BSNLEU has continuously been insisting upon the Management to hold the JE LICE (50% internal quota) for the vacancy year 2021. In accordance with this, the Corporate Office has issued notification yesterday the 17.03.2023, for holding the JE LICE. According to the Corporate Office letter, the online registration for the JE LICE will commence on 21.03.2023. The last date for online registration is 20.04.2023. Further, the Corporate Office has informed in the letter that, the date of the online examination will be communicated separately.

As per the call of the CoC of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF, Meet the Employees Campaign is being conducted throughout the country. The contents of the bulletin issued by the CoC is being explained to the employees. CHQ heartily congratulates the circles which have carried out the programme and requests the other circles also to implement the call. 

BSNLEU has continuously pressed upon the Management, to renew the MoUs signed with Canara Bank and Union Bank of India. As a result, MoU with the Canara Bank has been signed and employees have taken bank loans from various circles. 

However, it has been brought to the notice of the CHQ that, the EMI amount deducted from employees’ salary, towards the bank loan, is not being remitted to the bank on time. Similarly, it has also been brought to our notice that, the Society dues deducted from employees’ salary is not being remitted to the society. Such lapses happened earlier also. Hence, BSNLEU has written letter to the CMD BSNL today, demanding prompt remittance of the bank loan EMI amount and the society dues.

बैंक ऋण ईएमआई राशि और सोसायटी बकाया के प्रेषण में देरी - BSNLEU ने सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर उचित कार्रवाई करने की मांग की।  

BSNLEU ने केनरा बैंक और यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के साथ हस्ताक्षरित समझौता ज्ञापनों को नवीनीकृत करने के लिए प्रबंधन पर लगातार दबाव डाला है।  नतीजतन, केनरा बैंक के साथ समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए हैं और कर्मचारियों ने विभिन्न सर्किलों से बैंक ऋण लिया है।

तथापि, सीएचक्यू के संज्ञान में लाया गया है कि कर्मचारियों के वेतन से बैंक ऋण के रूप में काटी गई ईएमआई की राशि बैंक में समय पर जमा नहीं की जा रही है। इसी प्रकार हमारे संज्ञान में यह भी लाया गया है कि कर्मचारियों के वेतन से काटे गये सोसायटी बकाया का भुगतान सोसायटी को नहीं किया जा रहा है।  पहले भी ऐसी चूक हुई है।  इसलिए, BSNLEU ने आज सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर बैंक ऋण ईएमआई राशि और सोसायटी बकाया राशि का शीघ्र भुगतान करने की मांग की है।

It has been brought to the notice of the CHQ that, customers are dissatisfied with the slow speed of FTTH service in Amritsar district. FTTH is a costly service. Hence, customers expect good quality. Due to the non-settlement of the technical issues, FTTH speed is slow in Amritsar district and the customers are dissatisfied. Hence, BSNLEU has written to the CMD BSNL, requesting to resolve the outstanding issues.

Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Shri Rajiv Kumar, Director (Finance), today and discussed about the inordinate delay in the settlement of Wage Revision of the Non-Executives. The General Secretary pointed out that, the clear-cut direction given by the DoT, to the CMD BSNL, for the signing of the Wage Revision agreement and sending the same for the approval of the DoT, is not implemented. The General Secretary pointed out that a large number of employees are suffering from Stagnation and demanded that, the Wage Revision should be settled by the BSNL Management on a priority basis.

साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने आज श्री राजीव कुमार, निदेशक (वित्त) से मुलाकात की और नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के वेतन संशोधन के निपटान में अत्यधिक देरी के बारे में चर्चा की।  महासचिव ने बताया कि वेतन संशोधन समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर करने और इसे दूरसंचार विभाग की मंजूरी के लिए भेजने के लिए दूरसंचार विभाग द्वारा सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को दिए गए स्पष्ट निर्देश को लागू नहीं किया गया है।  महासचिव ने बताया कि बड़ी संख्या में कर्मचारी स्थगन से पीड़ित हैं और मांग की कि बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन द्वारा प्राथमिकता के आधार पर वेतन संशोधन का समाधान किया जाना चाहिए।

Kerala circle has written to the BSNL Corporate Office, seeking the approval for the promotion of 11 officials as AD(OL) / SDE(OL). All these 11 officials have already passed the LICE. The CHQ of BSNLEU has already written letter to the GM(Pers.) long back and has also discussed the issue. Today Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, once again met Shri S.N. Gupta, GM(Pers.) and demanded  early action on this issue.

केरल के 11 अधिकारियों की एसडीई (ओएल) / एडी (ओएल) में पदोन्नति - महासचिव, BSNLEU एक बार फिर जनरल मैनेजर (पर्सोनल) के साथ चर्चा करतें है।

केरल सर्कल ने बीएसएनएल कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय को पत्र लिखकर एडी (ओएल) / एसडीई (ओएल) के रूप में 11 अधिकारियों की पदोन्नति के लिए अनुमोदन मांगा है।  ये सभी 11 अधिकारी पहले ही एलआईसीई पास कर चुके हैं। BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू ने बहुत पहले ही जनरल मैनेजर (पर्सोनल) को पत्र लिखा है और इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा भी की है।  आज साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने एक बार फिर श्री एस.एन. गुप्ता, जनरल मैनेजर (पर्सोनल) से भेंट की और इस मुद्दे पर शीघ्र कार्रवाई की मांग की है ।

In Himachal Pradesh circle, JAO LICE was conducted in 2016, without carrying forward the 2 unfilled posts of the previous JAO LICE conducted in the year 2012. As a result, Shri Vivek Kanwar, belonging to the SC Community, is denied of his justified promotion. BSNLEU has already written letter to the GM (Pers.) on this matter and has demanded necessary remedial action. Today, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, once again met Shri S.N. Gupta, GM(Pers.) and demanded early action on this issue.

2016 में आयोजित जेएओ एलआईसीई - एक अनुसूचित जाति के अधिकारी को पदोन्नति से इनकार - महासचिव, BSNLEU  जनरल मैनेजर (पर्सोनल) के साथ चर्चा करतें है।

हिमाचल प्रदेश सर्कल में जेएओ एलआईसीई 2016 में आयोजित किया गया था जिसमे वर्ष 2012 में आयोजित पिछले जेएओ एलआईसीई के 2 खाली पदों को आगे नहीं बढ़ाया गया था । परिणामस्वरूप, अनुसूचित जाति समुदाय से संबंधित श्री विवेक कंवर को उनकी उचित पदोन्नति से वंचित कर दिया गया है। BSNLEU ने पहले ही इस मामले में जनरल मैनेजर (पर्सोनल) को पत्र लिखा है और आवश्यक उचित कार्रवाई की मांग की है। आज साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव एक बार फिर श्री एस.एन.  गुप्ता, जनरल मैनेजर (पर्सोनल) से मिले और इस मुद्दे पर शीघ्र कार्रवाई की मांग की।

The Gujarat circle administration has transferred Com.Anand Narayan Singh, District Secretary, Vadodara to Amreli district. This is violation of the Corporate Office instructions on “Immunity From Transfers”. BSNLEU has already written letter to the PGM(SR) on this matter. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Ms. Anita Johri today and demanded early action on this issue. The PGM(SR) replied that the Gujarat circle administration has been directed to send it’s views on this issue.

जिला सचिव, BSNLEU, वडोदरा  को  स्थानांतरण से मुक्ति - महासचिव, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एसआर) के साथ चर्चा करते हैं।

गुजरात सर्कल प्रशासन ने साथी आनंद नारायण सिंह, जिला सचिव, वड़ोदरा को अमरेली जिले में स्थानांतरित कर दिया है।  यह "स्थानांतरण से मुक्ति" पर कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के निर्देशों का उल्लंघन है।  BSNLEU ने पहले ही इस मामले में प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एसआर) को पत्र लिखा है। साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने आज सुश्री अनीता जौहरी से मुलाकात की और इस मुद्दे पर शीघ्र कार्रवाई की मांग की। प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एसआर) ने जवाब दिया कि गुजरात सर्किल प्रशासन को इस मुद्दे पर अपने विचार भेजने के लिए निर्देशित किया गया है।

BSNLEU has already demanded that, action should be taken to finalise the new designations for some of the left out cadres. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(Restg.), today and demanded early action on this issue. She assured to do the needful early.

In some of the circles, the union subscription of BSNLEU is being deducted from the salary of the employees at the old rate. The CHQ of BSNLEU has already written to the Management, informing the names of the circle which have not implemented the new rate of union subscription. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(SR), today and once again demanded the action taken report on this issue. The PGM(SR) replied that, needful action would be taken on this issue expeditiously. 

Shri P.K. Purwar, CMD BSNL, visited Kolkata Telephones circle, yesterday the 15^th March, 2023. Utilising this opportunity, leaders of BSNLEU, Kolkata Telephones circle, viz., Com.Sisir Kumar Roy, AGS, Com.Sankar Keshar Nepal, CS, Com.Sukanti Mukherjee, ACS and Com.Biswajit Sil, ACS, met the CMD BSNL and submitted a memorandum. During the discussion with the CMD BSNL, the leaders of BSNLEU, demanded an early settlement of the Wage Revision, implementation of the New Promotion Policy for the Non-Executives and the immediate launching of BSNL’s 4G and 5G services.  Other serious issues concerning improvements in the quality of BSNL’s services were also discussed. The CHQ heartily congratulates the leaders of BSNLEU, Kolkata Telephones circle, for taking this initiative. 

As per the decision of the Coordination Committee of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF, “Meet the Employees programme” is being organised from 13.03.2023 onwards. It will go up to 18.03.2023. Circle and district unions are requested to ensure that each and every employee is met during this campaign and explained of the contents contained in the pamphlet issued by the CHQ. Reports and photos may be sent to the CHQ immediately after completion of the programme. 

दिनांक 13.03.2023 से 18.03.2023 तक "कर्मचारियों से मुलाकात कार्यक्रम" का आयोजन - सर्कल एवं जिला सचिव कृपया ध्यान दें।

BSNLEU, एआईबीडीपीए और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ की समन्वय समिति के निर्णय के अनुसार 13.03.2023 से "कर्मचारियों से मिलें कार्यक्रम" का आयोजन किया जा रहा है।  यह 18.03.2023 तक चलेगा ।  सर्कल और जिला यूनियनों से अनुरोध है कि वे सुनिश्चित करें कि इस अभियान के दौरान प्रत्येक कर्मचारी से मुलाकात की जाए और सीएचक्यू द्वारा जारी किए गए पैम्फलेट में समाविष्ट सामग्री की जानकारी दी जाए। कार्यक्रम के पूरा होने के तुरंत बाद रिपोर्ट और तस्वीरें सीएचक्यू को अवश्य भेजें ।

The JE LICE was held on 18.12.2022. Results have already been declared. It has been brought to the notice of the CHQ that, a candidate belonging to the ST Community in Telangna circle, has narrowly missed the chance of getting selected. As per the notification of the Corporate Office, 2 ST posts are available in Telangna circle and both ST posts are not filled up. Under this circumstance, BSNLEU has written letter to the Director (HR) today and has demanded review of the results of the failed SC / ST candidates, in all circles, by applying the Lesser Standards of evaluation.

मूल्यांकन के कम मानकों को लागू करें और अनुत्तीर्ण अनुसूचित जाति/जनजाति उम्मीदवारों के जेई एलआईसीई परिणामों की समीक्षा करें - BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को लिखा है।

जेई एलआईसीई 18.12.2022 को आयोजित किया गया था।  परिणाम पहले ही घोषित किए जा चुके हैं।  सीएचक्यू के ध्यान में लाया गया है कि तेलंगाना सर्कल में एसटी समुदाय से संबंधित एक उम्मीदवार चयनित होने का मौका चूक गया है।  कारपोरेट कार्यालय की अधिसूचना के अनुसार, तेलंगाना सर्कल में एसटी के 2 पद उपलब्ध हैं और दोनों एसटी पद भरे नहीं गए हैं।  इस परिस्थिति में, BSNLEU ने आज निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखा है और मूल्यांकन के कम मानकों को लागू करके सभी सर्किलों में अनुत्तीर्ण अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति के उम्मीदवारों के परिणामों की समीक्षा करने की मांग की है।
