ग्रुप टर्म इंस्यूरेंस-जीटीआई के वार्षिक प्रीमियम की समाप्ति । BSNLEU ने प्रबंधन को पत्र लिखा है।

नॉन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव कर्मचारियों के लिए ग्रुप टर्म इंस्यूरेंस (जीटीआई) दिनांक 01.03.2021 से लागू की गई थी। इस जीटीआई के लिए सालाना प्रीमियम फरवरी, 2021 के महीने में कर्मचारियों के वेतन से काटा गया है। चूंकि, वार्षिक प्रीमियम समाप्त हो रहा है, BSNLEU ने BSNL कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय में जनरल मेनेजर (Admin.) को पत्र लिखा है, जिसमें फरवरी, 2022 के महीने के वेतन से वार्षिक प्रीमियम की कटौती के लिए कार्रवाई करने की मांग की गई है।

केनरा बैंक और यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के साथ समझौता ज्ञापन-एमओयू का नवीनीकरण नहीं किया गया : - BSNLEU ने CMD BSNL को स्मरण पत्र लिखा है।

बीएसएनएल द्वारा केनरा बैंक और यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के साथ हस्ताक्षरित समझौता ज्ञापन बहुत पहले ही समाप्त हो चुके हैं। एमओयू का नवीनीकरण न होने के कारण कर्मचारी विभिन्न बैंक ऋणों का लाभ उठाने में असमर्थ हैं। BSNLEU ने इस संबंध में दिनांक 23.12.2021 को ही सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखा है। हालांकि, अभी तक एमओयू का नवीनीकरण नहीं किया गया है। इसलिए, BSNLEU ने आज एक बार फिर CMD, BSNL को पत्र लिखकर केनरा बैंक और यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के साथ समझौता ज्ञापनों के शीघ्र नवीनीकरण की मांग की है।

बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन ने एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स और नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स की पदोन्नति में दोहरे मानदंड अपनाये है :  बीएसएनएलईयू ने माननीय संचार मंत्री को पत्र लिखकर उनके हस्तक्षेप की मांग की है।

बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स और एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स की पदोन्नति के मामले में दोहरे मानदंड अपना रहा है। हम किसी भी संवर्ग/श्रेणी को दी जा रही वैध पदोन्नति के खिलाफ नहीं हैं। हालांकि, भिन्न भिन्न मानदंडों को नहीं अपनाया जाना चाहिए। एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के मामले में, प्रबंधन ने दिनांक 31.01.2020 तक मौजूद रिक्त पदों के आधार पर पदोन्नति दी है (जिस तारीख को वीआरएस लागू किया गया था)। हालांकि, नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के मामले में, प्रबंधन ने 31-01-2020 तक मौजूद अधिकांश रिक्त पदों को समाप्त कर दिया था। परिणाम स्वरूप जेटीओ एलआईसीई के लिए 12 सर्किल में एक भी रिक्त पद उपलब्ध नहीं है। 4 सर्किलों में रिक्त पद की संख्या केवल एकल अंक में हैं। जेई एलआईसीई, टीटी एलआईईसी, जेएओ एलआईसीई आदि के लिए भी यही स्थिति होने वाली है। यह बहुत बड़ा अन्याय है। बीएसएनएलईयू ने इस मुद्दे पर पहले ही CMD, BSNL को पत्र लिखा है। चूंकि कोई प्रतिक्रिया प्राप्त नहीं हुई है, इसलिए बीएसएनएलईयू ने आज माननीय संचार मंत्री को पत्र लिखकर उनसे हस्तक्षेप करने की मांग की है।

In an enthusiastic meeting, the Hon. Mayor of Kozhikode Corporation Dr. Beena Philip inaugurated the Signature campaign against National Monitisation Pipeline at Kozhikode.  A well attended function was presided over by Com. A Purushothaman, District secretary, AIBDPA. Com. VAN Namboodiri, All India President of BSNL CCWF, Com. M Vijayakumar, AGS BSNLEU, Com. V Bhagyalakshmi, Circle Vice president, Com K.V.Sasidharan, Dist. President of AIBDPA addressed the gathering. Com. K Sreenivasan, District Secretary BSNLEU welcomed all.

सीधे टेलीकोम टेक्नीशियन के रूप में पदोन्नत किया गये 400 टीएसएम को प्रेसिडेंशियल ओर्डर जारी करें । - बीएसएनएलईयू ने निदेशक (एचआर) को पत्र लिखा है ।

बीएसएनएल में, लगभग 400 टीएसएम को बिना आरएम के रूप में नियमित किए गए सीधे दूरसंचार तकनीशियनों के रूप में पदोन्नत किया गया है । दूरसंचार विभाग द्वारा 1989 में कार्यान्वित टेम्परेरी स्टेटस योजना के अनुसार, इन कर्मचारियों की टीएसएम सेवा का 50% पेंशन के भुगतान के लिए गिना जाना चाहिए। इसके लिए, इन सभी 400 अधिकारियों को प्रेसिडेंशियल ओर्डर जारी किया जाना चाहिए। बीएसएनएलईयू इस मुद्दे को हल करने के लिए लगातार बीएसएनएल और डीओटी के दरवाजे खटखटा रहा है। आज एक बार फिर बीएसएनएलईयू ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखकर आवश्यक कार्रवाई की मांग की है। 

As per the call of the coordination committee of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNL CCWF, the various district unions of Andhra Pradesh circle are organising signature campaign, against the national monetisation pipeline. CHQ heartily congratulates the AP Circle union, as well as the district Unions.

BSNLEU is continuously seeking amendments to the JAO recruitment rules, by removing certain clauses which are adverse to the JAO aspirants. BSNLEU is taking up this issue for the past few years. Lastly, the issue was discussed by Com.P.Abhimanyu, with Shri P.K.Purwar, CMD BSNL on 24.12.2021 also. The CMD BSNL also assured to take appropriate action. Based on this, the management has prepared a draft JAO recruitment rules now and has sought the views of BSNLEU. The draft JAO RR is enclosed. Circle secretaries and CHQ office bearers are requested to email their views on bsnleuchq@gmail.com latest by 16-02-2022.

As has already been informed, the next meeting of the Wage Negotiating Committee will be held at 2:00 PM on 04.03.2022. Corporate Office has issued notification for the same, which is enclosed.

कृषि कामगार संघ के लिए 5/- रुपये एकत्र करना ।

बीएसएनएलईयू के अखिल भारतीय केन्द्र के निर्णय के अनुसार, कृषि कामगार संघ को दान के रूप में सदस्यों और शुभचिंतकों से 5/- रुपये एकत्र करने के लिए पहले ही आह्वान किया गया है। दिनांक 15 फरवरी, 2022 को इस दान को पूरा करने की अंतिम तिथि है। सर्किल और जिला यूनियनों से अनुरोध है कि वे यह सुनिश्चित करें कि यह लक्ष्य तिथि से पहले सदस्यों और शुभचिंतकों से सीधे दान एकत्र किया जाए और सीएचक्यू को भेजा जाए। 

 राष्ट्रीय मुद्रीकरण पाइपलाइन के खिलाफ हस्ताक्षर अभियान ।

बीएसएनएलईयू, एआईबीडीपीए, और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ की समन्वय समिति ने दिनांक 10.02.2022 से एक सप्ताह के लिए हस्ताक्षर अभियान चलाने का आह्वान किया है। अभी तक एक-दो सर्किलों से रिपोर्ट प्राप्त हुई है। सभी सर्किल और जिला यूनियनों से अनुरोध है कि वे हस्ताक्षर अभियान को जोर-शोर से चलाएं और इसे लक्ष्य तिथि के भीतर पूरा करें। 

सामान्य हड़ताल के लिए पोस्टर जिला यूनियनों को भेजे गए है ।

सीएचक्यू ने 28 और 29 मार्च, 2022 को आयोजित होने वाली सामान्य हड़ताल के आयोजन के लिए अंग्रेजी और हिंदी में पोस्टर मुद्रित किए हैं। इन पोस्टरों में केंद्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों के मांगपत्र और बीएसएनएलईयू की मांगों को शामिल किया गया है । पोस्टर पहले से ही सीधे जिला यूनियनों को भेजे गए हैं। सर्कल यूनियनों से अनुरोध किया जाता है कि वे यह सुनिश्चित करें कि पोस्टर वितरण के तुरंत बाद प्रदर्शित किए जाएं। 

As per the decision of the All India Centre of BSNLEU, call has already been given for collection of Rs.5/- from members and well-wishers as donation to the Agricultural Workers Union. 15^th February, 2022, is the last date for completion of this donation. Circle and district unions are requested to ensure that the donation is directly collected from members and well-wishers before the target date and sent to the CHQ. 

The Co-ordination Committee of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF, has given call to conduct signature campaign for one week from 10.02.2022. So far, report is received from one or two circles. All the circle and district unions are requested to conduct the signature campaign in full swing and complete the same within the target date.

CHQ has printed posters in English and Hindi, for organising the General Strike to be held on 28^th & 29^th March, 2022. The posters contained the charter of demands of the Central Trade Unions and the demands of BSNLEU. The posters are already despatched directly to the district unions. Circle unions are requested to ensure that the posters are displayed soon after delivery.

The Co-ordination Committee of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF has given call to organise signature campaign against the national monetisation pipeline. This programme is going on from 10-02-2022. Tamil Nadu circle union has sent photos of this program to the CHQ, which are enclosed. All other circle unions are also requested to send photographs of their signature campaign programme.

The Corporate Office issued letter, notifying that the meeting of the Wage Negotiating Committee would be held on 22.02.2022. However, this date has been changed, since it is not convenient for some members. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, discussed this issue with Ms. Anita Johri, Sr.GM(SR), yesterday evening. The Sr.GM(SR) has informed that the Wage Negotiating Committee meeting would be held on 04.03.2022 and that notification for this meeting would be issued on Monday.
