कर्मचारियों के लिए चिकित्सा बीमा - निगम कार्यालय त्वरित कार्रवाई कर रहा है ।
बीएसएनएलईयू द्वारा इच्छुक कर्मचारियों के लिए चिकित्सा बीमा योजना लागू करने के लिए दिए गए प्रस्ताव के आधार पर निगम कार्यालय त्वरित कार्रवाई कर रहा है। BSNLEU के प्रस्ताव को कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय द्वारा अनुमोदित किया गया है। एक आंतरिक समिति का गठन किया गया है, जिसमें श्री सौरभ त्यागी, Sr.GM (एस्ट), श्री A.M गुप्ता, Sr.GM (Admn.), श्री पी.डी.चिरनिया, Sr.GM (फिन- सीएफए) और जीएम (एसआर) श्रीमती अनीता जौहरी को बनाया गया है। यह समिति अब चिकित्सा बीमा योजना को अंतिम रूप देने के लिए सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र की बीमा कंपनियों के साथ बातचीत शुरू करेगी।  बीएसएनएलईयू इस मामले पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करने के लिए श्री A. M. गुप्ता को धन्यवाद व्यक्त कर रहा है।

बीएसएनएल के गठन की तारीख बदली - इसका कर्मचारियों पर कोई असर नहीं पड़ेगा।

इसके अस्तित्व के 20 साल बाद बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन ने कल एक पत्र जारी किया है, जिसमें कहा गया है कि बीएसएनएल का गठन 15-09-2000 को हुआ था न कि 01-10-2000 को। इस संबंध में,  कॉम.पी.अभिमन्यु, जीएस ने आज कंपनी सचिव सह जीएम (लीगल) श्री जेपी चौधरी से बात की और मामले को स्पष्ट करने के लिए कहा। कंपनी सचिव ने कहा कि बीएसएनएल को 15-09-2000 को कंपनी अधिनियम के तहत शामिल किया गया था और कानूनी रूप से यह कंपनी के गठन की तारीख है। बीएसएनएल ने 01.10.2000 को इसका व्यावसायिक परिचालन शुरू किया था। हालांकि अधिकांश दस्तावेजों में बीएसएनएल के गठन की तिथि 01.10.2000 बताई जा रही है। कानूनी तौर पर यह सही नहीं है ।  इसलिए इस गलती को ठीक करने के लिए ही कल पत्र जारी किया गया है। तारीख में इस बदलाव का कर्मचारियों पर कोई असर नहीं पड़ेगा।

Based on the proposal given by BSNLEU, for implementing a Medical Insurance scheme for the willing employees, the Corporate Office is taking action on a fast track basis. BSNLEU's proposal is approved by the Corporate Office. An internal committee, consisting of Shri Saurabh Tyagi, Sr.GM(Estt.), Shri A.M. Gupta, Sr.GM(Admin), Shri P.D.Chirania, Sr.GM( Fin-CFA) and Ms. Anita Johri, GM(SR), has been formed. This Committee will now start it’s negotiations with the Public Sector Insurance Companies to finalise the Medical Insurance Scheme. BSNLEU appreciates Shri A.M.Gupta, Sr. GM(Admn.) for taking speedy action on the matter.

After 20 years of it's existence, the BSNL Management has issued a letter yesterday, stating that, BSNL was formed on 15-09-2000 and not on 01-10-2000. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, spoke to Shri J.P. Choudhary, Company Secretary cum GM (Legal) today and got the matter clarified. 

The Company Secretary stated that, BSNL was incorporated under the Companies Act on 15.09.2000 and legally this is the  date of formation of the Company. BSNL started it’s commercial operations on 01.10.2000.  However, in most of the documents, the date of formation of BSNL is being mentioned as 01.10.2000. Legally this is not correct.  Hence, only to correct this mistake, the letter has been issued yesterday. This change in the date, will not have any impact on the employees.

A Formal meeting had been scheduled on 17.05.2021, between BSNLEU and the Director (HR). However, subsequently, the meeting was postponed. Today, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, spoke to Ms. Anita Johri, GM(SR) and insisted for holding the meeting at the earliest. The Sr.GM(SR) stated that, the meeting had to be postponed because, many senior officers in the Corporate Office were hospitalised due to COVID-19. She assured the General Secretary that she would take all the steps to hold the meeting at the earliest.

BSNLEU conveys best wishes and warm greetings to all the comrades on the occasion of Buddha Purnima. The path of 'Ahimsa' and ‘love for fellow human beings', shown by Lord Buddha is very relevant in today's atmosphere, wherein 'hatred' is being spread in the society to achieve political goals.

बीएसएनएलईयू  बुद्ध पूर्णिमा के अवसर पर सभी साथियों को शुभकामनाएं और हार्दिक बधाई देता है। भगवान बुद्ध द्वारा दिखाया गया ' अहिंसा ' और ' साथी मनुष्यों के प्रति प्रेम' का मार्ग आज के वातावरण में बहुत प्रासंगिक है, जिसमें राजनीतिक लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने के लिए समाज में ' घृणा ' फैलाई जा रही है।   

आईडीए भुगतान - डीपीई, डीओटी और बीएसएनएल कोर्ट के आदेश को लागू करने के लिए चकमा दे रहा है - BSNLEU कानूनी कार्रवाई करता है।

बीएसएनएलईयू बीएसएनएल के नॉन एग्जिक्युटिव्स को आईडीए के भुगतान के संबंध में माननीय केरल उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश को लागू करने के लिए लगातार प्रयास कर रहा है। चूंकि डीपीई, डीओटी और बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन चकमा दे रहे हैं और न्यायालय के आदेश को लागू नहीं कर रहे हैं, इसलिए महासचिव कॉम.पी.अभिमन्यु ने हमारे अधिवक्ता से इस मामले पर चर्चा की और उनसे आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का अनुरोध किया है । सीएचक्यू द्वारा अधिवक्ता को संबंधित दस्तावेजों के साथ विस्तृत पत्र भी भेजा गया। इसके परिणामस्वरूप बीएसएनएलईयू के अधिवक्ता श्री वीवी सुरेश ने सूचित किया है कि उन्होंने माननीय केरल उच्च न्यायालय में याचिका दायर की थी और इस सप्ताह में ही इस पर सुनवाई होने की संभावना है।  

बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों के लिए चिकित्सा बीमा पॉलिसी - महासचिव ने एक बार फिर Sr.GM(Admn.) के साथ चर्चा की। 

बीएसएनएलईयू ने इच्छुक बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों को चिकित्सा बीमा योजना लागू करने की पहल की है। कॉम.पी.अभिमन्यु, जीएस ने आज एक बार फिर श्री ए.M गुप्ता, Sr.GM (Admn.) से बात की और इस मामले पर चर्चा की।  Sr.GM(Admn.) ने बताया कि, इस प्रस्ताव को इस सप्ताहांत तक निदेशक (एचआर) की मंजूरी मिलने की संभावना है । मंजूरी मिलने के बाद प्रबंधन बीमा कंपनियों के साथ बातचीत के लिए अधिकारियों की एक समिति (जैसे जीटीआई योजना के लिए बनाई गई समिति) बना सकता है। यह पता चला है कि, प्रबंधन चार सरकारी बीमा कंपनियों, जैसे, न्यू इंडिया एश्योरेंस कंपनी, यूनाइटेड इंडिया इंश्योरेंस कंपनी, नेशनल इंश्योरेंस कंपनी और ओरिएंटल हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस से संपर्क कर सकता है, और कर्मचारियों के लिए सर्वश्रेष्ठ चिकित्सा बीमा योजना प्राप्त करने के लिए सौदेबाजी करेगा।  इस योजना में प्रीमियम दरें अपेक्षाकृत कम होने की उम्मीद है, क्योंकि दरें बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन खुद ही करेंगे। महासचिव चिकित्सा बीमा योजना को यथाशीघ्र लागू करने के लिए Sr.GM(Admn.)के साथ लगातार संपर्क में हैं । 

BSNLEU is taking continuous efforts to implement the order of the Hon’ble Kerala High Court, regarding payment of IDA to the Non-Executives of BSNL. Since the DPE, DoT and the BSNL Management are dodging and are not implementing the Court order, Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, discussed the matter with our advocate and has requested him to take necessary action. A detailed letter with the relevant documents, were also sent by the CHQ to the Advocate. Consequent to this, BSNLEU’s advocate, Shri V.V. Suresh, has informed that, he had filed a petition  in the Hon’ble Kerala High Court and that, it is expected to be taken up for hearing in this week itself.

BSNLEU has taken the initiative to implement a Medical Insurance Scheme to the willing BSNL employees. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, once again spoke to Shri A.M. Gupta, Sr.GM(Admn.) today and discussed the matter. The Sr.GM(Admn.) told that, the proposal is likely to get the approval of the Director (HR), by this weekend. After getting the approval, the Management may form a Committee of officers (like the Committee formed for GTI Scheme), for negotiating with the Insurance Companies. It is learnt that, the Management may approach the four government insurance companies, viz., New India Assurance Company, United India Insurance Company, National Insurance Company and Oriental Health Insurance, and will bargain to get the best Medical Insurance scheme for the employees. The premium rates are expected to be comparatively lower in this scheme, since the rates will be bargained by the BSNL Management itself. The General Secretary is in constant touch with the Sr.GM(Admn.), to implement the Medical Insurance Scheme as early as possible.

बीएसएनएल कोविड फंड - कृपया गुमराह न करें .

बीएसएनएल कोविड फंड ( BCF ) यूनियनों और संघों और प्रबंधन का सामूहिक प्रयास है। कोविद पीड़ितों के परिवारों को BCF से 10 लाख रुपये की फौरी राहत मिलेगी। BSNLEU की मांग है कि कोविड पीड़ितों के परिवारों को  अनुकंपा के आधार पर नियुक्ति भी प्रदान की जानी चाहिए । यदि आवश्यक हुआ तो बीएसएनएलईयू अन्य यूनियनों और संघों के साथ शामिल होगा और इसके लिए लड़ेगा । साथ ही बीएसएनएल के प्रत्येक कर्मचारी का कर्तव्य है कि वह बीएसएनएल कॉविड फंड (BCF) में एक दिन का वेतन अंशदान करे।  यह हमारे ध्यान में लाया गया है कि कुछ व्यक्ति कर्मचारियों के बीच एक अभियान चला रहे हैं, उन्हें एक दिन का वेतन योगदान नहीं करने के लिए कह रहे हैं । कृपया उनके द्वारा गुमराह मत करो । कृपया यह न भूलें कि हमारे सहयोगियों के परिवारों की मदद करना हमारा कर्तव्य है, जिन्होंने COVID-19 के कारण अपनी जान गंवाई है ।  

आईडीए नॉन एग्जिक्युटिव्स को भुगतान - एक बार फिर बीएसएनएलईयू सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखता है।

3 महीने पहले ही  माननीय केरल हाई कोर्ट ने बीएसएनएल  के नॉन एग्जिक्युटिव्स को  आईडीए के भुगतान पर आदेश जारी किया था। हालांकि मामले को डीओटी को रेफर करने के बाद बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन चुप्पी साधे हुए है। बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन कोर्ट के आदेश को लागू करने की जिम्मेदारी को चकमा दे रहा है। लिहाजा, एक बार फिर बीएसएनएलईयू ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर कोर्ट के आदेश को तत्काल लागू करने की मांग की है।

BSNL Covid Fund (BCF) is the collective effort of the Unions & Associations and the Management. The families of the Covid victims will get an immediate relief of Rs.10 lakh from the BCF. BSNLEU is demanding that Compassionate Ground Appointment should also be provided to the families of the Covid victims. If necessary, BSNLEU will join with other Unions & Associations and fight for it. At the same time, it is the duty of each and every BSNL employee to contribute one day pay to the BSNL Covid Fund (BCF). It has been brought our notice that some persons are conducting a campaign among employees, telling them not to contribute one day pay. please don't get misguided by them. Kindly do not forget, it is our duty to help the families of our colleagues, who have lost their lives due to COVID-19. 

अडानी अब एशिया के दूसरे सबसे अमीर आदमी हैं!

भारतीय कॉरपोरेट गौतम अडानी एशिया के दूसरे सबसे अमीर आदमी बन गए हैं। अब उसके पास 66.5 बिलियन अमरीकी डॉलर की संपत्ति है।  यह भी ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए कि, गौतम अडानी ने इस साल दुनिया के सबसे अमीर पुरुषों जेफ बेजोस और एलोन मस्क को पीछे धकेलते हुए इस साल दुनिया में सबसे ज्यादा दौलत हासिल की । इस COVID-19 महामारी के दौरान भारत में 70 लाख कामगारों की नौकरियां चली गई हैं और करोड़ों लोगों को गरीबी रेखा से नीचे धकेल दिया गया है। फिर गौतम अडानी जैसे भारतीय कॉरपोरेट्स अपनी दौलत कैसे बढ़ा रहे हैं? यह कोई रहस्य नहीं है । मोदी सरकार की आर्थिक नीति इसका कारण है। उदाहरण के लिए, मोदी सरकार सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों का निजीकरण कर रही है और उन्हें अडानी जैसे कॉर्पोरेट्स को सस्ता  कीमत पर सौंपा जा रहा है । ऐसी अफवाहें हैं कि, भारतीय रेलवे गौतम अडानी को अपने कब्जे में लेने जा रही है । इसके बाद वह दुनिया के सबसे अमीर आदमी बन सकते हैं। 

उत्तर प्रदेश का हेल्थकेयर सिस्टम "भगवान की दया" (राम भरोज) पर है।

पूरे देश में, कॉविड मरीजों को अस्पताल में बेड नहीं मिल रहे हैं। अस्पताल में दाखिला मिलने पर भी ऑक्सीजन न मिलने के कारण उनकी मौत हो जाती है। इस बीच, उत्तर प्रदेश में हालात बेहद खराब हैं। उत्तर प्रदेश में कॉविड मरीजों की बेहतर देखभाल की मांग को लेकर इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर की गई है। मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए न्यायमूर्ति सिद्धार्थ वर्मा और अजथ कुमार ने यह टिप्पणी की,  उत्तर प्रदेश में,  छोटे शहरों और गांवों से संबंधित पूरी चिकित्सा व्यवस्था "ईश्वर की दया" (राम भरोज) पर है ।

Throughout the country, Covid patients are not getting beds in hospital. Even if they get admission in hospital, they die due to non-availability of oxygen. However, the situation in Uttar Pradesh is extremely bad. A petition is filed in the Allahabad High Court, demanding better care for Covid patients in Uttar Pradesh. While hearing the case, Justices Siddharth Varma and Ajith Kumar made the remark that, the entire medical system, pertaining to smaller cities and villages are at the “Mercy of God” (Ram Bharose).

Now, he is having a wealth of 66.5 billion US dollars.  It must also be noted that, Gautam Adani gained the highest wealth in the world this year, pushing back world’s richest men Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk. During this COVID-19 pandemic, 70 lakh workers have lost their jobs in India and crores of people are pushed below the poverty line. Then, how Indian corporates like Gautam Adani are increasing their wealth? It is not a secret. Modi government's economic policy is the reason. For example, Modi government is privatising the Public Sector Undertakings and they are being handed over to corporates like Adani, at throw away price. There are rumors that, Indian Railways is going to be taken over by Gautam Adani. Thereafter, he may become the richest man in the world. Long leave Modi government’s economy policy.  

बीएसएनएल के नॉन एग्जिक्युटिव्स को आईडीए के भुगतान पर कोर्ट के आदेश का क्रियान्वयन न होना - सीएचक्यू ने अधिवक्ता से आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का आग्रह किया।

बीएसएनएल के नॉन एग्जिक्युटिव्स को आईडीए के भुगतान के मामले पर माननीय केरल हाईकोर्ट ने 17-02-2021 को अनुकूल आदेश दिया। बीएसएनएलईयू पहले ही डीपीई को 2 पत्र, डीओटी को 2 पत्र और बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन को 2 पत्र लिख चुका है, जिसमें कोर्ट के आदेश को लागू करने की मांग की गई है। लेकिन अभी तक इसे लागू नहीं किया गया है। अभी तक बीएसएनएल के  नॉन एग्जिक्युटिव्स को 10.5 प्रतिशत आईडीए को भुगतान करना होगा।. कॉम.पी.अभिमन्यु, महासचिव, कल एर्नाकुलम में हमारे अधिवक्ता के साथ इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की । महामंत्री ने कल अधिवक्ता को विस्तृत पत्र भी लिखा है, जिसमें सभी संबंधित दस्तावेज हैं।  अधिवक्ता ने इस मामले पर उचित कानूनी कार्रवाई करने का आश्वासन दिया है।   

On the matter of payment of IDA to the Non-Executives of BSNL, the Hon’ble Kerala High Court gave a favourable order On 17-02-2021. BSNLEU has already written 2 letters to the DPE, 2 letters to the DoT and 2 letters to the BSNL Management, demanding to implement the Court order. But, so far, it has not been implemented. As of now, 10.5% IDA has to be paid to the Non-Executives of BSNL. Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, telephonically discussed this issue with our advocate at Ernakulam yesterday. The General Secretary has also written a detailed letter to the advocate yesterday, with all the relevant documents. The Advocate has assured to take appropriate legal action on this matter.
