आज 30-06-2025 को श्रम ब्यूरो द्वारा जारी उपभोक्ता मूल्य सूचकांक संख्या के अनुसार, 1 जुलाई 2025 से IDA में 0.6% की वृद्धि होने की संभावना है। मौजूदा IDA 226.5% है। 0.6% की वृद्धि के साथ, 1 जुलाई, 2025 से कुल IDA 227.1% होने की संभावना है

A meeting of the Wage Revision Committee is held today. The Management Side took the stiff position that, only the short pay scales offered by them in November, 2022 will be implemented. They stated that, the pay scales proposed by the Staff Side in February, 2025 were not acceptable. Serious discussions took place on the issue of the new pay scales. The Staff Side members told that finalisation of the Wage Revision agreement is getting abnormally delayed and requested the Management to co-operate in reaching early settlement of the Wage Revision. On the issue of pay scales, the Staff Side made the final demand that, at least the pay scales in which anomalies are arising should be modified. Further, it was demanded that, the fitment should be at least 5%. The Management Side members assured that the demands raised by the Staff Side would be discussed with the higher authorities. Both the Unions and the Management Side agreed that, the Wage Revision agreement should be signed without further delay. Hence, it is decided that the next meeting would be held on 14.07.2025. After this meeting, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, BSNLEU and Com.Chandeshwar, GS, NFTE BSNL, met the Director (HR) and briefed him on today's discussions took place in the Wage Revision Committee meeting and sought his help for the early settlement of Wage Revision. The Director (HR) agreed that, the Wage Revision agreement should be signed without further delay and assured to extend his help in this regard.   

आज हुई वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक का विवरण।

आज वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक हुई। प्रबंधन पक्ष ने कड़ा रुख अपनाया कि नवंबर 2022 में उनके द्वारा प्रस्तावित अल्प वेतनमान ही लागू किए जाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि कर्मचारी पक्ष द्वारा फरवरी 2025 में प्रस्तावित वेतनमान स्वीकार्य नहीं हैं। नए वेतनमान के मुद्दे पर गंभीर चर्चा हुई। कर्मचारी पक्ष के सदस्यों ने बताया कि वेतन संशोधन समझौते को अंतिम रूप देने में असामान्य रूप से देरी हो रही है और प्रबंधन से वेतन संशोधन के शीघ्र समाधान तक पहुंचने में सहयोग करने का अनुरोध किया। वेतनमान के मुद्दे पर कर्मचारी पक्ष ने अंतिम मांग की कि कम से कम उन वेतनमानों को संशोधित किया जाना चाहिए जिनमें विसंगतियां उत्पन्न हो रही हैं। साथ ही मांग की गई कि फिटमेंट कम से कम 5% होना चाहिए। प्रबंधन पक्ष के सदस्यों ने आश्वासन दिया कि कर्मचारी पक्ष द्वारा उठाई गई मांगों पर उच्च अधिकारियों के साथ चर्चा की जाएगी। यूनियनों और प्रबंधन पक्ष दोनों ने सहमति व्यक्त की कि वेतन संशोधन समझौते पर बिना किसी देरी के हस्ताक्षर किए जाने चाहिए। अतः यह निर्णय लिया गया कि *अगली बैठक दिनांक 14.07.2025 को होगी*। इस बैठक के पश्चात, साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव, BSNLEU तथा साथी चंदेश्वर, महासचिव, एनएफटीई बीएसएनएल ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) से मुलाकात की तथा उन्हें वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक में आज हुई चर्चाओं से अवगत कराया तथा वेतन संशोधन के शीघ्र निपटारे के लिए उनकी सहायता मांगी। निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) ने सहमति व्यक्त की कि वेतन संशोधन समझौते पर बिना किसी विलम्ब के हस्ताक्षर किए जाने चाहिए तथा उन्होंने इस संबंध में अपनी सहायता प्रदान करने का आश्वासन दिया।

साथी  सी.के.गुंडन्ना, सहायक महासचिव, ने एआईसी के लिए 5,000 रुपये का दान दिया।

BSNLEU के सहायक महासचिव साथी  सी.के.गुंडन्ना ने कोयंबटूर में होने वाले आगामी 11वें अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन के लिए 5,000 रुपये का निजी दान भेजा है। सीएचक्यू और 11वें अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन की स्वागत समिति साथी  सी.के.गुंडन्ना का हार्दिक आभार व्यक्त करती है।

The CHQ has already given call to organise a “Meet the Employees” programme from today onwards i.e., from 30.06.2025 to 05.07.2025. As per the decision of the Kolkata CEC meeting, this “Meet the Employees” programme is being organised to mobilise the employees for their successful participation in the forthcoming General Strike to be held on 09.07.2025. The CHQ of BSNLEU has already sent pamphlets in English and Hindi. Circle and district unions have to take printout of this pamphlet and distribute it to each and every employee during this “Meet the Employees” programme. The content of this pamphlet is to be explained to each and every employee, irrespective of their union affiliation. The CHQ calls upon our Union functionaries to successfully organise this “Meet the Employees” programme, by meeting each and every employee and explaining about the need to join the 9^th July, General Strike.  

आज से 5 जुलाई तक “कर्मचारियों से मिलिए” कार्यक्रम का आयोजन करें।

सीएचक्यू ने आज से यानी 30.06.2025 से 05.07.2025 तक “कर्मचारियों से मिलिए” कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने का आह्वान किया है। कोलकाता सीईसी बैठक के निर्णय के अनुसार, यह “कर्मचारियों से मिलिए” कार्यक्रम 09.07.2025 को होने वाली आगामी आम हड़ताल में कर्मचारियों की सफल भागीदारी के लिए कर्मचारियों को संगठित करने के लिए आयोजित किया जा रहा है। BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू ने पहले ही अंग्रेजी और हिंदी में पर्चे भेजे हैं। सर्किल और जिला यूनियनों को इस “कर्मचारियों से मिलिए” कार्यक्रम के दौरान इस पर्चे का प्रिंटआउट लेना है और इसे प्रत्येक कर्मचारी को वितरित करना है। इस पर्चे की सामग्री को प्रत्येक कर्मचारी को समझाया जाना है, चाहे उनकी यूनियन किसी भी संगठन से जुड़ी हो। सीएचक्यू हमारे यूनियन पदाधिकारियों से आह्वान करता है कि वे इस "कर्मचारियों से मिलो" कार्यक्रम को सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित करें, जिसमें प्रत्येक कर्मचारी से मिलें और उन्हें 9 जुलाई की आम हड़ताल में शामिल होने की आवश्यकता के बारे में समझाएं। 

Com. Mamta Bhavsar, circle convenor of BSNL Working Women's Coordination Committee (BSNLWWCC), MP circle, is retiring today after completing 37 years of service. She is also member of the All India Committee of BSNLWWCC. Com. Mamta Bhavsar has been an active functionary of BSNLEU all along and has stood in the fore front of all the agitations. The CHQ heartily congratulates Com. Mamta Bhavsar on the occasion of her superannuation and wish her a long, healthy and peaceful retired life.

Com.M. Annadurai, AOS and former circle organising secretary of BSNLEU, Tamil Nadu circle, is retiring from service on superannuation on 30^th June, 2025. He has entered the erstwhile DoT as a Telegraphmen in 1983. Ever since then, Com.M. Annadurai, actively participated in trade union activities and has stood in the forefront of all the strikes and other struggles. He has held various positions in the Union at the branch, district and circle levels. On the eve of his retirement, Com.M. Annadurai has donated Rs.5,000/- to the All India Union. The CHQ heartily congratulates Com.M. Annadurai on his superannuation from service and wish him a long, healthy and peaceful retired life.

The Government and BSNL Management say that, the commissioning of the one lakh 4G BTSs by the TCS is nearing it’s completion. However, BSNL customers are facing extreme hardship in all circles due to the poor quality of BSNL’s 4G service. Customers are unable to speak even voice calls. Speed of data downloading is very poor. Consequent to this, lakhs of customers are leaving BSNL every month. The TCS does not seem to show any keenness in improving the quality of service. BSNLEU has already written multiple letters to the Hon’ble Minister of Communications, requesting for appropriate intervention. BSNLEU has suggested that, as a stop gap measure, BSNL can be allowed to utilise Vodafone Idea’s 4G network to provide 4G service to it’s customers. Government of India, being the biggest shareholder in Vodafone Idea, can certainly facilitate this. Today, BSNLEU has written letter to the Prime Minister of India, requesting for his intervention on this matter.

टीसीएस के उपकरणों के माध्यम से बीएसएनएल द्वारा दी जा रही खराब गुणवत्ता वाली 4G सेवा - BSNLEU ने प्रधानमंत्री से हस्तक्षेप की मांग की।
सरकार और बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन का कहना है कि टीसीएस द्वारा एक लाख 4G बीटीएस चालू करने का काम लगभग पूरा होने वाला है। हालांकि, बीएसएनएल की 4G सेवा की खराब गुणवत्ता के कारण सभी सर्किलों में बीएसएनएल के ग्राहकों को भारी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। ग्राहक वॉयस कॉल भी नहीं कर पा रहे हैं। डेटा डाउनलोडिंग की स्पीड बहुत खराब है। इसके परिणामस्वरूप हर महीने लाखों ग्राहक बीएसएनएल छोड़ रहे हैं। टीसीएस सेवा की गुणवत्ता में सुधार करने में कोई उत्सुकता नहीं दिखाती है। BSNLEU ने पहले ही उचित हस्तक्षेप के लिए माननीय संचार मंत्री को कई पत्र लिखे हैं। BSNLEU ने सुझाव दिया है कि एक अस्थायी उपाय के रूप में बीएसएनएल को अपने ग्राहकों को 4G सेवा प्रदान करने के लिए वोडाफोन आइडिया के 4G नेटवर्क का उपयोग करने की अनुमति दी जा सकती है। वोडाफोन आइडिया में सबसे बड़ी शेयरधारक होने के नाते भारत सरकार निश्चित रूप से इसमें मदद कर सकती है। आज BSNLEU ने भारत के प्रधानमंत्री को पत्र लिखकर इस मामले में हस्तक्षेप करने का अनुरोध किया है। 

In the 2012 JAO LICE conducted in Himachal Pradesh circle, 4 SC posts remained unfilled. These 4 unfilled posts were not carried forward for the JAO LICE conducted in the year 2016. Consequent to this, the promotion of an SC official has been denied. BSNLEU is continuously taking up this issue. Yesterday, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, once again discussed this issue with Shri S.K. Bharadwaj, PGM(EF). It was replied that, the Corporate Office has called for report from the Himachal Pradesh circle and the same has not been received yet. The General Secretary requested the PGM(EF) to expedite the case.

Com. C.Muruganandham JE, Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, is retiring from service on superannuation on 30.06.2025. He has donated Rs.5,000/- each to the branch, District, circle and All India Unions. He has also donated Rs.5,000/ to the 11th All India Conference of BSNLEU. Com.Muruganandam is very active in Trade Union movement from the time of his service as Casual Mazdoor. He served in many posts including, Branch Secretary and now he is serving as ADS of Coimbatore SSA.  The CHQ of BSNLEU wishes a long, happy and peaceful retired life to Com.Muruganandam.

BSNLEU has already written letter to the Director (HR), demanding for a Formal meeting to discuss the burning problems of the Non-Executives. BSNLEU has already submitted agenda items, which include provision of mobile handsets to the Non-Executives, removal of the discriminations between EPP and NEPP, declaration of JTO LICE results of Punjab circle, enhancing the ceiling of outdoor medical reimbursement and other issues, for the discussion in the Formal meeting with the Director (HR). However, the Management has so far not given any date for holding the Formal meeting with the Director (HR). Yesterday, Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, met Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(SR) and requested her to fix the date for the Formal meeting with the Director (HR) at the earliest. The PGM(SR) has assured to fix meeting without delay. 

निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के साथ औपचारिक बैठक शीघ्र आयोजित करें-BSNLEU ने प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एसआर) से कहा।

BSNLEU ने नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स की ज्वलंत समस्याओं पर चर्चा के लिए औपचारिक बैठक की मांग करते हुए निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पहले ही पत्र लिखा है। BSNLEU ने नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स  को मोबाइल हैंडसेट उपलब्ध कराने, ईपीपी और एनईपीपी के बीच भेदभाव को दूर करने, पंजाब सर्कल के जेटीओ एलआईसीई परिणामों की घोषणा, आउटडोर चिकित्सा प्रतिपूर्ति की सीमा बढ़ाने और अन्य मुद्दों सहित एजेंडा आइटम पहले ही निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के साथ औपचारिक बैठक में चर्चा के लिए प्रस्तुत किए हैं। हालांकि, प्रबंधन ने अभी तक निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के साथ औपचारिक बैठक आयोजित करने की कोई तारीख नहीं दी है। कल, महासचिव साथी  पी. अभिमन्यु ने सुश्री अनीता जौहरी, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर  (एसआर) से मुलाकात की और उनसे निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के साथ औपचारिक बैठक की तारीख जल्द से जल्द तय करने का अनुरोध किया। प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर  (एसआर) ने बिना देरी के बैठक तय करने का आश्वासन दिया है।

The Wage Revision Committee meeting has been scheduled to be held on 27.06.2025. Today we came to know that the PGM(SR) is emergently going on leave on 27th and still meeting will be held. It is a reality that no fruitful discussion will take place in the Wage Revision Committee meeting in the absence of the PGM(SR). Hence, after mutual consultation the Wage Revision Committee meeting has been rescheduled and will be held on 30th June, 2025.

वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक 30.06.2025 को होनी है।

वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक 27.06.2025 को होनी तय हुई है। आज हमें पता चला कि प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर   (एस.आर.) 27 तारीख को आकस्मिक अवकाश पर जा रहे हैं, फिर भी बैठक होगी। यह एक वास्तविकता है कि प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर   (एस.आर.) की अनुपस्थिति में वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक में कोई सार्थक चर्चा नहीं हो पाएगी। इसलिए आपसी विचार-विमर्श के बाद वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक को पुनर्निर्धारित किया गया है और अब यह 30 जून, 2025 को होगी।
