दिनांक 07.02.2023 को मध्याह्न भोजन अवकाश में संयुक्त मंच द्वारा प्रदर्शन - अधिसूचना जारी ।

बीएसएनएल के नोन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव  और एसोसिएशनों के संयुक्त मंच ने निम्नलिखित मांगों को लेकर कर्मचारियों को 07.02.2023 को दोपहर के भोजन अवकाश प्रदर्शन आयोजित करने का आह्वान किया है : 

1.  वेतन संशोधन का तत्काल निपटान ।

2.  नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के लिए नई पदोन्नति नीति का कार्यान्वयन।

3.  बिना और देरी के बीएसएनएल की 4G  और 5G  सेवाओं की शुरुआत ।

संयुक्त मंच ने दिनांक 07.02.2023 को भोजन अवकाश प्रदर्शन आयोजित करने के लिए बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी और दूरसंचार सचिव को आज अधिसूचना जारी की है । 

The results of the Special JTO LICE, held on 18.12.2022, has not been published, due to the stay granted in the Principal CAT, New Delhi. The hearing of this case has been postponed to 07.02.2023. Hence, results will not be declared till that date.

विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई के परिणामों की घोषणा ।

दिनांक 18.12.2022 को आयोजित विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई के परिणाम प्रकाशित नहीं हो पाए हैं, क्योंकि प्रिंसिपल कैट, नई दिल्ली ने रोक लगा दी है।  इस मामले की सुनवाई दिनांक 07.02.2023 तक स्थगित कर दी गई है ।  इसलिए, उस तिथि तक परिणाम घोषित नहीं किए जाएंगे ।

Notification has already been issued for holding the CEC meeting of BSNLEU online on 04.02.2023. The meeting will start sharply at 10:00 am and will continue up to 06:00 pm. All the Circle Secretaries and Central Office bearers are requested to kindly attend the meeting without fail. The link for the meeting will be sent on WhatsApp on 03.02.2023.

A meeting of the Trade Union International (Transports and Communications) was held online at 08:00 pm IST yesterday the 31-01-2023. Com.Ricardo(Chile), President of the TUI, presided over the meeting. Com.Ali Riza(Turkey), General Secretary, presented the agenda for the meeting. Com.P.Abhimanyu,GS, being the Convenor of the Communications Sector, participated in the meeting. Totally 20 office bearers of the TUI participated. Discussions mainly took place about improving the organisational structure of the TUI. In his deliberation, Com.P.Abhimanyu,GS, briefed on his efforts taken to bring more communications trade unions into the fold of the TUI. The meeting went on for 3 hours and took important decisions.

The Chennai circle union of BSNLEU held it’s circle executive committee meeting yesterday the 31-01-2023. The meeting is held in the union office at Flower Bazar. Com.Basha, Circle President, presided over. Com. Sridhara Subramanian, Circle, Secretary, welcomed everyone and presented the note for discussion. Com.P.Abhimanyu,GS, addressed the meeting and spoke in detail about the crucial issues of non-settlement of Wage Revision, need for the implementation of a New Promotion Policy, extreme delay in the launching of BSNL‘s 4G and 5G services and the formation of the Joint Forum of the Non-Executive unions and associations. He called on the district secretaries, and circle office bearers to meticulously implement the decisions of the Central Headquarters of the Union and strengthen the organisation in Chennai Telephones Circle. He also gave an appeal to strengthen the Joint Forum of the Non-Executive Unions and Associations. All the comrades participated in the discussion and decisions were taken for strengthening the Organisation.

The 10 Central Trade Unions which organised a National Convention at New Delhi yesterday have adopted the following Declaration. CHQ requests the circle and district secretaries to give wide publicity to this Declaration.

10 Central Trade Unions organised a Convention at New Delhi yesterday, the 30.01.2023, to deliberate and decide on action programme to defeat the anti-worker, anti-people and anti-national policies of the Central Government. The Convention was addressed by the Central Trade Union leaders, including Com.Tapan Sen, GS, CITU, Com.Ashok Kumar Singh, VP, INTUC, Com.Amarjeet Kaur, GS, AITUC, Com.Harbajan Singh, GS, HMS and others. The Convention decided to organise state level Conventions, state wide Jathas, culminating into statewide Mahapadav on the Quit India Day which falls on 9^thAugust, 2023. Further, the Convention resolved to campaign against communal hatred and polarisation to break the united agitations of workers and farmers. It is also decided to organise nationwide strike action at the end of the year.    

As has already been intimated, the Joint Forum of the Non-Executive Unions and Associations is formed on 23.01.2023. Today, a letter has been written to the CMD BSNL and the Secretary, Telecom, intimating about the formation of the Joint Forum. It is also explained in the letter that, Wage Revision, New Promotion Policy and the launching of 4G and 5G by BSNL are the issues that would be focussed by the Joint Forum.

जैसा कि पहले ही सूचित किया जा चुका है, नोन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों का संयुक्त फोरम 23.01.2023 को गठित किया गया है ।  संयुक्त फोरम के गठन की सूचना देते हुए आज बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी और दूरसंचार सचिव को पत्र लिखा गया है ।  पत्र में यह भी बताया गया है कि वेतन संशोधन, नई पदोन्नति नीति और बीएसएनएल द्वारा 4G और 5G की शुरूआत ऐसे मुद्दे हैं जिन पर संयुक्त फोरम द्वारा ध्यान केंद्रित किया जाएगा।

As was intimated yesterday, the protest demonstration, called on by the BSNLWWCC, has been successfully organised in most of the circles. Some photos are already updated on the website yesterday. The remaining photos are updated today.

The BSNL Working Women’s Coordination Committee(BSNLWWCC) has given call for organising protest demonstrations against the sexual exploitation of young women wrestlers. Pune comrades of BSNLWWCC and BSNLEU have organised this program in a unique way. A large number of women comrades have participated in this programme by wearing black ribbons on their foreheads. Some comrades have also got their hands tied with ropes, symbolically, expressing the exploitation of the women wrestlers. CHQ salutes the Pune comrades for organising the program in a unique way. 

More than 200 wrestlers are protesting against the young women wrestlers being sexually exploited in their coaching camps. They have accused that, this crime is being committed by the Chairman of the Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) Brij Bushan Sharan Singh and the coaches. This is a national shame. By this time, the Chairman of the Wrestling Federation of India, should have been removed from his post and FIR should have been filed against him. Unfortunately, the government is only taking eye wash actions. This is because, the Chairman of the WFI is a political heavyweight of the BJP. He is a 5 time Lokh Sabha member from Uttar Pradesh. Hence, the government is not taking action against him. Under these circumstances, the BSNL Working Women’s Coordination Committee (BSNLWWCC) has given call to organise lunch hour demonstrations today the 27-01-2023. As per the decision of the All India Centre, the circle and district unions of BSNLEU organised this programme, which has been successfully organised in most parts of the country. The CHQ of BSNLEU heartily congratulates the BSNLWWCC, as well as the circle and district unions of BSNLEU for successfully organising this programme. The following are the views of the protest.

महिला पहलवानों का यौन शोषण - बीएसएनएलडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी ने दोषियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग को लेकर विरोध प्रदर्शनों का आयोजन किया ।

200 से अधिक पहलवान अपने कोचिंग कैंप में युवा महिला पहलवानों के यौन शोषण का विरोध कर रहे हैं ।  उनका आरोप है कि यह अपराध भारतीय कुश्ती महासंघ (डब्ल्यूएफआई) के अध्यक्ष बृज भूषण शरण सिंह और प्रशिक्षकों द्वारा किया जा रहा है।  यह एक राष्ट्रीय शर्म की बात है । अब तक भारतीय कुश्ती महासंघ के अध्यक्ष को उनके पद से हटा देना चाहिए था और उनके खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर देनी चाहिए थी, दुर्भाग्य से, सरकार केवल आंखों में धूल झोंकने वाली कार्रवाई कर रही है ।  ऐसा इसलिए है, क्योंकि डब्ल्यूएफआई  के अध्यक्ष भाजपा के राजनीतिक दिग्गज हैं ।  वह उत्तर प्रदेश से 5 बार लोकसभा सदस्य हैं ।  इसलिए सरकार उसके खिलाफ कार्रवाई नहीं कर रही है ।  इन परिस्थितियों में, बीएसएनएल वर्किंग वीमेंस को-ऑर्डिनेशन कमिटी (बीएसएनएलडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी) ने आज 27-01-2023 को दोपहर के भोजन अवकाश में प्रदर्शन आयोजित करने का आह्वान किया था ।  अखिल भारतीय केंद्र के निर्णय के अनुसार, BSNLEU के सर्कल और जिला यूनियनों ने इस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया, जो देश के अधिकांश हिस्सों में सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित किया गया है। BSNLEU का सीएचक्यू इस कार्यक्रम के सफलतापूर्वक आयोजन के लिए बीएसएनएलडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी, साथ ही BSNLEU की सर्कल और जिला यूनियनों को हार्दिक बधाई देता है ।  

There are around 400 Telecom Technicians who are being denied Presidential Orders. All of them are issued with Temporary Status prior to the formation of BSNL. Thereafter, they appeared in the competitive exams and directly became Telecom Technicians. Legitimately they are entitled to be issued with Presidential Orders since they were conferred with TSM status prior to 30.09.2020. BSNLEU is continuously taking up this issue. Based on this, the issue was taken up by the BSNL Management with the DoT. But the DoT did not accept the demand.  Thereafter, BSNLEU wrote a letter to the Member (Services) on 01.12.2022 and requested to consider the issue of granting of Presidential Orders to these officials. However, once again the DoT has rejected the demand and has a written letter to Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, BSNLEU.

BSNLEU conveys it’s best wishes and warm greetings on the occasion of the Republic Day of India. It was on 26th January, 1950, that India became a Republic. It was on this day the Constitution of India came into effect. Fundamental Rights, Federalism, Secularism, Free and fair elections, Checks and balances among the organs of the State, are some of the elements of the Basic Structure of the Constitution. This Basic Structure of the Constitution came under attack during the authoritarian Indira Gandhi regime. It was argued that the Parliament can change the Constitution in whichever way it wanted. But, in the landmark Kesavananda Bharati case judgement, delivered in 1973, the Supreme Court has concretely stated that, the Basic Structure of the Parliament cannot be changed by the Parliament. This is called the Basic Structure Doctrine. However, recently, the Vice President, Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar has questioned the Kesavananda Bharati judgement. He has stated that, the Parliament is supreme. This argument is being repeated by the Law Minister, Kiren Rijiju. This is nothing but attack on the Basic Structure of the Constitution. Thus, once again the Constitution has come under attack. While celebrating the Republic Day, let us resolve to protect the Basic Structure of our Constitution.

BSNLEU is holding it’s Central Executive Committee meeting online on 04.02.2023. The Corporate Office has approved Special Casual Leave for the CEC meeting. CHQ requests all serving CEC members to avail the Special CL and attend the CEC meeting.

BSNLEU 04.02.2023 को अपनी केंद्रीय कार्यकारी समिति की ऑनलाइन बैठक आयोजित कर रहा है।  कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने सीईसी बैठक के लिए स्पेशयल केज्युअल लिव स्वीकृत किया है।  सीएचक्यू सभी सेवारत सीईसी सदस्यों से विशेष सीएल का लाभ उठाने और सीईसी बैठक में भाग लेने का अनुरोध करता है।

Shri  Devusinh Chauhan, Hon’ble Miniser of State for Communications, visited Puttaparthi, in Ananthapur District of Andhra Pradesh circle on 21-01-2023. Ananthapur comrades of BSNLEU, led by Com.K Mallikarjuna Reddy, District Secretary, met the Hon’ble Miniser of State for Communications at Puttaparthi and Submitted a Memorandum, requesting to settle Wage Revision expeditiously, as well as speedy launching of BSNL’s 4G and 5G services. The CHQ of BSNLEU heartily congratulates the Ananthapur District Union for taking this initiative.
