अरबपतियों ने COVID-19 महामारी के दौरान अपनी संपत्ति में वृद्धि की-जो बिडेन, अमेरिका, राष्ट्रपति कहते हैं ।

अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति जो बैडन ने कहा है कि यह अरबपतियों ने अमेरिका में अपनी संपत्ति में काफी वृद्धि की है, COVID-19 महामारी के दौरान । उन्होंने कहा है कि कोविड-19 महामारी के दौरान मध्यम वर्ग सहित २०,०,० कामगारों को अपनी नौकरियां गंवानी पड़ीं । इसके साथ ही अमेरिका में 650 अरबपतियों की संपत्ति में 1 ट्रिलियन डॉलर का इजाफा हुआ। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि सीईओ की आय कामगारों की मजदूरी का ३२० गुना है । हालांकि, जो बिडेन ने यह नहीं कहा कि, यह केवल कॉर्पोरेट समर्थक नीतियों के कारण हुआ है, जिसे अमेरिकी सरकार द्वारा लागू किया गया था ।  

कोविद पीड़ितों के परिवारों को अनुकंपा आधार पर नियुक्तियां  प्रदान करें - BSNLEU सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखता है।

ज्ञात हो कि COVID-19 के कारण अब तक बीएसएनएल के करीब 75 कर्मचारियों  की मौत हो चुकी है। इनमें कर्मचारियों की खासी संख्या युवाओं की है। प्रबंधन ने प्रस्ताव किया है कि पीड़ितों के परिवारों को वित्तीय सहायता देने के लिए कर्मचारियों से अंशदान एकत्र किया जा सकता है । BSNLEU ने पहले ही सुझाव दिया है कि प्रबंधन को कम से कम 5 लाख रुपये प्रदान करने चाहिए क्योंकि यह COVID-19 के कारण मारे गए अधिकारियों के प्रत्येक परिवार के लिए योगदान है। हालांकि, वित्तीय सहायता केवल एक अस्थायी राहत होगी । कोविड पीड़ितों के आश्रितों को अनुकंपा आधार पर नियुक्तियां प्रदान करने से ही उन्हें आजीविका मिलेगी । इसलिए बीएसएनएलईयू ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर COVID-19  के पीड़ितों के परिवारों को अनुकंपा  आधार पर नियुक्तियां देने के लिए तत्काल कदम उठाने की मांग की है।

The BSNL Corporate Office has issued instructions for the treatment of the COVID-19 patients. The salient features are as follows.

1. The requirement that the Designated Officer should visit the patient under indoor treatment, is waived. This applies to all deceases.
2. The Covid patients can avail treatment in non-empanelled hospitals. The amount will be restricted to CGHS rates.
3. Charges for tele-consultation with doctors will be reimbursed.
4. Charges for RTPCR/Rapid Antigen Test will be reimbursed. Rates prescribed by the Statement Government shall be applicable.  

The above instructions are valid from 01.04.2021 and up to 30.09.2021. 

The BSNL Management had made a proposal to collect contributions from the employees, for extending financial assistance to the families of the employees who have died due to COVID-19. The matter was discussed in the All India Centre meeting held online yesterday. The following decisions are taken and the same have been communicated to the Management. 

Tamil Nadu has once again proved that, communal politics cannot find a foothold in the state. The people of Tamil Nadu have elected the secular alliance, headed by Shri M.K. Stalin, to power. Shri M. K. Stalin, who stands for secularism and communal harmony is all set to become the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. He has steadfastly opposed the communalisation of politics, by the BJP. BSNLEU heartily greets Shri M. K. Stalin.

The ruling BJP government at the centre utilised all it’s resources, i.e., the Election Commission, the CBI, the Enforcement Directorate, etc., etc., to capture West Bengal. The BJP also did it’s best to divide the people of Bengal on communal lines. Even when the COVID-19 is spreading dangerously, both the Prime Minister and the Home Minister organised massive rallies in West Bengal, violating all the COVID-19 protocols.  As poll strategist, Prashant Kishor has stated, the Election Commission has become a part of the BJP. It scheduled the dates of the West Bengal election in such a way, so that the Prime Minister and the Home Minister could address maximum number of rallies.  However, the people of West Bengal have totally rejected the communal politics of BJP. Ms. Mamata Banerjee has been re-elected for the third term, to rule West Bengal. We wish to only say that, she should learn from her past mistakes and should provide a good governance to the people of West Bengal. 

The Left and Democratic Front, under the leadership of Com.Pinarayi Vijayan, has been re-elected with overwhelming support, to rule Kerala for five more years. BSNLEU welcomes this verdict. Com.Pinarayi Vijayan is the one Chief Minister, who daringly opposes the privatisation of the public sector by the Modi government. His government extends fullest support to BSNL. Com.Pinarayi Vijayan wrote to the Prime Minister, demanding immediate launching of 4G service by BSNL. In the last 40 years, no party has been re-elected for the consecutive term, to rule Kerala. The efforts made by opportunists to malign the LDF government in the Sabarimala issue, or the efforts of the Modi government to link Com.Pinarai Vijayan in the gold smuggling case, did not succeed. This is because, the good governance of the LDF government, especially the praiseworthy works done during the catastrophic floods and also during the crisis created by the Corona Virus, are not forgotten by the people of Kerala. BSNLEU congratulates the Left and Democratic Front and the people of Kerala.

CHQ is deeply shocked and saddened to inform that, Com.M.Kanniappan, former Circle Secretary of BSNLEU, Chennai Telephones circle, has passed away yesterday evening. He had been unwell since 16th of this month and succumbed to the disease. Com.M.Kanniappan was a sincere and hard working leader, who dedicated his entire life to the trade union movement. He maintained very friendly relationship with the common workers, leaders of our movement and with the other organisations. CHQ dips the banner and pays respectful homage to Com.Kanniappan. CHQ also conveys it's heartfelt condolences to his family members, friends and comrades.

This year’s May Day is being celebrated in the midst of the catastrophic COVID-19. Especially, the devastation being caused by COVID-19 in India is unparalleled. The pandemic is causing untold miseries to the working masses. However, the policies of the government only help the corporates and the rich. As a result, Gautam Adani of India could amass the largest wealth in 2020 throughout the world. Mukesh Ambani could become the richest man in Asia. At the same time, millions of workers are languishing due to job loss, wage loss and poverty. The working class will certainly fight back against these retrograde policies. इच्छुक कर्मचारियों के लिए मेडिकल इंश्योरेंस।
बीएसएनएल एमआरएस से प्रतिपूर्ति प्राप्त करने में आ रही दिक्कतों को देखते हुए कई कामरेडों ने सीएचक्यू से इच्छुक कर्मचारियों के लिए मेडिकल इंश्योरेंस की व्यवस्था करने का अनुरोध किया है। प्रीमियम राशि का भुगतान कर्मचारियों द्वारा किया जाएगा। बीएसएनएल की माली हालत सुधरने तक यह अस्थायी व्यवस्था रहेगी। अखिल भारतीय केंद्र ने चर्चा कर इस मामले पर सर्किल सचिवों और केंद्रीय पदाधिकारियों की राय लेने का निर्णय लिया है। इसलिए सर्कल सचिवों और सीईसी सदस्यों से अनुरोध है कि वे अपने विचारों को तत्काल सीएचक्यू तक पहुंचाएं । यदि निर्णय लिया जाता है, तो BSNLEU सभी इच्छुक कर्मचारियों के लिए मेडिकल इंश्योरेंस  की व्यवस्था करेगा।  

While hearing a case on Covid surge, the Supreme Court of India has ordered that, the government should not harass any citizen, for communicating their grievances on social media. The Supreme Court has stated that, it will be treated as "contempt of court" if any citizen is harassed by the government for posting their grievances in social media. Perhaps, the Supreme Court has stated this, by taking into account that, an FIR has been filed against one Shashank Yadav, at Amethi, Uttar Pradesh, for going on Twitter and asking for an oxygen cylinder for his 88 year old relative.

In view of the difficulties being experienced in getting reimbursement from BSNL MRS, many comrades have requested the CHQ to arrange Medical Insurance for the willing employees. The premium amount will be paid by the employees. This will be a temporary arrangement, till the financial condition of the Company improves. The All India Centre has discussed and has decided to seek the opinion of the circle secretaries and the central office bearers on this matter. Hence, circle secretaries and CEC members are requested to convey their views to the CHQ immediately. If decided, BSNLEU will arrange the Medical Insurance for all the willing employees.

COVID-19 उपचार के लिए कर्मचारियों को चिकित्सा अग्रिम का भुगतान - निदेशक(एचआर) पत्र जारी करता है।

निदेशक  (एचआर) ने कर्मचारियों को मेडिकल एडवांस देने के लिए पत्र जारी किया है, COVID-19 उपचार के लिए । दिल्ली और मुंबई के लिए अग्रिम राशि अलगाव बिस्तर के लिए प्रति कर्मचारी 1 लाख रुपये होगी ; बिना वेंटिलेटर के आईसीयू के लिए प्रति कर्मचारी 2 लाख रुपए और वेंटिलेटर वाले आईसीयू के लिए प्रति कर्मचारी 3 लाख रुपए। शहरों की X, Yऔर Z श्रेणियों में तैनात कर्मचारियों को अग्रिम की सीमा उपरोक्त दरों में से क्रमशः 90%, 80% और 75% तक सीमित होगी। कल बीएसएनएलईयू ने निदेशक (एचआर) को पत्र लिखकर सीओवीडी-19 उपचार के लिए कर्मचारियों को आपातकालीन चिकित्सा अग्रिम स्वीकृत करने की मांग की थी ।

बीएसएनएलईयू पहले ही मांग कर चुका है कि Covid-19 के कारण मरने वाले बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों के  परिवारको 10 लाख रुपये का मुआवजा दिया जाए। BSNLEU की यह मांग डीओटी द्वारा पहले से जारी निर्देशों पर आधारित है, जिसमें यह कहा गया है कि ड्यूटी के दौरान दुर्घटना में मरने वाले कर्मचारी के परिवार को 10 लाख रुपये का मुआवजा दिया जाना चाहिए ।हालांकि बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन ने अब तक इस बात को स्वीकार नहीं किया है। इसलिए बीएसएनएलईयू ने एक बार फिर सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर मुआवजे के भुगतान के लिए तुरंत फैसला लेने का आग्रह किया है।

The above of the observations made by the Allahabad High Court, regarding the “very chaotic” condition prevailing in Uttar Pradesh, due to the Covid surge. The Allahabad High Court has ordered the appointment of judicial officers to monitor the situation in Lucknow, Prayagraj, Varanasi, Kanpur, Agra, Gorakhpur, Ghaziabad, Gautam Budhnagar and Jhansi.  The court also issued notice to the UP State Election Commission, calling for explanation as to why it failed to implement the Covid guidelines in the recently held Panjayath elections. The court also took note of media reports that 135 teachers who were on election duty, have died. The court said that the government has become complacent.

BSNLEU ने निदेशक (एचआर) को पत्र लिखकर कोविद प्रभावित बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों को आपातकालीन चिकित्सा अग्रिम स्वीकृत करने के लिए धन आवंटित करने की मांग की ।

कोविद पूरे देश में चिंताजनक दर से फैल रहा है । देश में हर दिन साढ़े तीन लाख से अधिक नए कोविद मामले सामने आते हैं। बीएसएनएल के कर्मचारी और उनके परिवार के सदस्य भी प्रभावित हो रहे हैं। सरकारी अस्पतालों में कोविद मरीजों की भीड़ उमड़ रही है। लिहाजा बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों को सिर्फ निजी अस्पतालों पर ही निर्भर रहना पड़ता है।  हालांकि निजी अस्पताल एडवांस के तौर पर मोटी रकम की मांग कर रहे हैं। इसलिए बीएसएनएलईयू ने निदेशक (एचआर) को पत्र लिखकर बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों को मेडिकल एडवांस स्वीकृत करने के लिए धन आवंटित करने के लिए आकस्मिक कदम उठाने की मांग की है ।  

मद्रास उच्च न्यायालय ने कहा भारत में कोविड-19 के प्रसार के लिए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग जिम्मेदार है।

भारत में प्रतिदिन 3.5 लाख से अधिक नए कोविड मामले सामने आ रहे हैं। हर शहर और कस्बे में  कोविड मरीजों को भर्ती करने के लिए अस्पतालों में बेड नहीं है। यहां तक कि भर्ती होने वाले मरीजों की भी ऑक्सीजन की कमी के कारण मौत हो रही है। इन परिस्थितियों में मद्रास उच्च न्यायालय ने कल कहा है कि भारत के वर्तमान हालात के लिए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग पूरी तरह जिम्मेदार है। हाल ही में कई राज्यों में बड़े पैमाने पर चुनावी रैलियां आयोजित की गईं । राजनीतिक दलों द्वारा कोई  कोविड प्रोटोकॉल का पालन नहीं किया गया । अदालत ने आरोप लगाया कि चुनाव आयोग अदालत के उस निर्देश को लागू करने में विफल रहा है, जिसे चुनावी रैलियों के दौरान राजनीतिक दलों द्वारा कोविड प्रोटोकॉल बनाए रखा जाना चाहिए । मुख्य न्यायाधीश संजिब बनर्जी और न्यायमूर्ति सेंथिलकुमार रामाश्रय से मिलकर पीठ ने पूछा कि जब चुनावी रैलियां हुई थीं तो क्या चुनाव आयोग किसी अन्य ग्रह पर था । अदालत ने कठोर टिप्पणी करते हुए कहा कि संभवत हत्या के आरोप में चुनाव आयोग को लगाया जाना चाहिए।
