीए और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ की समन्वय समिति द्वारा वेतन संशोधन का निपटारा न होने, पेंशन संशोधन का निपटारा न होने और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों की ज्वलंत समस्याओं के समाधान की मांग को लेकर शांतिपूर्ण धरना कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। कल प्रबंधन ने मुख्य महाप्रबंधकों को पत्र जारी कर शांतिपूर्ण धरने में भाग लेने वाले कर्मचारियों के वेतन में कटौती करने का निर्देश दिया है। BSNLEU ने धरने जैसे शांतिपूर्ण विरोध प्रदर्शन में भाग लेने पर वेतन कटौती करने के प्रबंधन के फैसले की कड़ी निंदा की है।
